Very poorly designed and executed. The user is near constantly bombarded about accepting or rejecting cookies. The app should remember the user's selection - that's the point of cookies. Navigating back to the menu after viewing an item is a real pain. The app lets you order "McDelivery" but does not let you order for pickup. The user should be able to place an order for pickup at the restaurant of their choice, specify whether they want to pick up at the counter or the drive-thru, and pay.
Tried redeeming my free meal (burger) with points twice and got nothing. First time, scanned and confirmed, but no ticket came out; when I retried, the machine said “not available.” Happened again—points deducted but no food. This app is a scam. Don’t waste your time or money. Other people experience this, so I have to do this kind of view.
"Rewards" mechanism need to change. Ordered at one of the two kiosks, and then there was problem with the payment, cannot pay at counter also. So need to reorder at another kiosk. But promotion at rewards section is considered "used". End up having to pay almost double for the same food. Also, you can't order multiple promotions at the same order. Have to order two times to bypass the system. Just change it to permanent lah, the rewards😓
Not compatible with device for more than a year already. Is there even an IT team on this app at all? If there is a team, where can i apply? I would also like to collect free money. Obviously many people installed this from google play store but it still shows the same error. It has been affecting more and more different devices, sooner or later no one else will be able to use the app.
Very disappointing experience with the app. We paid for our order on the app, arrived 40 minutes later, and staff could not locate it. We waited almost an hour with no resolution and were told the order would only be cancelled after 2 hours for a refund. No meal was received, and we had to make other arrangements while my children were left hungry. Poor service and unacceptable handling of a paid order.
