  Unable to Process Application Please fix the app. It's been crashing since February, and now won't let me submit pay stubs at all. There are people like me who can't drive, and our local office is not nearby. This is exactly how and why we would lose our benefits.

  Everytime it is difficult to sign in, ridiculous to scroll through every single year to get to my birth year. worst of all, when I input my wages correctly, I get a letter back with completely different amounts. and it negatively affects my son's SSI, then takes forever for them to fix. they act like I did something wrong. I cannot use the web since I am not the benefit holder but they still tell me to go online. especially that ai, before we wait for 40 mins for a person.

  Does not work as intended. The process to even sign in shouldnt be a hassle, not to mention have it work. If I am to submit the information I shouldnt be getting issues where the only option is to contact local office and/or log out. As compared to the automated bot, I'd say its a bit on the same as wasting time to get something simple done, just for it to give up. At least please fix it. 7 month gap between last update is a bit on the yikes side

  Like other users, the app stopped working. I've been using this app for a long time and this month it suddenly stopped working, gives an error "We could not find a match for the information you entered". I tried to uninstall and reinstall with no luck. Also, a tip on how to enter birth year should the app get fixed...click on the year and from there you can go back without having to scroll month by month. Took me awhile to figure that one out!

  It wouldn't be such a bad experience if I didn't have to press the arrow going back through the years to 1984, 432 times. It's almost like you don't want us to report our income, given how tedious a process it is just to select our birth date. A drop down menu like literally every other app uses would make the process take 30-45 seconds to submit the data, not 5-10 minutes.

  It's never worked for me. Every time I click submit it shows it can't find the info and to call. I try every month for 9 months and has never worked. I have to call every month and wait an hour to report my wages and tell them every month the app isn't working but they don't do anything to fix it. This app would be helpful if it worked. I dread calling and being on hold for an hour every month just to report wages.

  Is great when it works. Lately it lets you go all the way through but when you hit submit it then says couldnt find a match for your information. This has been going on for a couple months now. I have called and reported the problem but still not fixed. The phone system is really difficult to use to report and the mail is too slow. Really hope they fix this the app is the best way to report.
