Beautiful and relaxing, yet still fun. I keep coming back to this game as a way to unwind and after years of playing it on and off, I finally decided to review it. Couldn't think of any reason to take away stars, so 5 stars it is. The goals for each level keep it interesting and I wouldn't say the game itself is super challenging, but some goals can be. The ambiance is really what keeps drawing me back to the game though and the goals are fun enough to keep me playing once I start it.

Like Alto's Adventure, Alto's Odyssey is a beautiful game that is something to me that other games just aren't. I can spend all day playing and be content. I love the background, the sky, the weather, the day and night cycles. The different areas in the desert are really cool. 🌴🌵🔆 This isn't just an endless runner mobile game. It has a special place in my heart and it's put together so well. Very beautiful game! 🤍

I love the visuals and sounds in the game! The sounds make every detail so interesting to me, like the differences in grinding a rope and a vine. I also really love the different settings. They all tie together nicely and I can easily tell what setting I'm in. I also like that the controls for the game are very simple. One suggestion I have is, if possible, to prevent the character from getting up again after they fall off their board. Sometimes they do that when falling right before jumping.

The animation is beautiful to the point of me wanting pictures of it for my wall. The soundtrack fits perfectly. The game is fun with just enough challenge to keep it interesting. My favorite thing is the Zen Mode which you can play without collecting score, completing, challenges, and can keep going after you fall. It is really peaceful and the most relaxing app I've used.

Epic. The soundtrack is perfect and I can't stop listening to it, even after years. The game itself is beautiful, and almost any screenshot you take can be used as a wallpaper because of how pretty it is. (It even has a 'photo' mode!!) The soundtrack is amazing and fits so perfectly with the game. The ads are tolerable, especially playing in airplane mode lol. Have I mentioned the soundtrack? It's the best mobile game soundtrack. I could get lost inside this game forever. Definitely worth it.

Probably my favorite free mobile game. It's relaxing, yet exciting when I want it to be. It's always fun either way. Game manages to be entertaining while having such simple mechanics. The physics are smooth and satisfying. And perhaps the best thing the game has going for it is its amazing atmosphere. I think it could use some more new, unique terrain and obstacles. It gets just a bit repetitive after a certain time of playing the game.

Great music and visuals, nice atmosphere. Mechanics are simple but done well enough to never feel lacking. Not sure if the wingsuit takes too much from the challenge by giving an easy out for mistakes, but it is very fun. Would like more terrain types. Lemurs are more annoying than hard, when one gets me it's usually because I lack options, not because I choose wrong. Running as Izel can get so fast that I hit obstacles with no chance to avoid them, which feels like punishment for playing well.

I really like this game! It's got relaxing music, gorgeous scenery, fun mechanics and the characters are diverse and unique as well.. Great at being 0 to the original game while also adding some fresh content. I only give 4 stars because I've had the game bug out multiple times and cause me to lose decent runs. The character will clip through objects sometimes and cause very odd collision problems.

LOVE the Alto games, and Odyssey is a beautiful and refreshing sequel to Adventure. The new map, soundtrack, and effects are amazing, but I found myself expecting a little more. I was disappointed to see the same exact characters with different outfits. I think adding some more backstory and/or new players would spruce it up and create a fresh yet familiar experience for fans. Excited to see what's next for Noodlecake!

art really good but training modules hard because the pause preps have to you tap and release at times where jumping is really hard to pass the obstacle. Background music and sounds really great and good variety of jumps. side missions attainable and give good challenge and direction for each level. love the desert vibe! wondering if there's a way to track distance through biomes or if it's only level based?

I like this game a lot but every time I go on a long streak (50,000 meters for example) the game crashes and I lose all my progress, I don't get the 12,000 coins I obtained nor do I complete any of the missions and level up due to the game crashing. I hope there's something you can do about this because there's no point in playing the game if it's just going to crash every time I make progress. This also happens with Alto's Adventure, and I was hoping it wouldn't be a problem in this game.

Alto's Odyssey is a fantastic game to pick up and play. Beautiful 2D graphics with a nice relaxing vibe. The lack of tricks Alto can do is made up for in the environments. Each new biome gives you new mechanics for you to chain together. There's always something fresh to master. My only complaints are lack of tricks and that you have to end your run to get your next challenges, obstacles can sometimes get lost in the background, and the prices for power-up upgrades feel a tad high. Great game.

really fun and challenging. I have run into some issues though. I can't see well, so when it turns night in the game, or when there's a sandstorm, I always hit a rock. there should be an option to make rocks "glow" or become more visible. another thing is that the game (although fun) gets boring. especially because there are only three places to travel in. it would be cool if there was "oasis" or "Sandstone cave"

Game is amazing, but has a few bugs. Specifically the bridges, you're just flipping around doing students and then comes a bridge over a chasm, if you land just at the start or the end of the bridge, then you just fly right through it, it just doesn't work. It has happened so many times that I had to come here and tell about it. Please fix that Other than that it's an amazing game, live the challenges and the randomness each time

The game actively works against you. The whole color scheme is trash, day/night cycle makes it so that you cannot even see (during night cycle) Alto indoors in a dark room with brightness turned all the way up. Trash mechanics make a fun game unplayable for me. And not being able to turn off the day/night cycle is a huge bummer. Also means I won't play the game. Maybe if they change it so you can stay in a day cycle then I may re-download as is now, uninstalled.
