My Easypaisa is not working properly. I deposited money into the Saving Pocket, but after one month it started showing an error. The error is still appearing. I thought that once the goal was completed, I would be able to withdraw the money, but even after the goal has been completed, I am still unable to withdraw my funds and the error keeps showing. Kindly fix this issue.

This is the worst possible service. Whenever I try to use it, first of all, the app doesn't even open. Even if it manages to open, the transactions fail. Sometimes, even when I enter the correct PIN, it claims that the PIN is invalid. Their app and overall service are absolutely pathetic. When you call their helpline, no one answers. Most of the time, the call doesn't even go through and gets disconnected automatically. And on the rare occasion that it does connect, nobody picks up.

Even though easypaisa is quite convenient for day to day transactions especially when you don't want to use your bank account. But I've been having this glitch where I am locked out of my easy paisa account, it doesn't accept my pin neither my biometric is accepted and I always have to uninstall and reinstall the app. The developer should look into this issue. It's frustrating especially when it happens in urgent situations and out of nowhere.

Easypaisa used to be my most favorite mobile banking app. I've 10lac daily limit and more than a crore of yearly limit, that i finish. I'm living and working abroad. but recently its gotten so slow that I can't even send money, banking section won't even load. there's no costumer support. i call from my foreign number and it cost dearly but still nobody picks the call at customer support. it has so many bugs and issues. I'll empty my account and stop using the app.

Extremely disappointed with Easypaisa. The app keeps getting stuck on the loading screen and won't let me log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, but the problem still hasn't been fixed.Customer support is not helpful, and users are left struggling to access their own accounts. If there were an option to give 0 stars, I would definitely choose that instead of 1 star. My experience has been nothing but frustrating and a complete waste of time. Please fix these issues
