Totally useless people. Wrong calculations, wrong support. So many mistakes and so much follow-up needed even after paying the full amount in advance. Had to do all calculations myself as well to ensure if what they're doing is right. Really bad customer experience.
Just installed. Not happy at all. Every time I navigate from the screen I'm asked to login, even though I checked 'Remember Me'. It's frustrating to go through few clicks just to start from the point you left. Not worth my time.
I had the worst experience with these guys. Most unprofessional and incapable advisors are employed in this company. I have been filing my Tax through this app for last few years and each year their services are worsening. Usually people want to stick to one CA and don't want to switch to new advisor every year and hence I was ignoring their all stupidness. But this year they crossed all lines and miscalculated my tax few times.. This is my last year of IT filling with this company. Good bye.
This app is working very good now. Last year I could not file through it but this year income tax deportment has done a great value and is nice to see I could file my all return with just one click. Great work done by team. I recommend it to all.
I had been filing since many years now freely. Website was good. From this year, they are charging money. There are many other tax filing platforms that do this freely. No option to delete my data as well.
