please look the other way if your thinking of using them for a credit card company. TWICE I paid more than the minimum so I wouldn't be charged a $40 fee for being "late" so I paid more than enough to pull me out, last month and this month, both months they said they processed the payment but then didn't take the money out my account over a week later money is still in the account, I pay for something the day I pay for something then boom $40 charge and they didn't process what I tried paying.
Just like half the other people say, can't even log into the app, but loving into the website is fine. This is basically useless. Edit: so I say in the review I can log in fine on the site, but somehow that gets a reply of "oh you might not be a client"...ok. app is still trash, website isn't even that good to be honest. It as long as I can pay the card every month that's all that matters
I just got my card and I activated it on the website on my laptop but as for using the app when I went to access my account I can't even log in It's not accepting my password it's saying incorrect password and like I said I just opened my account so I cannot have an incorrect password you guys really need to step up and clear up all these glitches and bugs if you're going to put an app out there is this is annoying
This is by far the worst credit card app I have ever installed. I have been trying for months to log in on the app, I have sent messages, called, etc and I have yet to log into the app 1 time. And I almost have just as many issues with their website. I can log into it, but I can not make payments or anything other than see my balance and transactions. This is mobile banking made extremely stressful
I'd like to inform you that the word " their" is misspelled "there" in the ABOUT US tag line "Milestone app for financial investors to view THEIR investment portfolio". With this constructive criticism from a positive place, edit immediately! Language barriers and origin make no difference whatsoever when it comes to people's money. Actually, kind of frightening.
