Three issues: 1) I cannot place ANY orders online with any credit or debit payments. It is not a bank issue, I've checked. 2) You can't submit a help desk ticket properly because you can't select a subcategory which is required. 3) You can't add a coupon on the app because the keyboard won't disappear long enough to click "done". You're forcing me to shop at sephora, which i don't want to do, but never any responses here so I'm sure you don't care.

I just had to update the app and now it won't log me in. I'm putting in my correct email and password and it keeps sending me a code to enter to verify that it's me. Once I enter the code it sends me back to the create an account page. I'm just going in circles. I've tried to reach out to customer service but I keep getting an "error page not found" message. So for now, I can't use the app.

Not the greatest app. Could be a lot better with the ability to search key words instead of having to be exact. Also if you could add a Pic to your review if you're using the app. Stupid that it doesn't let you unless you go to the actual website. Also being able to thumbs up or down the image reviews when looking at them separately. iykyk. Plus the questions section is dumb because they don't keep them posted.

I would give it a zero if I could. I try to sign it. It takes a long time to load...if it loads at all! i have called customer service and there is nothing that customer service can do about it. It is a technical issue. I sign in with my email and password. Have to have the verification code. go to my messages. get the code. sometime i have to put my entire email and password in again. Pass code invalid, or if it does go through...the app takes a while to load up. It is an endless loop.

No words can describe the regret that I have for the app or Ulta Beauty in general. Hard to navigate, unorganized, coupons/offers that are not applicable and exclude just about everything. When an offer has a long note at the bottom listing exclusions, it is a red flag. Do not get pulled into the offers at the salon either - just go to Great Clips or use a bowl and scissors at home. It would be cheaper and less stressful.
