customer service through this app is very poor. when a problem arises, they say they are not responsible. They tell you to contact the provider. The provider fixes the machines, but they say the refunds are done through Payrange. The end result is that money is lost, and customers are left feeling there is nothing they can do. Shame one you.
Three stars for convenience of loading money into the account. Saves me trips to the machine to reload my card. Very buggy... Terrible app. Never wanted to download it because Im not that bothered by quarters buuuut I did because it's advertised all over my laundromat. So download it and go to use it all at the same time, doesn't work. Try different machines and none of them work. Just says connecting the whole time. Lady comes along and uses the same machine we we're trying the first time and the app works for her. So not sure what's going on. Then we try the dryers and still nothing BUT my husband tries the street fighter game and of course that works!! So we come back a week later to try again and this time I uninstall and reinstall the app and it looks different so I'm thinking success! We load the washer and get ready and swipe up and nothing,,,, again. So for me this app is a waste of time and money and I'd like a refund for the remainder of my balance that's just sitting there doing nothing. Disappointed to say the least.
says you get a free wash but it doesn't pay enough for the machine to start but it does now how much it cost because it will let you pay the wrong amount from your account and then add a quarter physically at the machine but it won't let you use the remainder in your account and then physically add a couple quarters into the machine doesn't make sense and the machines are filthy. give me the option to use whatever money is left in my account and have somebody clean the machines routinely then 5*
This app often doesn't pay the full amount of the machines even though it charges the full amount. For example, the washer cost $4.50; the app charges me $4.50 but only gave $2.00 credit on the washer leaving me to pay an additional $2.50 so I end up pay $7.00. This has happened numerous times with the washers and dryers. Not worth the so called convenience.
This used to work great, however, the past couple months it won't find the machines unless I completely reboot my phone, closing/relaunching the app doesn't help. I have updated the app/phone, cleared the cache/data, uninstalled/reinstalled. Same thing. After a reboot, it works for a few minutes, then stops again. I have the Samsung Z Fold4. My wife has the Z Flip4 and hers works fine so it's not the machines. My phone's Bluetooth/NFC/Wi-Fi work for everything else. Any ideas how to fix?
It was great when I could use the marketplace to get free credits. Very helpful when in between checks. but the marketplace tab disappeared a while back. It seems like it disappears when you don't fully complete a free credit task. Sucks because some are real difficult to fully complete. Otherwise, it's a good app but the marketplace feature is a big aspect and it disappearing is frustrating.
This app could not find the machines I needed to use via Bluetooth, and I couldn't get it to work by scanning the QR codes or entering the machine numbers manually, either. The AI assistant is not helpful and asks you to "repeat" things for reasons that are mysterious to me (why would I need to repeat something that is already in the thread... in text form??). The only reason I'm rating higher than one star is because I got my refund approved very quickly. Nice idea, but poor implementation.

I've contacted the team and even changed my password but the issue remains. Now I'm skeptical of making a new account and risk encountering the same issue. I hope this bug gets fixed!
Super helpful, very easy way to pay for washing/drying without having to lug around a bunch of coins or dollars to turn into coins. The only downside (unless I just missed it) is that there's no way to flag a machine if it's having mechanical issues. I ended up paying for a dryer that was spinning but not heating, there should be a place to report those for maintenance.

Great app for vending machine purchases! I rarely ever have cash but this lets me load $10 to my account to use whenever. My only issue is wishing it connected faster but honestly it's never failed to upload money or connect to the machine. Very convenient, I can put my money in my account & get my snacks in like a minute or two. They also have a way to earn credits for free but I haven't checked that out yet. 4.8/5

I accidentally selected the wrong machine, and there isn't anything in the app that allows you to cancel and get your money back. You'll leave a machine with a credit until a timer runs out, and it never gets used, but you can email customer service and get a quick refund. Customer service is good. The app is convenient, but could be better if they allowed you to cancel on your own.
Prices are set different than the machines so once you add funds, you'll have to add more due to them charging the incorrect price in the app. They also charge a fee if you don't add the amount they want and only allow you to add in certain quantities. Rip Off. Charges $.25 to deposit small amounts. So if you only need an additional $.50, you end up paying $.75. Unless of course you deposit $20. It will Nickle and Dime you in hopes that you forget about money you gave them. Not to mention, it very rarely connected with the devices. After 7 refreshes, it finally allowed me to pay the washing machine.
Prices are set different than the machines so once you add funds, you'll have to add more due to them charging the incorrect price in the app. They also charge a fee if you don't add the amount they want and only allow you to add in certain quantities. I ended up wasting money just cause their price was wrong and they are no help to fix the issue.

This app often doesn't pay the full amount of the machines even though it charges the full amount. For example, the washer cost $4.50; the app charges me $4.50 but only gave $2.00 credit on the washer leaving me to pay an additional $2.50 so I end up pay $7.00. This has happened numerous times with the washers and dryers. Not worth the so called convenience.
It was great when I could use the marketplace to get free credits. Very helpful when in between checks. but the marketplace tab disappeared a while back. It seems like it disappears when you don't fully complete a free credit task. Sucks because some are real difficult to fully complete. Otherwise, it's a good app but the marketplace feature is a big aspect and it disappearing is frustrating.
This app could not find the machines I needed to use via Bluetooth, and I couldn't get it to work by scanning the QR codes or entering the machine numbers manually, either. The AI assistant is not helpful and asks you to "repeat" things for reasons that are mysterious to me (why would I need to repeat something that is already in the thread... in text form??). The only reason I'm rating higher than one star is because I got my refund approved very quickly. Nice idea, but poor implementation.
This app was working fine until I got a new phone and it didn't allow me to log in on a different device. A "Contact Us" message kept popping up despite entering the correct login info. I've contacted the team and even changed my password but the issue remains. Now I'm skeptical of making a new account and risk encountering the same issue. I hope this bug gets fixed!
Finds nearby devices but practically everytime I select one and slide to pay it doesn't register and I have to try it 2 or 3 more times with the "you recently sent payment to this machine" pop up showing up. Also it used to send me a notification when the washer or dryer was almost done but that doesn't work anymore and the in-app timers are always off so I have to set my own timers.
Terrible app. Never wanted to download it because Im not that bothered by quarters buuuut I did because it's advertised all over my laundromat. So download it and go to use it all at the same time, doesn't work. Try different machines and none of them work. Just says connecting the whole time. Lady comes along and uses the same machine we we're trying the first time and the app works for her. So not sure what's going on. Then we try the dryers and still nothing BUT my husband tries the street fighter game and of course that works!! So we come back a week later to try again and this time I uninstall and reinstall the app and it looks different so I'm thinking success! We load the washer and get ready and swipe up and nothing,,,, again. So for me this app is a waste of time and money and I'd like a refund for the remainder of my balance that's just sitting there doing nothing. Disappointed to say the least.
customer service through this app is very poor. when a problem arises, they say they are not responsible. They tell you to contact the provider. The provider fixes the machines, but they say the refunds are done through Payrange. The end result is that money is lost, and customers are left feeling there is nothing they can do. Shame one you.
I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy and this app REFUSES to detect any nearby machines with Bluetooth. The only solution is to stand there refreshing the screen until it randomly decides to work 5 minutes later. This service presents itself as a "convenience" for doing laundry, when in reality it's the complete opposite. I genuinely wish I could use coins instead of wasting my time with this stupid app every time I have to do laundry.
Rip Off. Charges $.25 to deposit small amounts. So if you only need an additional $.50, you end up paying $.75. Unless of course you deposit $20. It will Nickle and Dime you in hopes that you forget about money you gave them. Not to mention, it very rarely connected with the devices. After 7 refreshes, it finally allowed me to pay the washing machine.
Prices are set different than the machines so once you add funds, you'll have to add more due to them charging the incorrect price in the app. They also charge a fee if you don't add the amount they want and only allow you to add in certain quantities. I ended up wasting money just cause their price was wrong and they are no help to fix the issue.
Three stars for convenience of loading money into the account. Saves me trips to the machine to reload my card. Very buggy... There is a feature that is supposed to let me know when my clothes are done, but it stopped working after the first time use of the app. It also charged my card, but the washer never started. I ended up being double charged and given the hardest time to receive a 2$ refund... They never return my call

says you get a free wash but it doesn't pay enough for the machine to start but it does now how much it cost because it will let you pay the wrong amount from your account and then add a quarter physically at the machine but it won't let you use the remainder in your account and then physically add a couple quarters into the machine doesn't make sense and the machines are filthy. give me the option to use whatever money is left in my account and have somebody clean the machines routinely then 5*

This used to work great, however, the past couple months it won't find the machines unless I completely reboot my phone, closing/relaunching the app doesn't help. I have updated the app/phone, cleared the cache/data, uninstalled/reinstalled. Same thing. After a reboot, it works for a few minutes, then stops again. I have the Samsung Z Fold4. My wife has the Z Flip4 and hers works fine so it's not the machines. My phone's Bluetooth/NFC/Wi-Fi work for everything else. Any ideas how to fix?

it's convenient for us who hate lugging coins to do laundry, but there is no way of knowing how many laundrymats use PayRange because you can't search on the app. And if you go the website and put in your location, nothing shows up if the business didn't add themselves. I only know of one, and found out about another one through their reviews. If this plans to thrive, then add the business on your website seach or add it to the app. SOMETHING! time is also inaccurate, but it works.

Great app for vending machine purchases! I rarely ever have cash but this lets me load $10 to my account to use whenever. My only issue is wishing it connected faster but honestly it's never failed to upload money or connect to the machine. Very convenient, I can put my money in my account & get my snacks in like a minute or two. They also have a way to earn credits for free but I haven't checked that out yet. 4.8/5

I accidentally selected the wrong machine, and there isn't anything in the app that allows you to cancel and get your money back. You'll leave a machine with a credit until a timer runs out, and it never gets used, but you can email customer service and get a quick refund. Customer service is good. The app is convenient, but could be better if they allowed you to cancel on your own.

Super helpful, very easy way to pay for washing/drying without having to lug around a bunch of coins or dollars to turn into coins. The only downside (unless I just missed it) is that there's no way to flag a machine if it's having mechanical issues. I ended up paying for a dryer that was spinning but not heating, there should be a place to report those for maintenance.
