Terrible service and completely unprofessional staff. Customer support is useless and doesn’t even try to solve the problem. On top of that, their GPS is always inaccurate — it constantly takes me to the wrong location or causes delays. This isn’t the first time, and clearly, they’re not interested in fixing it. I’ll never use their service again and I strongly advise others to stay away.

Very disappointing experience. There were many drivers shown as available and standing by on the app, yet after waiting more than 30 minutes, not a single one accepted my ride request. The destination was less than 10 km away, so it wasn't even a long trip. What's the point of showing so many available cars if passengers can't actually get a ride?
