First of the APP is not user-friendly. The login system is very poor. It frequently shows errors, takes too long to load, and sometimes fails even with correct credentials. OTP and verification processes are unreliable, making it frustrating to access the account. A tax app should provide a smooth and secure login experience, but unfortunately, this app needs major improvements. Rating: 2/5 – Fix the login issues and improve reliability.
i was not even able to sign up. when i entered full name with an extra space at the end it shows an error instead it should handle this scenario on its own. It will work fine if you remove space at the end. while creating an account it showed me following error. "Invalid CNIC number. CNIC must be exactly 13 digits (numbers only), should not contain dashes or spaces" i would like to clap for the engineer who created this app because it automatically adds dashes to cnic when you enter ur cnic.
