This update has been a major downgrade. It is slow, glitchy, doesn't show the nutritional info for many items, and the worst part is how bad the search bar works. I can type exactly what I'm looking for, knowing that I buy this item from Wegmans often, and it won't even show up as a product. I rely on this app for budgeting my grocery shopping and this has been a nightmare. I really thought by now these bugs would have been worked out. I'm honestly not even sure what part was updated...

Revised app (4/25) is laggy. I keep all my items on the list & at home, check off what I don't need. It's slow to move items to "got it" & then the app sometimes randomly reorganizes the list so the next item I was going to swipe is now in a new location. List is sorted by Aisle, so that shouldn't happen. The "department" sort is useless as there are too many. I'd like to organize by how I shop: Fruit/veg, boxed goods, dairy then meat. THAT would be useful. ZERO stars!

Very slow and glitchy app. User taps in the app are often not recognized, especially when clipping coupons (i.e. Clip will need to be pressed at least three times before a digital coupon is saved). Often the app will get locked on a store and you must clear the app's cache and storage before being able to change it (after logging back in, of course); otherwise, hit of Select for a new store will always return your location to the current store.

Please fix this app. It's very slow or refuses to understand what the user is trying to do. or simply lags. When an item isn't available it forces the user to pick replacement and doesn't allow you to just delete the unavailable item. The price gap between shopping in store vs. curbside pickup is quite big and I don't know what the markup policy is. Some clarity will be ideal.

Dont force me to update the app immediately in order to use the app. how incalculably annoying and inconvenient to do while people are shopping. For every single update it is unnecessary which is why most apps dont do this, especially. I open the app while shopping to quickly locate items to avoid having to ask for help 20x. and also to check and clip coupons really fast while headed to checkout or in line. I couldn't even bother to read what the problem was until I left.

I was really excited for the updated app since they said they were going to have new features. Visually it's an upgrade, but functionally it's terrible. I still use it because I believe it'll get better, but right now the app is PAINFULLY slow. It doesn't always register touch commands, and typing in the search bar takes away longer than it should. If you've never used the Wegmans app before, it IS useful to have ur grocery list right there because it tells you where all the products are, etc.

Lowered to one star because the app got even worse. When it works you can pick subs for each of your items in case they're out of it. And you can get everything delivered for a fee or go and have everything brought to your car. But sometimes I can't edit my order because the app won't update when I make a change, or just crashes every time I try to use it. Also have issues when having someone else pick up (the link refuses to work for them at times). And the app is just sooo slow to do anything.

I absolutely hate this new app. The old one worked fine. This new one is slow and glitchy. I use it in the store when I shop and the app has added shopping time because it's so slow. Just now, I'm trying to add an item to the shopping list and after the slowest load and search ever, the app crashes before I can add the item. Give me back the old app!!!

major upgrade sucks. Wegmans, you don't get user experience. just because you want users to buy more To Go's for better profit margins, you are willing to sacrifice the speed of item search. Give the users their own preference in setting. one size DOES NOT fit all. I will just stop using this mobile app if it is still slow. It is a waste of my time. Get it right if you actually care for customer retention.

Gave it a few months before reviewing the new app but it's very bad compared to the old one. Doing anything requires multiple attempts. Removing an item? You need to click it 3 times minimum before it responds. Uncheck all items? Same. Makes it difficult to shop in store when you click the box to say you put it in the cart but have to hit it 5 times. The aisles in the list are also out of order. Goes aisle 3, then 14, then 2 but then correctly ordered the rest of the list

wegmans if you ever wondered why people don't do pick up it's because this app is beyond frustrating. the pick up process is the worst I've ever experienced. it won't let you check in at the store when you're there so you have to call the general store number and wait for the robot voice to get through the prompts and hopefully you'll get someone. then the changing of the pickup times to 12 hours later is delightful too. and to top it all off you'll be lucky if it let's you add a payment method

Latest update is a total flop. The app now takes FOREVER to load items, especially when doing a search. I cannot add items from my last receipt to my shopping cart like I used to do (the option is greyed out), it regularly just logs me out or stops working entirely. It takes twice as long to create a shopping list now. I absolutely 100% hate it. I am seriously thinking of going old-school and using paper. It would be faster and less frustrating.

8/5/2025 now I cannot even log in. It seems no one is addressing the major issues with the app. the new app is terrible - I keep trying to click on things and it does nothing. I really hope someone is addressing this issue. If it doesn't improve, I'll be removing it. it's too frustrating to navigate. Update: the latest July update still didn't fix anything. PLEASE fix it!! It's to the point I don't even want to use it. Today it won't even let me log in.

The app is practically unusable now. It takes 10 tries to delete an item and it may not even go through. You can't see the total $ amt for your actual running list just the total for what you have on want and got. It moves so slowly that it's hardly interactive anymore so if you're in store trying to check off items you have to stop for 30sec to a min just to deal with a single item. I don't understand what happened. It wasn't like this in the beta. My family is exhausted with how bad it is now

This app used to be so practical and easy to use. Now it freezes, crashes and takes forever to load. When I try to uncheck items from my purchased list, it takes about 5-10 seconds to respond or it freezes and I have to exit out of the app. This app has so much potential, but now it is awful and makes me want to go back to writing grocery lists in my notes app or even *gasp* on a piece of paper.

Getting worse and slower every single time. Designed and implemented by those swimming in the shallow end of the IQ pool. Stutters, hesitates and outright freezes. This, combined with weekly disappearances of staple items carried for years, if not decades, makes Wegmans the example of a picture perfect nightmare to patronize. (8/15) I don't enjoy being held hostage and forcing updates to use this useless app.

The app went through a "major" upgrade. Somehow, it's even worse than it was. App signs you out every couple of days. Tremendously slow loading time and interface. Pretty much the only thing this app is good for is making a grocery list, that's takes about a minute and a half per item added, and aisle locations. Otherwise, pretty awful app.

With the latest update, I do like how crossed off items in my shopping list now go to a separate spot. However, it has made the app very slow and unresponsive all the time. Things like nutrition facts are sometimes missing on products and sometimes I can't click on items to edit the notes. Wegmans, please go back to your old version while you work on this. This latest version is not fully cooked. Also, I recommend moving away from using React Native. This is the source of your problems!

This app was sluggish and difficult to use previously. Now whatever update they've done to it has made it almost completely unusable. It basically made me set up my entire profile again after logging me out. I had to manually change the store location several times because it would change it back to a store in a different state. It took 4-5 times trying to just check out my cart, and it gave me random errors before having to close the app and restart the process again.

Just go back to the old version, this sucks! I have to acknowledge that the app is sorted by aisle EVERY TIME I enter the cart. I have to click on everything at least twice to get it to open. Searching takes 20-30 seconds to load, items take the same, it is AWFUL!! Oh, and my entire cart was deleted from the update, thanks for that.

Gave it a few months before reviewing the new app but it's very bad compared to the old one. Doing anything requires multiple attempts. Removing an item? You need to click it 3 times minimum before it responds. Uncheck all items? Same. Makes it difficult to shop in store when you click the box to say you put it in the cart but have to hit it 5 times. The aisles in the list are also out of order. Goes aisle 3, then 14, then 2 but then correctly ordered the rest of the list

wegmans if you ever wondered why people don't do pick up it's because this app is beyond frustrating. the pick up process is the worst I've ever experienced. it won't let you check in at the store when you're there so you have to call the general store number and wait for the robot voice to get through the prompts and hopefully you'll get someone. then the changing of the pickup times to 12 hours later is delightful too. and to top it all off you'll be lucky if it let's you add a payment method

Latest update is a total flop. The app now takes FOREVER to load items, especially when doing a search. I cannot add items from my last receipt to my shopping cart like I used to do (the option is greyed out), it regularly just logs me out or stops working entirely. It takes twice as long to create a shopping list now. I absolutely 100% hate it. I am seriously thinking of going old-school and using paper. It would be faster and less frustrating.

8/5/2025 now I cannot even log in. It seems no one is addressing the major issues with the app. the new app is terrible - I keep trying to click on things and it does nothing. I really hope someone is addressing this issue. If it doesn't improve, I'll be removing it. it's too frustrating to navigate. Update: the latest July update still didn't fix anything. PLEASE fix it!! It's to the point I don't even want to use it. Today it won't even let me log in.

The app is practically unusable now. It takes 10 tries to delete an item and it may not even go through. You can't see the total $ amt for your actual running list just the total for what you have on want and got. It moves so slowly that it's hardly interactive anymore so if you're in store trying to check off items you have to stop for 30sec to a min just to deal with a single item. I don't understand what happened. It wasn't like this in the beta. My family is exhausted with how bad it is now

This app used to be so practical and easy to use. Now it freezes, crashes and takes forever to load. When I try to uncheck items from my purchased list, it takes about 5-10 seconds to respond or it freezes and I have to exit out of the app. This app has so much potential, but now it is awful and makes me want to go back to writing grocery lists in my notes app or even *gasp* on a piece of paper.

Getting worse and slower every single time. Designed and implemented by those swimming in the shallow end of the IQ pool. Stutters, hesitates and outright freezes. This, combined with weekly disappearances of staple items carried for years, if not decades, makes Wegmans the example of a picture perfect nightmare to patronize. (8/15) I don't enjoy being held hostage and forcing updates to use this useless app.

The app went through a "major" upgrade. Somehow, it's even worse than it was. App signs you out every couple of days. Tremendously slow loading time and interface. Pretty much the only thing this app is good for is making a grocery list, that's takes about a minute and a half per item added, and aisle locations. Otherwise, pretty awful app.

With the latest update, I do like how crossed off items in my shopping list now go to a separate spot. However, it has made the app very slow and unresponsive all the time. Things like nutrition facts are sometimes missing on products and sometimes I can't click on items to edit the notes. Wegmans, please go back to your old version while you work on this. This latest version is not fully cooked. Also, I recommend moving away from using React Native. This is the source of your problems!

This app was sluggish and difficult to use previously. Now whatever update they've done to it has made it almost completely unusable. It basically made me set up my entire profile again after logging me out. I had to manually change the store location several times because it would change it back to a store in a different state. It took 4-5 times trying to just check out my cart, and it gave me random errors before having to close the app and restart the process again.

Just go back to the old version, this sucks! I have to acknowledge that the app is sorted by aisle EVERY TIME I enter the cart. I have to click on everything at least twice to get it to open. Searching takes 20-30 seconds to load, items take the same, it is AWFUL!! Oh, and my entire cart was deleted from the update, thanks for that.

I was really excited for the updated app since they said they were going to have new features. Visually it's an upgrade, but functionally it's terrible. I still use it because I believe it'll get better, but right now the app is PAINFULLY slow. It doesn't always register touch commands, and typing in the search bar takes away longer than it should. If you've never used the Wegmans app before, it IS useful to have ur grocery list right there because it tells you where all the products are, etc.

major upgrade sucks. Wegmans, you don't get user experience. just because you want users to buy more To Go's for better profit margins, you are willing to sacrifice the speed of item search. Give the users their own preference in setting. one size DOES NOT fit all. I will just stop using this mobile app if it is still slow. It is a waste of my time. Get it right if you actually care for customer retention.

Revised app (4/25) is laggy. I keep all my items on the list & at home, check off what I don't need. It's slow to move items to "got it" & then the app sometimes randomly reorganizes the list so the next item I was going to swipe is now in a new location. List is sorted by Aisle, so that shouldn't happen. The "department" sort is useless as there are too many. I'd like to organize by how I shop: Fruit/veg, boxed goods, dairy then meat. THAT would be useful. ZERO stars!

Very slow and glitchy app. User taps in the app are often not recognized, especially when clipping coupons (i.e. Clip will need to be pressed at least three times before a digital coupon is saved). Often the app will get locked on a store and you must clear the app's cache and storage before being able to change it (after logging back in, of course); otherwise, hit of Select for a new store will always return your location to the current store.

Please fix this app. It's very slow or refuses to understand what the user is trying to do. or simply lags. When an item isn't available it forces the user to pick replacement and doesn't allow you to just delete the unavailable item. The price gap between shopping in store vs. curbside pickup is quite big and I don't know what the markup policy is. Some clarity will be ideal.

Dont force me to update the app immediately in order to use the app. how incalculably annoying and inconvenient to do while people are shopping. For every single update it is unnecessary which is why most apps dont do this, especially. I open the app while shopping to quickly locate items to avoid having to ask for help 20x. and also to check and clip coupons really fast while headed to checkout or in line. I couldn't even bother to read what the problem was until I left.

Lowered to one star because the app got even worse. When it works you can pick subs for each of your items in case they're out of it. And you can get everything delivered for a fee or go and have everything brought to your car. But sometimes I can't edit my order because the app won't update when I make a change, or just crashes every time I try to use it. Also have issues when having someone else pick up (the link refuses to work for them at times). And the app is just sooo slow to do anything.

I absolutely hate this new app. The old one worked fine. This new one is slow and glitchy. I use it in the store when I shop and the app has added shopping time because it's so slow. Just now, I'm trying to add an item to the shopping list and after the slowest load and search ever, the app crashes before I can add the item. Give me back the old app!!!

This update has been a major downgrade. It is slow, glitchy, doesn't show the nutritional info for many items, and the worst part is how bad the search bar works. I can type exactly what I'm looking for, knowing that I buy this item from Wegmans often, and it won't even show up as a product. I rely on this app for budgeting my grocery shopping and this has been a nightmare. I really thought by now these bugs would have been worked out. I'm honestly not even sure what part was updated...

Lowered to one star because the app got even worse. When it works you can pick subs for each of your items in case they're out of it. And you can get everything delivered for a fee or go and have everything brought to your car. But sometimes I can't edit my order because the app won't update when I make a change, or just crashes every time I try to use it. Also have issues when having someone else pick up (the link refuses to work for them at times). And the app is just sooo slow to do anything.

I absolutely hate this new app. The old one worked fine. This new one is slow and glitchy. I use it in the store when I shop and the app has added shopping time because it's so slow. Just now, I'm trying to add an item to the shopping list and after the slowest load and search ever, the app crashes before I can add the item. Give me back the old app!!!
