Works on and off. packages are consistently being delivered in the luxerone lockers but buyers arent notified or given codes. it worked for a couple months before I had issues. I've lost so much money to packages supposedly getting delivered but never having access to them. and services wont refund when the packages show delivered. also, I occasionally get notification and access to other people's packages, and no way to fix it.
Terrible package system. Delivery drivers are too overworked or dont care about using the system. so even if it works on paper, scanning each package so I can see the label never happens. sometimes the code needed for me to access the package room never arrives, is late, sends multiple times, or I get codes for packages that arrive for someone else. leads to a guessing game and combined with my apartments package system leads to a hunt to find my package guessing if its their at all.
App is so slow to start that it's useless. Main workflow: go down to the package lockers, open app, wait 10+ second then give up and use the texted code for the lockers instead of opening with the app. The individual features seem ok - notifications work at least - but it's so much faster to enter the codes into the package locker than to try to use the app to open the locker which is half the point of the app. edit: app no longer sends notifications nor knows I get packages. uninstalling now
Suddenly stopped working! I've used this app for over a year now. I get several packages a week, and within the last week this app has stopped working. I get a notification that I have a package, but when I open the app, it says "You have no packages", even though I KNOW I DO. So I end up having to type in the code to open my locker. It's so frustrating! I don't know what changed, I used to love how quick, easy & hands-free this app made picking up my packages. Hope issues get resolved soon. :/
Definitely one of the worst apps I have the displeasure of being forced to use. Right now the chat support feature is just unavailable, and has been for at least a few weeks. They are supposedly "looking into the issue." Sure. Also as of a couple weeks ago the main screen that shows your available packages no longer scrolls, so you can only see two packages. If you have more than 2 you can't scroll see what else there is. and the Bluetooth feature only works about half the time.
