This game is pretty cool. It offers a way to replay the classic megaman x games. The controls are simple and tries to keep the core gameplay of Megaman X. You can choose different characters to play, and they all have their own special abilities. Naturally, you have to spend the ingame currency (with some paid purchases) to unlock the characters and weapons at random. This game actually makes a lot of give away, so it balances out the paid services. So far, I really enjoy the game.

This game’s levels and characters will bring back all the feels. The classic side scrolling action is fully felt with the music and characters. The controls take a slight adjusting but do well for the mobile series. This is another free game with micro transactions, but there’s enough to do without having to purchase with actual cash unless you desire to. I’ve been able to grind out a decent few good characters and weapons without spending a dime so far. There is a lot of different materials to track, as well as upgrade trees to understand, but it starts flowing better with time and practice. What is great is that you can swap out characters for the most part as you level up and you won’t lose significant ranking & power by doing so, which means playing with different characters doesn’t feel like you’re starting over completely. My only wish is that while there are SOO MANY playable characters in the game (many of which I haven’t unlocked yet), I don’t know all their backstories on their connection to the franchise. A “BIO” button giving their connections would’ve been nice. Which game they showed up on, their alliance, maybe who made them, etc…

As someone who hates the soulessness of mobile games this has been one of the most enjoyable experiences with a mobile game I think I’ ll ever have. The gameplay isn’t locked behind a pay wall, and while purchases can allow you to speed up the process, you can get a huge chunk of actual megaman gameplay done every day without spending a cent. My only complaints are the gem prices being way too pricey apart from the three monthly packs that give you some every day, and the characters default weapons appear to not be available to unlock apart from zero and xs? A cleaned translation of the dialogue would also be appreciated but given the story doesn’t take itself too seriously thats a minor concern.

You want a 2D side scroller gacha set in the Megaman universe? You’ve come to the right place! The game is split into Story campaign, all your dailies/some event, and PVP. Most new players complain about getting stuck in the story mode (as enemies become bullet sponges), but that’s just how gachas work. You’ll need to grind out the various ways of increasing your power level, and eventually story mode becomes trivial. It’s kind of neat that you can choose different weapons, from busters to sprayers to shotguns to machine guns to rocket launchers to swords, but outside these categories, all the weapons are pretty much the same with different properties like rate of fire and damage per shot. Where the game starts to fall apart is after you’ve cleared most of the PVE content and only really have PVP to focus on. PVP is unbalanced so that that people who connect game controllers to the game will always 100% win because it’s easier to exploit certain mechanics with a controller. Some people claim that when everyone can equally exploit, then there’s a layer of strategy involved, so maybe give this game a go if you already have a game controller? Otherwise, I find the gacha to be generous enough for FtP to be able to enjoy the game as a pickup without having to feel like you need to pay.

I want to start off by saying I have been playing this game everyday for going on about 4 or 5 months now and I’ve progressed relatively well. Throughout the entire game I’ve only came across one thing that not only doesn’t make any sense but it is quite aggravating. There are cards that you can acquire to do various attack and defense strategies and like among other things some are more common than others depicted by colors. Once a card is acquired you can level it up by either using a power up card or by combining it with the same type of card, all except for the gold cards for which these are the most rare cards and are difficult to collect. Not only can u not combine the gold cards the opportunity to gain a card that will power up a gold card is, let’s just say, non existent being that I haven’t acquired not even one since starting the game. I just don’t understand what is the point of giving 4 or 5 of the same cards to players who’ve done well in an event if you can’t even combine them. Other than that great game and the cards aren’t a huge issue in the game either so I don’t want to deter anyone from playing the game because I highly recommend the game.

I’m an avid fan of the Mega Man series so it’s only logical I fell in love with this game. I’ve been playing before the international release through use of emulation and I have seriously been enjoying myself. Most of my problems with this game mostly come down to nit picks in all honestly. The Mega Man X series formula of satisfying platforming transitioned great to mobile and while not perfect, the feeling is still there. The amount of fan service is incredible as well. You can play as so many different characters spanning from the entire Mega Man franchise it’s actually crazy. The game is also receiving frequent updates so, you definitely have a reason to keep logging in. My biggest complaint as of now is just that I can’t transfer my main account to mobile. But it’s honestly not that big of a deal. A lot of people like to complain about the capsules but, most games of this nature require a decent amount of luck so, it’s not a very fair criticism. Overall I’ve been enjoying my time with this game as it feels incredibly quality which is something not many mobile games strive for.

It's a Mega Man mobile game. On the positive side, there're a lot of references to the whole Mega Man franchise, the gameplay itself is pretty faithful to the reference material, and the concept is pretty easy to grasp. On the negative side, the loading screen times get obnoxious pretty quickly, and there is a complete lack of controller support, which makes the game very tedious to play, unless you are used to touch controls. For a casual mobile game, I don't mind it, but it's not amazing.

Love the aesthetic that it's a Megaman X remake in a way. The navigator's voice needs to be toned down and not constantly going off every time I research something or frankly do anything, because it's just annoying doing anything if she's around. Tutorials are annoying because they're not optional and though you can skip it, they shouldn't pull you away from playing the game. Power level gets to a point where you do a couple battle skips/grinding and that's it or risk constant death.

I used to play this game regularly, and contributed a lot to it overall. But after time it started to crash on me, constantly. Especially everytime you're running a free draw event. And even other time's as well, I'd give this game a much better rating if that wasn't the case. I have contacted the developers previously but had no such luck. So you should fix this, and then it will be a great game.

Game crashes frequently at the title screen. In those rare moments I get it going it crashes after a single stage. My phone isnt even that old and works perfectly with other titles with way more going on both asthetically and gameplay. I'm far from the minority with this complaint as well. This is the last time I get my hopes up for a mobile title produced by a 3rd party company. Absolute hog water.
