App sucks. Old one was better, now you have to hunt through the cluttered UI to find a 2 gig add-on, which can be impossible if you run out of data. Then even if you find it, it defaults to putting it in reserve instead of immediately on your plan when you're clearly out of data. This can't be an uncommon issue. I like straight talk but what the heck happened to the big obvious "ADD DATA NOW" button right on the home page? Step backwards. Simplicity was their strength, they're losing it.
This app has become worthless. It won't let me login for anything. I've changed my password numerous times, tried using my phone number and email. Nothing. Login failed. I either have to buy a card and call customer service or use the website which is janky af. Everything from the app to the website needs to be scrapped and rewritten. It's just so damned bad!

I have points but can't get the app to use them. log in to log in to log in to log in, with a few crashes sprinkled in for fun. takes 30 minutes to pay my monthly bill, sometimes it just won't work and I still have to order a card from Walmart and add pins(for 4 phones). FIX THE EFFING APP ALREADY!!! cause calling customer service is a joke also.
buggy, slow. often makes me login multiple times in a row, often ignores the saved biometric login option and makes you login manually. sometimes it glitches, the page flickers or goes back to previous pages without you clicking anything. It's nearly impossible to be to quickly login to refill my account, it takes me 10 minutes minimum after all the nonsense. Having to contact support makes it 45 minutes minimum, and I cannot stand having so much time stolen from me for basic tasks.
Worse app ever designed!!! There is always something wrong with it, it's slow, makes you log into everything even though you already logged in to access the account. You can't renew service because it never loads the correct amount and you can't delete anything. Its a big mess, points are so hard to use because you can't shuffle between screens easily to see or accept the points. I just looked into Mint Mobile and Boost Mobile since these phones are for my kids anyway.
