I am having the same problem as many others accessing Spin to Win on the app. On the contact page there's a link to click to contact them for technical problems but that does'n't work either! The only way I can make contact is to e-mail the actual show itself. I don't hold out much hope I've entered the game for several weeks and was surprised when it suddenly stopped working a few days ago. Why can others still get through? Very disappointing
This app has problems on Android phones. It's not possible to accept the terms and conditions on Spin to Win. I fortunately have an iPhone too and had to install it there to be able to accept the Ts&Cs. Don't bother with this of you're on Android. They've had feedback about this for over a year and haven't fixed it.
Like so many others, I have been unable to register for Spin to Win for about two weeks. Don't know what is going on but it is very frustrating. App remains inconsistent.No problem entering the pay to enter competitions, but amazingly the app stalls and stops when trying to enter "spin to win" This morning appears to want to limit the entries by making it so difficult to enter you give up. Total Scam App. When you enter a Competition your given Winsday tickets just to make you feel good. They even send out a email or SMS notification letting you know you can apply them. The link won't let me see the results as Google claims it's Spam & blocks me from entering the link. so no I don't feel good & won't be entering anymore Competition's through the ITV App. One can't even search the App for the results there's no link in the App. only one that explains what Winsday is...

I keep getting the same message "access to our competitions is temporarily unavailable" I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still get the same message!
All works fine except for the competitions. When you click on the 'WIN' link it comes up with message 'not available at this time'. It's been doing this for a while now. I've uninstalled app several times and still have same problem. Can't believe this problem hasn't been rectified after all the negative comments about this issue!!
Fed up trying now. May delete. For 3 wks now I haven't been able to fill in the entry for Spin to Win. Why hasn't this been sorted. And why are others still getting through . Hardly fair on the rest of us. No explanation? Are they gradually doing away with it? Seems a bit weird to me. Never had this problem before. !!!!

I have reinstalled this app about ten times with the same result. Don't keep promoting it on "this morning" when it is impossible to access. This has been ongoing for far too long. People should boycott the programme Looked like the app was repaired, but no, lasted half a day!!! ITV get your act together!!
Update 19/07/2022, why when you give us a heart to like something like a recipe, can you not find it again unless you go through days of other recipes. Can you not give us the option to like our favourite recipes and save them on the app so we can go back to them. Also why not bring a cook book out. Happy 30th birthday. This is what I have been waiting for.

I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling the App & restarting the phone but still not working. I had to resort to a Text entry which incurred extra charges to my mobile phone account. Grrr! I must add that the rest of the App seems OK.

Update 19/07/2022, why when you give us a heart to like something like a recipe, can you not find it again unless you go through days of other recipes. Can you not give us the option to like our favourite recipes and save them on the app so we can go back to them. Also why not bring a cook book out. Happy 30th birthday. I have just installed this app and tried to enter the spin to win competition, but the layout is dreadfull at the terms and condition page. That button is located way to the right of the screen, and therefore it cannot be clicked. Whoever is responsible for that working, needs to fix it. I see many people mention that, and yet there is no fix. I am in Scotland by the way as someone commented that the people from Scotland have no problem entering. Well it doesn't work for me either.
Like the others comments this app is rubbish. Ive been entering spin to win since the start of lockdown and cannot now as it closes down. I also use it for the recipes which I can't do now. I have reinstalled this app about ten times with the same result. Don't keep promoting it on "this morning" when it is impossible to access. This has been ongoing for far too long. People should boycott the programme Looked like the app was repaired, but no, lasted half a day!!! ITV get your act together!!
Used to be good but in the past week if I try to enter the Competition if comes up with the messages in a red box, "Unexpected Error Please Try Again or Contact Us", this is very annoying. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling the App & restarting the phone but still not working. I had to resort to a Text entry which incurred extra charges to my mobile phone account. Grrr! I must add that the rest of the App seems OK.
Really annoyed and upset at the moment because the App keeps closing down on me. I love keeping up to date with This Morning and have always entered 'Spin to Win' from the start with no problems. I can no longer enter the competitions through this App. Please please can someone sort it out! Thank you. Cannot rate the App at the moment because it doesnt work. (It would have been full marks had it been working as previously)
This app has problems on Android phones. It's not possible to accept the terms and conditions on Spin to Win. I fortunately have an iPhone too and had to install it there to be able to accept the Ts&Cs. Don't bother with this of you're on Android. They've had feedback about this for over a year and haven't fixed it.
Like so many others, I have been unable to register for Spin to Win for about two weeks. Don't know what is going on but it is very frustrating. One thing: when you CAN enter, make sure the font size on Android is the default setting, otherwise the acceptance for example of T's and C's cannot be reached. Steve Smith
App remains inconsistent.No problem entering the pay to enter competitions, but amazingly the app stalls and stops when trying to enter "spin to win" This morning appears to want to limit the entries by making it so difficult to enter you give up. I thought there was a problem with my smart phone until I read the other reviews. Appears to be ok if you are phoning from Scotland, where the majority of winners are from. Shame on you "This Morning" Shame on you.
Never ever had any comments read out or photos shown on programme but, the app is eay to use with clear instructions. The only thing I think could be better is the spin to win competition does disappears from the page when it's closed. I spent days trying to find it!! It would be much better if you kept it on the page and say "closed" on it. Nice and clear that you have missed that day and can try again another time.
I have used this app for over a year and when prompted to update I did so . I then was not able to access Spin to win after entering since the start . I uninstalled and reinstalled time after time . Then when I got to the game I entered my mobile number again but it keeps saying they have sent a passcode to verify my number but it NEVER arrives. Get this sorted !!!!!.
I've had same problem it's not fair for over 2 weeks can't enter the spin to win because it's not there? It says un available and go to a link .I get to the link for the new app and its already installed?? What's going on get it sorted!! If I could have put - star rating I would have done as it's so frustrating!!
Downloaded the app,no problem, then went on to spin to win with my android phone,it doesn't let you click to agree for the terms and conditions, as the button is too close to the edge of the phone,so it won't let you do it,please can it be changed as it doesn't seem fair that people like me can't enter.
Yesterday it kept saying update, but when I came to the app store to do it it had no option to update, it just said open. I had to uninstall and reinstall, but then the same update problem. Today I go to enter spin to win via the app, but where it asks you to enter your phone number, well nothing happens. The keyboard doesn't come up in order for to give that detail. FRUSTRATING!
I am having the same problem as many others accessing Spin to Win on the app. On the contact page there's a link to click to contact them for technical problems but that does'n't work either! The only way I can make contact is to e-mail the actual show itself. I don't hold out much hope I've entered the game for several weeks and was surprised when it suddenly stopped working a few days ago. Why can others still get through? Very disappointing
Total Scam App. When you enter a Competition your given Winsday tickets just to make you feel good. They even send out a email or SMS notification letting you know you can apply them. The link won't let me see the results as Google claims it's Spam & blocks me from entering the link. so no I don't feel good & won't be entering anymore Competition's through the ITV App. One can't even search the App for the results there's no link in the App. only one that explains what Winsday is...
Why is nobody responding to all these terrible reviews? Terrible app. I have been entering the Spin to Win game every day since it started. However, over the last few days I am unable to enter. I keep getting the same message "access to our competitions is temporarily unavailable" I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still get the same message!
All works fine except for the competitions. When you click on the 'WIN' link it comes up with message 'not available at this time'. It's been doing this for a while now. I've uninstalled app several times and still have same problem. Can't believe this problem hasn't been rectified after all the negative comments about this issue!!
Fed up trying now. May delete. For 3 wks now I haven't been able to fill in the entry for Spin to Win. Why hasn't this been sorted. And why are others still getting through . Update 19/07/2022, why when you give us a heart to like something like a recipe, can you not find it again unless you go through days of other recipes. Can you not give us the option to like our favourite recipes and save them on the app so we can go back to them. Also why not bring a cook book out. Happy 30th birthday. This is what I have been waiting for.
