Horrible service. I've ordered plenty of shoes and the thunder 4s were preorder back in August and now it's almost April and still no shoes or tracking. Reached out a number of times and now no one is responding to my emails. So, I'm now going on social platforms.

I have been a customer of soleseriouss for about 3 years now. They shipped right after release dates. I have to say this year was the first disappointment I've experienced. When you spend over $125 over retail price to pre-order shoes, you'd expect your shoes to arrive like all your others. Within a week after the release. I been waiting for 2 weeks for shoes I pre-ordered almost a whole 2 months in advance, and I have still yet to get a shipping date! This sucks..smh on Christmas at that!

Doesn't sort OR filter correctly. I put in men's 11 and a half and it keeps on pulling up women's shoes as well, and then when I click on a shoe 11 and 1/2 is always out of stock. You would think that's like the most basic shopping algorithm, but this app can't get it correct at all not even once. I'm not giving my money to anyone that's going to make it this hard for me to shop.
