keeps saying "unable to link account" when I put in my s.s. and dob. suggested I call my tax preparer for help. they can't understand the problem and thus can't help. they need tech support. so I have to go back to their office and have me print out all the info on my refund as they insisted the app would be better. also super expensive. but they take your documents hostage when you first come in, give you a quote, then nearly bill you double.
I have been coming here for 6 years now and Tariq has been fantastic. From catching me up with 3 years of taxes to advising me of amounts needed in wage deductions so I don't owe at the end of the year. He was spot on in his calculations. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.
I keep entering my account info, but the app won't let me login. it just keeps going back to the sign-in page over and over...
I love this app! Very convenient and easy to use even for a person that doesn't use technology very often! i can upload my documents, schedule my appointment all through the app. I can also check the status of my refund through the app rather than calling the office. Won't let me update. It's saying it's updated in my phone but when I try to log in the app it's still saying it needs to update. I even tried restarting the device and Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Still won't work.
