Vyke: Second Phone/2nd Line

I am very happy with this app. I needed a replacement for Skype now that it has been retired and Vyke does a great, if not even better, job!! there is an issue with sending text messages from the SIM I registered but the support has been great in explaining the bug and they are working on resolving it. I would recommend Vyke in a heartbeat!! this app save my a** (and a lot of roaming charges) for my work trip to Europe from Canada.

At first I got some issue on making calls., But after contacting customer support they provided me an alternative way which resolved my all issues. Very cost effective app with supportive team. Kudos to the developers and the whole team involved in this app. The app is not just for making calls but also provides you the real sim numbers so you can get the texts from short code senders like Paypal and Amazon. Im very satisfied as a user and prefer to remain subscriber for many upcoming years.

I purchased $5 to buy a number from uk for a month so as I got alot of business links in UK. I tried calling few of them to check the call quality but I can not hear anything and issue is same from both side. I wrote 2 emails to customer support but never got a response.. Please help me to fix this bug so I can hear a voice of other person I am also interested in buying minutes bundle if this issue will be resolved. Cheers Subhan

Quite surprise you guys are saying this, because I have been using this app for a while now, and it delivers on all fronts. I makes very clear voice call, sends and receives text messages, and it confirms on Paypal, facebook, whatsapp etc. The only issue is that you are not allowed to retain your number if your subscription expires, even though you love your present number, you'll loss it and get another if it expires. I have equally recommended this app to people, and no one has a complaine.

Top up for £4.99 and receive £3.49 credit. possibly the worst deal I have ever heard of. So all their call rates are irrelevant if you don't actually receive the the same amount of credit as for what you top up for. Would love to hear what I am possibly doing wrong. Otherwise you lots another customer.

Has a lot of potential. Needs to provide unlimited package deals if it's going to take off. Say £20 unlimited calls and texts and whatever the other option was? Facetime? I was confused by that. Or is it landline and mobile? Anyway I don't think unless you like calling abroad a lot it'll be worth your while calling within your country. Very useful, call quality good, but app crashes / freezes on a regular basis when trying to call out and incoming calls go straight to voicemail without ringing. restarting the app, or even restarting the phone often don't help, this is incredibly frustrating in an other wise great app. also no way to contact support from within the app. Tech team: thought please?

This is the best virtual phone number app i ve ever used. user friendly, smooth voice calls,sms within seconds,and the interface is just perfect. Their prompt responses/resolution to complaint is another superb aspect of Vyke. I really love your service and recommend you to my friends/family, and the general public who are looking for a seamless way of communicating with family, friends and even business associates globally. 5 stars for you guys.

I had to edit my reviews, I have been unable to renew my number which will be due within 35 hours, it's not showing me the options to make purchases or payments. Other payments options are not showing it jeeps asking me to make purchases with my credit balance which is insufficient and now I will need to purchase credit with an empty credit balance which is not logical at all.

Only one word to describe. SCAMMERS! I tried to call that number from my other phones. At first time I heard that connection might be possible and hear standard signal but no notification on the app about incoming calls at all and next time I heard that number doesn't exist or it's not available. There is no notification about missed calls. Voice mail doesn't work at all same as text messages don't came through. Complete useless. I have to contact PayPal to get my money back.

If you're looking for a 2nd (3rd or 4th) mobile number then this is the one to go for. App is basic yet far superior to its competitors. It just works! Clean layout. Only £5.99 for 3 months line rental. There are tools for custom voicemail. Only thing I would like to see is the ability to change/set ringtones for the Vyke number or per contact. Tried numero and wasn't impressed. Well done Vyke!

Why is my account not showing my number. Did I make a mistake to use your company. I bought a number, 3month subscription, with a different email. I didn't see the number nor the sign that I've purchased a number. I checked and it's showing no record found. I even switched to the email I used to register the account still the same thing. Pls refund me let me try another app or better still help me look at it. Thanks

Very reasonable price and super clear reception. The one confusing thing about the app is the dialing. The instructions aren't clear about that. If you enter a number one way, it is considered a local call in the nation you are calling. But if you enter the same number a different way, the app considers the call long distance. So the charges are ten times the rate quoted in their chart. I still haven't figured it out.

I’m warning anyone thinking of buying from Vyke. I bought a U.S. number to activate WhatsApp. Nowhere obvious during the process did it clearly say WhatsApp will NOT work with these numbers — only a hidden warning after you click buy. And after I paid, I found out the number is 100% useless for my needs. I contacted support and their answer was basically: “You accepted the terms, it’s your problem now.” No refund, no replacement, no real help. This is a scam-like business model — trick people

I have paid £10 for 38 minutes and the phone cuts off after 30 seconds (wasting half of my minutes and forcing me to have constantly interrupted conversations). Please just allow my calls to go through properly or give me a refund, this is not fair. I have used other apps which don't do this to me so I know it's not an issue on my end but on your owm servers or app.

Vyke is one of the best virtual number apps I’ve used so far. The app is smooth, the pricing is fair, and the ability to get real international numbers (like US and UK) is super useful. What really impressed me was the customer support — professional, fast, and genuinely helpful. I had an issue with account access and number transfer, and Angela from the support team handled everything quickly and clearly. She even followed up to make sure everything was sorted.

I cannot receive PayPal sms on the app. The app is practically useless to me at this point.
