What a horrible update to an app that worked perfectly. I can't use any of the rewards I had previously earned, even when I toggle them on, so I stopped ordering ahead. When I placed an order in person and the employee scanned my app, points still wouldn't show up. I've also reached out to customer service twice since the update and received no response. The app is a huge mess, and I won't use it until it's fixed.
1. I use a refillable gift card to make purchases at the store, but was unable to add it to the app as a payment card. 2. I thought I'd be able to open the app to just view the menu and add in options before ordering. It's setup to make you go through the ordering process prior to seeing that. 3. I could not save a primary store location. I'm sure that has to be a feature of any retail app, but each time I opened it there was a request put in a zip code for store selection.
I like the ability to order on the app. But when I add a tip, it tells me that I can't add a tip. "Go back or Clear Cart." Fine. No matter what option I choose, I keep getting the same error message over and over, until I completely wipe the app's data and start over with my account login. Please fix.
Won't let you go to your cart or check out. Says there is an error because this location doesn't accept tips and gives you the option to clear your cart but will not let you complete your order. You have to Uninstall the app and not touch the tip option again. But it's probably a good thing that you can't tip I've been told corporate keeps all the online tips anyways and it doesn't even go to the workers.
Can't Login. I signed up, but every time I try to log in, it says an error has occurred. I did get a confirmation email from signing up (so that at least worked). However, I can't get logged I'm after that. I tried changing the password, reinstalling the app, restarting phone, and clearing the cache. Nothing is working.

In addition, there is no location to enter a request for support. Only business related contact us options and those options don't populate with text in the pop-up menu. There's nowhere to report issues effectively and too many weird hops to jump through. Missed or messed up online orders, app glitches, I'm probably not going to be spending any more money here in the future. The staff have always been relatively effective, friendly, and professional; I don't think they're paid enough for attention to detail.
On my pixel 9, I can't get to my cart to checkout because I can't press the icon. The icon is located in the top right header but they didn't account for the height of the status bar (where the battery, wifi, cell service, etc icons are). So I can't press anything in the app's header bar and makes most of the features unusable.
This app really needs a complete overhaul because this app isn't convenient or user friendly. My husband was able to make it smoothie king before I was able to get into the app just view the menu options. I should've been able to click and my options are up. I shouldn't have to crack a code for my options to come up. Its ridiculous and not to mention how any times it logs you out in the middle of making selections.

Most recently, I ordered pick-up (confirmed via email), but the app gave the store instructions for delivery. The store simply re-made my order when I arrived, but it was a complete waste of time. Also, where did that smoothie even get delivered to? I didn't put any delivery instructions!
Literally unusable. I can't change the pickup location in the app. I've tried several different ways. One way that you think would work? I go to the map of.locations. I click on the one I want to order from. Then go to my cart with the smoothie I want and lol and behold it's a different location ordered from in the past. No matter what I do I can't change it. It's insufferable.
What a horrible update to an app that worked perfectly. I can't use any of the rewards I had previously earned, even when I toggle them on, so I stopped ordering ahead. When I placed an order in person and the employee scanned my app, points still wouldn't show up. I've also reached out to customer service twice since the update and received no response. The app is a huge mess, and I won't use it until it's fixed.
Tried to add a tip to an order two weeks ago and now the app is completely broken. Can't order anything. Cleared the cache, issue persists. From the other reviews, I'm not alone with this problem. Edit: It logs me out and I never remember the password (no option to save or use biometrics) Trying to reset my password but the email never comes.
The old smoothie King app was great. This new one has been a terrible experience comparatively. You can't search for specific smoothies, instead you have to look through all of the sections to find what you are looking for. The app is letting me order from stores that aren't even open. And the customer services options are hard to find and very limited. For instance I can't cancel my order even though the store is closed. hoping they bring back some of the old features and I can be reimbursed.
The update is horrible. The app never gave me problems and was always able to order or use my rewards. Now, I couldn't even log in until I uninstalled and reinstalled. Then, it wanted to verify my which it never sent the verification email. It took over 20 attempts to get it to send. Once I got logged in my birthday changed, and it wouldn't let me fix it. My cards were gone, and my rewards are missing. After all that, it wouldn't place the order. Never had issues before this update.
Worst food ordering app I have ever used. This app's inefficiency causes me to order WAY less often than I would if there was a better system. There's nowhere to report issues effectively and too many weird hops to jump through. Missed or messed up online orders, app glitches, I'm probably not going to be spending any more money here in the future. The staff have always been relatively effective, friendly, and professional; I don't think they're paid enough for attention to detail.
On my pixel 9, I can't get to my cart to checkout because I can't press the icon. The icon is located in the top right header but they didn't account for the height of the status bar (where the battery, wifi, cell service, etc icons are). So I can't press anything in the app's header bar and makes most of the features unusable.

Mobile Order apps are for people who are busy and driving, and should reflect that lest they become dangerous or, ultimately, useless. Delicious smoothies, terrible app.
1. I use a refillable gift card to make purchases at the store, but was unable to add it to the app as a payment card. 2. I thought I'd be able to open the app to just view the menu and add in options before ordering. It's setup to make you go through the ordering process prior to seeing that. 3. I could not save a primary store location. I'm sure that has to be a feature of any retail app, but each time I opened it there was a request put in a zip code for store selection.
I like the ability to order on the app. But when I add a tip, it tells me that I can't add a tip. "Go back or Clear Cart." Fine. No matter what option I choose, I keep getting the same error message over and over, until I completely wipe the app's data and start over with my account login. Please fix.
Won't let you go to your cart or check out. Says there is an error because this location doesn't accept tips and gives you the option to clear your cart but will not let you complete your order. You have to Uninstall the app and not touch the tip option again. But it's probably a good thing that you can't tip I've been told corporate keeps all the online tips anyways and it doesn't even go to the workers.
Can't Login. I signed up, but every time I try to log in, it says an error has occurred. I did get a confirmation email from signing up (so that at least worked). However, I can't get logged I'm after that. I tried changing the password, reinstalling the app, restarting phone, and clearing the cache. Nothing is working.
The app no longer saves previous orders, so the challenge presented by having to redo the order each time is now preventing us from ordering sometimes. Lost revenue. In addition, there is no location to enter a request for support. Only business related contact us options and those options don't populate with text in the pop-up menu. Love the product, but the app and support seem lacking.

The old app was easy to read, follow, add points, whatever you needed to do - completely user friendly - you were actually rewarded for your purchases on regular basis. Now you get little to no points, have to answer emails & "signup" for specials for more points on specific days at specific times. I have yet to be able to actually use my rewards points for anything. And I'm NOT adding a debit/credit card to any app to gain more points = great way to compromise my accounts. No thank you.

This app really needs a complete overhaul because this app isn't convenient or user friendly. My husband was able to make it smoothie king before I was able to get into the app just view the menu options. I should've been able to click and my options are up. I shouldn't have to crack a code for my options to come up. Its ridiculous and not to mention how any times it logs you out in the middle of making selections.
it's annoying. you can't just swipe back to what you were previously looking at, it will force you to the main menu where you gotta start over and hopefully remember where you left off at also when placing for delivery, there's no option to select an Apartment number for the address. I've left instructions with a driver who dropped it off at some random door without calling or texting me back. ( I guess they couldn't read....idk) but please make it easier to enter an apartment number.

I can't login because it won't let me update my password. The message stated that my phone number is in use. I tried a reset and never received an email. This app worked well until the change. I haven't been able to get in since last year. The store personnel can't help because they don't know how to work the app. They tried pulling me up with my phone number, but nothing came up. I'm losing points because I can't this cleared up. Fix it!!!!
