Did not you know wayfair, joss& main, Birchlane and all modern are part of the Wayfair co. Love my products.so far. If something is wrong with a product .they ajust the mistake.i hope they continue . PEREGOLD is there other company beautiful furniture but for the monied people.

They send me multiple ads at 10 pm. Most annoying. Just uninstalled it.

Most of the app won't load for me. I end up with a blank screen and then the app freezes.

Frustrating!!! Nothing opens so you can view the product. Wayfair app just as bad. Waste of time!!!!!!

Birch Lane is advertising cool couches in Instagram. But when you click on it then you can't find the couches. I only got the app to look at the couches

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a $165 5x7 rug and it was absolutely the cheapest rug I had ever seen. I mean, I was shocked. I went to review it to warn others and guess what, I had no options or ability to leave a review for my purchase. Wow! I've printed the label and will be bitting the return shipping cost and will never order from this company again.

Web site is so slow, to the point it's irritating. My other sites are fast and it helps me to keep moving quickly to see everything I want That needs to change and it isn't on my end.

Quality products Also their marketing is beautiful pictures full descriptions of product I appreciate that the pricing is very competitive and Fur the quality I don't think most brands will match it across-the-board they expect quality and they sell quality My favorite Oh and shipping is excellent

Easy to use an navigate app. Most of the inventory is a little pricey. I will see if the product fits the cost after I have had time with my item and do a pt 2.

Can't shut off push notifications!! Even though I have turned off all notifications in settings, I still get at least one push notification every day. Too annoying, deleted! Update: response to developer response... That's what I did. Obviously. But I still get push notifications. It's only on Birch Lane, not J&M or Wayfair!

Love Birch Lane, they're one of my favorites. The app is nicely done and the photo displays are inspiring from a decorative perspective. (I would contact customer service if I had an issue with a purchase verses poorly rating the app.)

I've use this app for years, no issues. Now there are 365 pair of curtains in my cart that I didn't put there and I can't get rid of. Each pair entered separately. I love your products but I'm gonna have to stop purchasing because of this.

Couldn't stop push notifications OR emails, even AFTER changing preferences - they still kept coming a WEEK after making changes. On the other side of things, my tufted headboard cane from BL, and it's fantastic. Those notifications and emails though. That's just too much.

Out of the five items I purchased through this app 4 were cancelled because of lack of inventory or their ship dates being hogwash and having no idea when they'll actually be getting inventory from the manufacturer. I would say when buying from this app don't count on actually getting it and have a backup plan when it fails to arrive, or you get an email saying they cancelled it with absolutely no reason. This is not a trustworthy app or company.
