Inconveniente This app most of the time does not work. No matter how many times you delete reload reset, it just does not work. it seems that when your payment comes do all of sudden it stops working. the website is the same, but it does not allow you to log in. the only way to contact them is to call the customer service department, which never has any answers to the app issues. You might get someone a representative who might say they are aware of the issue and their IT department is workin
Trash app and trash company Edit to Merrick response: I will not be calling your customer support. They're useless. I've made almost a dozen calls to them. None of them can figure out why I can't register my card, online account, or app account. I've gone thru the steps over a dozen times but your system keeps tellingy that I'm using the wrong information. Even tho I have clearly entered the exact information that it needs.
I started my Merrick card over a year ago because their credit card was less predatory than any other offers I was getting (no "account maintenance" fees, lower APR) When my first purchase didn't go through I called their CARES number which really had reliable customer service. They got it to go through & didnt mind it was a big purchase. I've had zero issues ever since. When I make payment it goes through much faster than my other card which wants a fee for fast payments. No issues logging in.
I was able to login last month and pay my bill with no problem. I see there was an update to the app. Now when I click on it to open it, it just clocks and won't let me login at all I tired uninstalling and re-installing the app. That didn't work. Could someone please check this out? I go in all the time. This is how i pay my bill.
I originally never reviewed as it was a standard banking app, I dont know who was in charge of this mobile update but it physically hurts to view the app now! 😭 I had thought it was perfect before so im extremely confused as to the complete change to the coloring and what I assume is font change as I couldn't bare to look at it longer than necessary!
