I like the wish list feature. Other than that I prefer the old app. I had to register back over, which I didn't have an issue with, however, the fact that I put some items in my cart on my phone and then when i signed into my account on another device my cart is empty. That makes no sense. I dont like the fact that I have to keep strolling to find the different colors available for one item. Please fix these issues.
Horrible I can't give this app 0 stars because it won't let me. Before the update I was able to buy with gift cards and now after I put a whole bunch of things I wanted to buy it only accepts credit cards and PayPal I tried putting the gift card number and pin and it still asks me for expiration date like really!!! I think I might just erase this store from my apps.
This app pulled an address from my card instead of the address that I put in. They refused to cancel my order and are shipping a package where I no longer live. The card has an old billing address, as well. They're are saying I put the information in which doesn't make sense for me to do. They had to have pulled the information from the card instead of what I put in. This was my first and last time I will ever order from them. I will spread the news that if something goes wrong, you still pay!
sometimes the merchandise is incorrectly smaller sized but overall most are sized correct and material is decent ,

After creating a new account and finally able to log in and after all that time looking for items to purchase, it doesn't accept my coupon code or my free shipping. The old version had no issues, I could order what I wanted with no issues. Guess I'll have to find somewhere else to shop since this update is more of a headache than it's worth.
Favorites don't save, it's always something with this app first I couldn't log in at all & now that I'm logged in all my Favorites are gone and when I try to add a Favorite after I click out of the item when I go back to it it's not saved! Please fix your app! Deleted and reinstalled didn't work and now I've lost all the things that were in my shopping cart as well.
it's very glitchy and I don't think the clothes are very cute boring
I think when it comes to the clothing they should have more full figured models and have more full figured sizes in all clothes not just certain ones not everyone is a small and medium size you very rarely see sizes in large and extra large or 2X when it comes to certain clothing it's like this company is discriminating when it comes to full figured sizes have all clothing in sizes that are large extra large or 2X the physical store was alot better because they carried more full figured sizes
the dress is entirely too small. I tried a large and it was tight. I then ordered a 1x and that was even smaller, barely got my arm in the sleeve. beautiful dress, just needs to be larger

I'm not ever looking for something specific, just something I vibe with for some new outfitting. so suboptimal search filtering tools are not an issue for a customer like me who is open to exploring. But it's something that could be better.

its been almost a month and items have still not arrived. They have gone back and forth from Alabama to Tennessee twice. Will not order again.
Not sure what happened to the app or the website. I tried to login and I couldn't. I even tried to reset my password but my email couldn't be found as a customer. So I created my account again using the same email and was able to log but when trying to shop the app when it went ballistic and started jumping and then it just crashed. It used to be a really nice app but now it's pretty bad. Please fix ASAP!
This new app update is not user friendly at all. When I finally find something that I like but try to see it in a different color it always says the color options are varsity leggings (which doesn't make sense because I would be looking at tops and dresses). When I click on add to bag it says the same thing "plus size varsity fleece lined leggings". I tried deleting the app and reloading it, but it does the same thing everytime.
I can't sign in now I was looking forward to doing some shopping frustrated very frustrated, and not only that I went online to try to put in my email address and it's like my profile is voided from the system I've spent serious money with this company so something's not right. You're absolutely right this helped, all of my past orders came up. the new format tailored what coupons and text messages to the sizes I want to purchase. Much better.
I hate this app!! I just downloaded the app and after being a customer for years they keep telling me they can't find my account. Then after a day of hell I finally was able to find my account but the app is not user friendly. Filtering is the worst!!! You have to look through hundreds of tops to find the style you want. If you are looking for a particular style like halter or corset top there's no filter for it. Instead you have to browse through hundreds of tops. Just ridiculous.
Before the update I was not able to view garments in different color options. Also when I would log in on a computer, my purchase history would not sync. Those issues were resolved, but now my favorites do no sync from the app to the full website. Additionally, when I remove an item from my favorites on the app, it still shows on my list even if the item is sold out.

When I click on add to bag it says the same thing "plus size varsity fleece lined leggings". I tried deleting the app and reloading it, but it does the same thing everytime.
I can't sign in now I was looking forward to doing some shopping frustrated very frustrated, and not only that I went online to try to put in my email address and it's like my profile is voided from the system I've spent serious money with this company so something's not right. You're absolutely right this helped, all of my past orders came up. the new format tailored what coupons and text messages to the sizes I want to purchase. Much better.
I hate this app!! I just downloaded the app and after being a customer for years they keep telling me they can't find my account. Then after a day of hell I finally was able to find my account but the app is not user friendly. Filtering is the worst!!! You have to look through hundreds of tops to find the style you want. If you are looking for a particular style like halter or corset top there's no filter for it. Instead you have to browse through hundreds of tops. Just ridiculous.
Before the update I was not able to view garments in different color options. Also when I would log in on a computer, my purchase history would not sync. Those issues were resolved, but now my favorites do no sync from the app to the full website. Additionally, when I remove an item from my favorites on the app, it still shows on my list even if the item is sold out.
never had a bad shopping experience. sometimes the ui is a bit laggy, and the search option doesn't have ideal filtering (there's no way to filter kid/girl tees, and you can filter keyword searches), but it works still. I'm not ever looking for something specific, just something I vibe with for some new outfitting. so suboptimal search filtering tools are not an issue for a customer like me who is open to exploring. But it's something that could be better.
