Would rate higher but it's buggy. Whenever I sign in, it would load the to shopping list, but would then instantly sign me out. No matter how many times I sign in, I get kicked out. Please fix
I really love Vans! The app is really nice because you can earn points to redeem items related to vans like pins and stuff. (I have already redeemed a few things). I have even seen on tiktok people being randomly sent vans swag. The app also makes buying vans more simple than using the mobile website. Its way less glitchy and a lot faster. I can tell that Vans likes rewarding their loyal customers.
I keep trying to place my order and it is completely glitching out and not loading, this is ridiculous.

I'm an employee and since the drop of the new app I've been having issues. I can't even get my employee discount
POOR FUNCTION LESS APP. Having the same problem of not being able to log in and have changed my password, uninstall/ reinstall, restart my phone. Same error occurs "sorry. Something went wrong. Please wait a few minutes and then try again." Not happy about it. Will change review once app is working correctly.
Typical modern-day app. Launch it functioning well, then come in later with an update that ruins it. I buy Vans often. Rack up points quickly. For a while, I was able to redeem points for the relatively worthless gas station quality items that were offered. Typical of a corporation that pretends to be "green." Then they changed the policy to redeemable "in-store" only even though I don't live near one. Or you could redeem points for "a chance to win" game. We all know that's a scam.

It's become a lot easier to use the website than this app. It continually has me enter my login info then load the login screen repeatedly. Then when it finally wants to let me in, trying to add things to cart or select a size, it tells me its available and adds it to the cart but won't open the cart, because its not available. Its so frustrating dealing with this app, you really are better off just using the website.

the app won't load past a prove your not a robot screen. it constantly just tells me to press and and hold without ever going to the app. it's just goes right back to the authentication process. this app is super buggy as it is and now it's just even worse

Added some shoes that I liked to cart, then when I was finally gonna check out it said "sorry, these shoes are no longer available." This happened with 3 more pairs. I'm not trying again. You need to fix the app, because how are the shoes available to add to cart then you get the disappointment of them not being actually available
The UI is not easy to navigate. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a shopping and an "in the now" app, or just the latter. There no direct product search button. I navigated to the FAQ, the clicked the shopping cart at the top, which then said, "cart empty" "continue shopping". You can't filter searches, and half the buttons don't work. I'll be uninstalling until the UI is actually functional. If it's not meant to be a shopping app, then I don't need it, as I get their emails already.

A while back I had around 1300 points and I was wanting to get the wall flag(1500 points at the time), but suddenly it changed to be 2000 points. I was kinda confused but whatever so i continued getting points to get the flag. As I started nearing the 2000 point mark, all the rewards, except for the contests, were gone. So if you're looking forward to tge rewards more than anything else on the app, its a big no go. Other than rewards everything else about the app is rad.
I had about 8000 points and everytime I wanted to redem something instore, I was met with "we don't have that item" and they only had the small items. And now vans wiped my points to 0 and gave me a $25 voucher that expires. The amount you have to spend to get to 8000 you should get more then $25. When this app first released you can have items shipped to your house. Then somewhere down the road they required you to go in store only to tell you they didn't have what you wanted.

I had about 8000 points and everytime I wanted to redem something instore, I was met with "we don't have that item" and they only had the small items. And now vans wiped my points to 0 and gave me a $25 voucher that expires. The amount you have to spend to get to 8000 you should get more then $25. When this app first released you can have items shipped to your house. Then somewhere down the road they required you to go in store only to tell you they didn't have what you wanted.
It's become a lot easier to use the website than this app. It continually has me enter my login info then load the login screen repeatedly. Then when it finally wants to let me in, trying to add things to cart or select a size, it tells me its available and adds it to the cart but won't open the cart, because its not available. Its so frustrating dealing with this app, you really are better off just using the website.
