This app worked great on my LG Phoenix 4 Androids, but it seems reluctant to finish installing on this Samsung Galaxy A01.. Edit: it finally finished installing, and so far, it works great!

I moved out of LA 3 years ago and I keep getting emails from this app without the ability to unsubscribe. Contacted support. Apparently you can't unsubscribe or delete your account without the app. So I redownloaded it and can't actually log in because I never receive the 2fa email with the code in time before the code expires. So many terrible UX and coding practices going on here.

This app already got on my bad side when it prevented me from going to some of my favorite websites, therefore I had to go through the trouble of getting it otherwise, I'm shut out of them even of its SUPPOSED to just be a digital drivers liscence. When I did download it and had to go through the verification, it would never send me the code needed to proceed. I WOULD REFRESH ONLY TO NOT GET THE CODE OVER AND OVER! Starting the year with a banger I see...

I was never able to install the information needed. It just kept telling me an error had occurred. Useless. When I called the number others have been given on this site, I would get a message, put on hold, then it would disconnect. The did contact me by email, told me to check my wifi connection and get back to them if it didn't work. It didn't, I did, and they never contacted me again.

Had an a issue with it not recognizing my information initially even though everything was input correctly. Now it has been well over an hour since I created and registered an account yet my "information is still not obtainable". I have even completely deleted the app and redownloaded 5 or 6 times the same message appears. This app is a joke.

love being able to have my driver's license on me because I always would forget my wallet but I always have my phone very very handy

I'd give 5 stars if the update was showing up in play store. i renewed my license a week ago but it's not updated on this app!

For the most part working as advertised. HOWEVER, none of my 3 car registrations are appearing on the app. Kind of annoying.

I love this app. I use it all the time. not only is it convenient for keeping up with my drivers license, but it keeps up with my fishing license, my car registration, and my medical info. Great job, Louisiana!!! thank you!!

i had an account and everything worked fine until i accidentally deleted the app. it took me a little while to realize what i'd done but as soon as i did i reinstalled it, but every time i try to login to my account it says 'oops an error has occurred while processing your request. please try again later.' i've tried periodically for 2 days to login and i get that message every time. so it's 100% useless now.

LaWallet is not accepting my new real ID even after confirming with OMV that everything on the license is correct in their system. I reached out to LaWallet support and received no help. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app..still receiving error message code F.

Received notice on a state website that the app was Free. That's relative, as you have to pay $5.99 to agree to the license that allows you to use it. I've uninstalled it again. The majority of apps released in bi-partisan and Democratic majority states are free. Update: tried the app again 2023 and beyond, now it is free to set up license and apparently vehicle registrations. It would be perfect if the developers can work with google to allow it to be opened from the Android Lock Screen.

It worked fine until I changed phones. It required me to reactivate it with a code that was supposed to be emailed to me. I still have not received the code to this day.

Trend Micro says LA Wallet "Unsafe." Never had opportunity to use it. But it's nice to have card pictures handy on phone. Can't ever get it to show my Medicaid Health Plan Card, either original or company's. Can't scan up cards to app. This seems like wasted space, mostly. Some interesting links in menu, including Help & Faqs. No freezing problems. No ads. Also stores Driver License/State ID; LDWF license; "My Vehicles"; Concealed Handgun Permit; Smart Health Card: Covid Vax record.

The LA Wallet app works as it should as long as I am connected to mobile data through my phone service. If I try to use the app whilst connected to my home's Wi-Fi, it gives me the "Well this is embarrassing" error 😳. I've tried troubleshooting my Wi-Fi to no avail. I first learned of the issue last hunting season when I tried to open the app while at home.

I love the app my only problem is that I have three cars registered in my name. I click to see my registered vehicles its tells me I don't have any. it would be great it they would let you take pictures and add it yourself. Other than that I love it I wish all states had this .

When dark theme is on for the device, it's hard to read anything. Also the device back button does nothing. You need to use the in app back arrow, which no app really do.

Will not allow creation of new account. Silly "Oops" message appears. Called customer support and they told me to "umm delete and reinstall" which I have already done. Support says "umm its a connection issue and to continue trying and call back later". I have already tried many times. My phone works just fine for all other apps and can stream HD video so apparently the issue is not with connection but with the app.
