How have you made it more inconvenient to use the app? Please re-add the feature that remembers the previous ticket bought rather than selecting from the list every time. When you click on your preferred stop it zooms OUT rather than in. Also, the tracker shows the routes on the wrong side of the road, and in the case of one way streets, along the wrong roads. We don't need fancy graphics, we need a working USEFUL app

good when it works but very unreliable, sometimes the bus stops just don't show the map and the search feature comes up with no results making the app useless. I like being able to see where the bus is on the map because that's more accurate than the time tables. We get a lot of replacement buses in the area and some of them are not tracked, but the counter still goes for them.

There is little point in downloading this app. It won't let you log in, it won't let you create a new account. It will let you purchase tickets but it will take your money and not give you a ticket. It doesn't track the buses in real time, it only displays what the set timetable is. Don't trust the app to keep the tickets you do manage to purchase, they will randomly disappear as well.

Rubbish. Unintuitve and not much help. It shows where the bus is but gives ZERO clue as to how long it might take to get to your stop - which is ridiculous as the signs at the stop show this - so why doesn't the app? Also there are often a number of buses that go to the same stop - yet you have to click on each bus number separately and keep flicking to and fro. Once you have nominated a stop it should show you all the buses going there at once. Also can't reverse direction of buses for return
