Connecting with the Bluetooth was seamless. I have not tried all features but I was able to read and clear error codes, and I drove around with the fuel economy graph on. It is really cool.
Works great, used it on a few different vehicles. I also used it for all my gauges when my cluster went out. Really like the fuel gauge being in a percentage of what's in my fuel tank. Great app recommend it to all. Thanks guys for the great experience.
The pro version paired with the Carista OBD2 adapter plug is worth the extra $ if you're a data nerd like me. Connection process is seamless and the amount of data it provides for my 2010 Ford Escape can be viewed in real-time for single drive cycles and recorded for multiple drive cycles. Important for generating historical data that aids in baseline monitoring and diagnosing. Sending data via email is a breeze as well. Keeps car out of the maintenance shop and $ in my pocket.
Maybe its not at the level of diagnostic software car services use and have per use/scan pricing, or yearly 1k+€ subscription cost. But it is very usefull for everyday users. Best part for me is fuel consumption tracking.
Amazing! I have already used this App for my BMW e60 without any problems, read all the information about the car, find the fault, I was able to clear them all. Now I'm using it for my van- Nissan Interstar 2007 and it's doing exactly the same things! I'm really happy with this App, ☺️, Cheers!!
I have used this app with much success for Years. Many vehicles I have serviced. From 2000 Toyota 4Runner, 2000 Dodge Ram ***I Wish they woukd Add Support for Motorcycles. *It does requires an additional adapter to adapt OBD2 plug to a Harley 4 or 6 pin connector. But same OBD2 language etc. There are basically NO current appa even attempting to do this. So would be a Great Market! Recently though. Now my 99/00 4Runner won't connect I think a update or protocol changed....
I have an issue..I can't re install it neither could I update it.Yet it is paid for .I should be assisted in this.
When it connects to the obd dongle it works well, collecting data from multiple modules. Although it can take a while to scan everything. Seems optimised for Bluetooth as I have serious problems connecting to my WiFi obd2 dongle. It won't connect more times than it will. Other obd software connects fine, so it's not the dongle. Now using it with Vlinker BT dongle and it reads every module on the car including one it can't recognise and lists as "unknown". Gains an extra star!
Overall it's in good app there's a few bugs that are annoying and a few other things but all in all I'm glad to pay for it I just wish that these bugs would get fixed like I can't put in what size engine I have which makes a big difference even though it reads it overall though it's the one I use so that tells you I like it
Works as advertised updates seem to have smoothed out connection issues I experienced early on. Wish I could command self tests and clear reset modules otherwise what it does it seems to do in all makes and models.
It doesn't seem to work anymore. I can't log in. How do I get help. For some reason the app on my phone can't or won't connect with the blue thooth unit. I forgot to take the original BT out when I got trid of the other car, but bought 2 of them. one went in one car and one in the other. number connects fine but one won't connect...
Not too bad overall. 3 stars for the following. I don't think the FRP is very accurate, there's no Boost gauge specifically, which is important when you have a turbo. Other than that it seems good for the price. Will continue to test with it and how accurate it is, some have reported that the MPG doesn't coincide with their fuel gauge. So far it would seem accurate but more testing is needed. Will reevaluate my review over the next year.
cannot update the app anymore. common hints like update the android etc are not valid, system up to date, phone not rooted, all sec. updates installed from the vendor. OnePlus 12 with latest OS and updates.
I tried to log on to their website in order to download the user guide which wasn't available in the app. it asked me for a credit card that it said it wouldn't charge. and then I immediately got a $34 charge and fraud protection notice from my bank. what a shame because I actually enjoyed using this app before they tried to scam me.
Tried to set up to my 2016 Impala. Vehicle engine info in ap does not match actual engine specs. Also, will not connect to my vehicle. Waste of money. Do not download this ap. After further review, and receiving very specific instructions regarding the use of this ap. My opinion remains unchanged. Do not waste your money on this ap.
