Best game ever just love it been playing this since I was a very young kid my whole family and a lot of friend's all played this game about 53 years now. Great job to the developers never have had any problems with this app at all thanks. it's been one of my favorite games now can you make one of Shang High Rummy. I think it contants 7 rounds per game. The person who has the most points at the end of the 7th round wins the game.
This game is totally unrealistic. my "partner" plays to many cards in one turn. It's like the cards from the pile are lined up and stacked in his favor. And it happens often. This would never happen in a real card game . I'll never play this game again. who wants to sit and watch their partner rack up so many played cards in one turn, over and over. It's so unrealistic I can't even use strategy.
Fast, fun, and don't need internet access to play. A couple drawbacks, it doesn't remember cumulative stats, and it crashes sometimes. To the people who complain it's hard to win....well my record is 18 in a row before a loss. There's a lot of strategy involved. Hide strategic cards in your hand. Sometimes you want to play all the cards in your hand to get fresh cards, and sometimes you want to hold onto your kings to block your opponent. There's quite a few tricks to influence the win.
Without much question, this is perhaps my favorite game. I, too, used to play it as a card game, when I was young. In fact, that's how I found this app years ago -- I thought back to when I was a kid - What games did I most enjoy? But some of the reasons it is a favorite for me now are 1) It can be played offline 2) It can be started, interrupted, and then returned to without any difficulty. 3) No time pressure 4) No violence 5) Just a peaceful way to spend time!
Great app! Super fun. Bugs seem to have been fixed. And pesters you to death until you finally rate it. Now, leave me alone, please. :/
This is a fun game that's quick to play, and you can come back to it if you get interrupted. My only quibble is that this and other card games confuse difficulty with luck. I would rather have normal random cards for me and my opponents. Games of chance can't realistically have levels of difficulty.
I purchased this game, and have transferred it to new phone several times without having to see ads. Now I am seeing ads, and there are less options for play. I am disappointed.
I've been using this app for a literal decade. A few months ago there was an update and now the cards lag. It's really frustrating. This needs to be updated, but there is no way to contact the developers through the app. I would also pay a fee to remove ads like a lot of other games do.
Spite and Malice is a fun game to play. This one is not. Advertisements are short and simple. Only huge problem i have with this game is computer/ other player always has and gets all the jokers/kings and I hardly ever get any, which is totally unfair. And computer player also has all the right cards at all the right times in a row, which is a total cheat of a game. Would rate higher if that is fixed, otherwise Uninstall.
Bad layout. When pile cards it'll only show the top 3 and that really sucks if you get into a situation where have to stock 4 or more cards and they all aren't the same value. Beside that just and over all bad layout.
I have a new phone and was excited to download this game to begin playing. I am sorry to say that, though the game is fun, it crashes constantly often in the middle of the game. I've tried other versions but I really loved this one. Please fix this problem. I've gone from playing everyday to once a week. Maybe 😥
I desided that although the game does,crash A LOT, I uninstalled it then reloaded... Hopefully this will help! I agree with Karen Calavari(another fan) of this app. When I go back home, we play it where aces had to be played. Also, the 7s & Kings natural. Maybe you could look into that:) Well I am back...just as I expected ...no reply from you! You can't blame the Coronavirus because the same problem of dropping in play games!
Too many ads. There is a constant banner ad plus stops the game for an ad too often. Sometimes twice before your turn is over! When you close an ad it takes you back to the start menu. You tap the button to start a (local, for me) game and it asks you if you want to resume the game. Tap Yes to resume. Why all the extra steps to get back to the game??? I enjoyed the graphics and gameplay but ads ruined it.
I love Spite & Malice as a game, and I enjoy playing this one, but it is so annoying how unfair this app is. The opponent (computer) ALWAYS has an indefinite supply of Kings (wild cards). I play a few rounds and find myself getting so frustrated at how much the computer cheats. It's always dealing itself a never ending supply of wild cards, while I might get 1 the whole entire game. I still find myself playing the game on this app, but ggggrrrrrrrrr. Come on. Be fair dealing cards. Please FIX!
Updated...very frustrating. No response from the developer on the crashing problem. The game would get 5 stars if they would just fix this problem that has been a problem for a very long time no excuse for not fixing it. Addicting but frustrating. Glitchy and lots of ads
I bought this app about 9 years ago (ad free). Have installed it on a new phone & now keep getting bombarded with ads. Have contacted Technical Support, however no reply. A shame...it was a great game. Not anymore. I see other users have the same issue.
I really liked this game when i first downloaded it. Was the best one I've tried by far. But then it started kicking me off, closing, not responding. I also realized it has been updated in over a year. Shame cuz if it didn't start acting up i would've given 5 stars.
