  I am usually not one to voice my opinion as a rating, but I cannot believe Amazon has succumbed to being as money-hungry as the rest, making environmental-harmful data centers when they could have actually done something positive for the world. I really liked Amazon, however I cannot support them anymore, and I sincerely hope people reading this do the same. Buy from the seller themselves, the wait time is better than supporting a company not caring about you, the customers, livelihood.

  customer service and quality have died. buggy app, constantly having order issues. selling something and a week later seller cancelled. no notice, piss poor, and don't bother trying to talk to someone, it's all AI and terrible at its job

  When you screenshot on this app some invasive share menu pops up this is obviously unwanted and unwarranted behaviour. Incredibly annoying when your share button is also unusable for anyone who doesn't want something like "LOOK AT THIS INSANE DEAL ON AMAZON RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! (URL)" to be send to their contacts which should be common sense.

  I have had this app for a very long time. usually issues are resolved super quickly and painlessly (with missing packages) and packages are delivered quickly. I'd give it 5 stars for that. I'm a long time member. my biggest issue is that its near IMPOSSIBLE to contact a seller if you need something. Amazon could make this an easier process.

  The app just shows the same products over and over again, and constantly "freezes up," except it... doesn't, it just won't let me select half the options of a product. Like it seriously, right now it will only let me select half the pattern options for a dress I'm looking at, and no, the other options aren't sold out it just won't load them. But it will the other half. I'm so annoyed that a billion dollar company can't make an app that will let me look at WHAT THEY'RE SELLING.

  2-25 update I used to love this app but half of my next day things don't arrive for 2-3 days (if then) and they can't blame COVID now. I add things into those orders and then the thing I need most doesn't arrive ?? Love the app and I use it daily! It would be nice if when you favorite an item it would give you a drop down menu to put it in the list you want. I like that it shows items you've purchased when you are browsing. I'd like it if the order history showed farther back like it used to .

  Terrible search algorithm: The app is almost unusable. I have tried and tried to use this site but as the years pass, the search becomes less and less capable. Even 15 years ago I could still use the filters as such. When I searched for an item today, the display photos were massive. Only one item is shown on the screen now. Not only can I not find the correct items, the wrong items take up the whole screen. My eyesight has not changed, nor has my ability to spell or know what I want to buy.

  This new update is a disaster. Nothing in my wishlist is in order, and there's no way to filter it for most recent items. Search brings up items totally unrelated to the keywords. Not to mention that nearly all orders that have been transferred to USPS disappear and get lost. I live a few miles from a distribution center. There's no reason to transfer them to the post office. Been a member for over 10 years. Disappointed with how things have turned out these last few years.
