totally not user friendly app. camera doesnt setup ptz, its faild. cannot adjust by arrows. very hard to use. older version easy than new. recording time showing 24h only.

Poor experience I've had with this camera system, besides annoying and unwelcome a d unavoidable daraz ads, it often opens in hours! 2 cameras stopped functioning soon after I purchased a set of 4 cams, but more troublesome is when no one in big city like Hyderabad is able to repair them!

big problem is when camera get offline in any problem,they should have notifications on app that camera is offline

it was ok,, bt recently it does not shows red line sign in playback videos,,, so it's very awful

ap hotspot name changed into aicam and the app is not recognizing it, now my 3 cctvs cannot connect, i have recorded the screen. please tell me where to send it so i can fix this issue

very Bad, this app doesn't open at all! it keeps crushing and it started by automatically delete camera's now am unable to login. This is waist of time

events alert is not best now . in past Housekeeper is best for every alert when we open alert option immediately we can see now so much time waiting.

I did not buy a camera only to have to download an application with a lot of advertisement on it and that doesn't allow you to speed up videos in memory.

very bad performance. cause when we are trying to see old footage that time footage is not working so using experience is too bad server is too loading and more problem

If you reinstalled the software and get invalid password, you have to use the number on the camera as user ID. Took me a while to figure it out. Now onto a new issue. The app is not pushing notifications. I am pretty sure that the old version did. That makes it not very useful as a security camera.. On the plus side, this is the only software that has programmable PTZ points. That is an awesome feature.

THE WORST! even with a strong wifi connection, it's slow. plus THE ADS ARE ANNOYING!!! i have to watch 2 ads before i could even see the live feed. and why does it keep logging me out???? it keeps logging me out twice a day.

I just bought this camera today and after activating it, it has been one problem to another the time Is not working as it should be , it's 7hrs ahead of my time in Nigeria. I have tried to set this by choosing other regions yet it's still thesame thing. Also it keeps crashing each time the app is launched

My app was running on adds for almost 2 years. The day I purchased cloud recording it has crashed and after re installing app and camera it runs 2 or 3 times and again srart crashing. Wouldn't run and exits after checking device then after several attempts to run the device is removed automatically.

I've used this app for years. Now it is incredibly frustrating to use. There are ads whenever you access the app. Tap the "X" to leave the advent, but it takes you to the site (AliExpress) I don't recommend buying V380 cameras until it is advert free. I'm going to close my AliExpress account and remove the app. See if that works.

I wish I could give this negative stars. That's how bad it is. I changed my password but although that worked I still can't login. It's probably a gift, not being able to login, because when I did have it set up it was the wonkiest piece of GARBAGE known to man! I give up. I'm throwing the camera out along with whatever one wants to call the app that is suppose to let you interact with it. I'll never buy anything from this group again!

the app disconnects from the WiFi often. I have to keep signing in before viewing. the use and controls are OK. the PTZ controls are very slow to respond and backwards on my phone. the audio and video are good. the app will not save recordings unless I pay for cloud storage. There is no phone app to desktop interface. there is no help available through the app.

Edit: This app just gets worse and worse. Now subjects me to an ad I can't close for 5 seconds, then pops up another ad I have to close, displays yet a 3rd at at all times while using it. Would be tolerable if the app was more reliable, but it's not. About 1 in 3 or 4 times it simply hangs and I need to close it and re-open the app to monitor my camera. It's also gotten slower with more lag from real time, and more "reconnecting". Menus are poorly organized and written in Chinglish. For instance, there is an "arm" button, but pushing it disarms the alarm function. Hate that the new version pushes ads at me constantly, spams me with push notifications multiple times a day. Does seem more reliable than before, but now I hate it enough to consider uninstalling it and tossing camera.

As I worked at learning to use this app it struck me repeatedly that if I’d turned in a piece of software like this for a university computer science course back about 1991 I would have been lucky to get a passing grade! It’s not surprising that the resolution sucks; what is shocking is that playback has no speed controls — no double-time, no fast forward, no rewind, no replay , indeed almost nothing to make it user-friendly. If you want an app that’s thirty years behind the times in terms of usefulness, this is a great choice, but if you want something that works like it was written in the twenty-first century, go elsewhere.

Great video. However EVERY time you exit the app, you have to force it to close. UPDATE: It no longer connects when outside the WiFi. Other cameras that I have stream to my phone no problem. It also states that I have an update but fails after every attempt. Last update- since updating it opens all day looking without any reason. Only way to shut down is forcing it closed. Then 5 minutes later it is running in the tank bar. Uninstalled
