This is the worst points system. Offers are instantly sold out. No notifications of when they are added. They seem to be added at the stupidest times, like 3am, cos I sure don't get a chance. Useless to use points for single items because doesn't even compare in value. Why bother even offering any rewards at this point. Mines uselessly piled all for 10 bucks off here and there.

The app and the website are so insanely frustrating to use. I am constantly kicked out of my account randomly and then have issues getting back in even saying the password needs to meet a certain criteria or just straight up error message. Even if I want to change the password no email is sent so I can do so even after trying over 10 times. Honestly at this point I'll just buy directly from the manufacturer since Sephora can't get the basics down.

I keep giving this app a try and every time I end up uninstalling it due to the multiple glitches. I'm tired of the "There seems to be an error" pop-ups. Can't change account info, can't delete or move something from the basket. I get the error just randomly while trying to search for a product. It's the same with a VPN on/off. With 4G, 5G, or fast wifi. I have honestly stopped shopping at Sephora because of these issues. Why would I when there are other options with apps that work flawlessly?

Really like browsing everything, and it's smooth to navigate. I'm thankfully not having the log out issues others have been having. my only gripe is that every time I open it, I am asked if I want a sephora credit card. Once a month would be fine, but every time you open, it is way too much.

Update: app still broken even after un/reinstalling. Please fix this app, keeps giving error messages between pages and even just scrolling. Makes you log in all the time. Recent errors with removing items from my basket or cart when the listing still says in stock. I had to call support twice on recent orders and have same day shipping on Sephora's dime because the site is erroneously removing things during or right after checkout.

Really frustrating that I cannot leave reviews for any of the products I've purchased in the past. I've restarted the phone, restarted the app, refreshed, logged out then logged in. Doesn't make a difference. Also annoying that I cannot "love" products due to "error occurred." Happens pretty often. Please fix.

Something is very wrong with your app and website. It won't keep me logged in. It usually says I'm not a BI even though I have been for years. I clicked join out of frustration and I think it zeroed out all the points I had. Can't make returns because orders don't show in my order history. Your company is completely inaccessible online. If I ever get this purchase returned, I'm deleting the app and my account.

My rating of this app continues to decline. I'm assuming there was a recent update to the app; anytime there's an update, it never keeps me logged in, so have to keep doing so, even though I have the "stay signed in" toggle on. I STILL can't access my beauty preferences, which has been a thing for MANY MONTHS! And now, all of my lives have disappeared except for the 4 most recent! WTH! Figure it out, I beg you!

Even though 'stay signed in' is selected, it signs me out after every use. Also, once a specific menu has been picked, such as Mini Size: Makeup, there's no filter for Product/Type so you can narrow down your selection to Mascara, Foundation, Eyeshadow, etc. It makes the app less user-friendly. In addition, order history only shows online purchases despite a linked phone number being provided for in-store purchases.

Never had many issues. However, now I can not use the app to place orders, update profile "error unable to complete, check internet access." The Internet is fine and connected, and this is for the app and website. please fix this so I can place an order, or I can just go to Nordy or Ulta, etc. Ongoing issue since earlier this year. Yes, I did all troubleshooting basics. Like others, nothing fixed the issue.

I don't know what they changed on the back end but for months now I've been experiencing constant glitches and errors. I'm constantly getting logged out. If I try to view past purchases to reorder, it says every single item is unavailable at this time. If I try to leave a review, it just says sorry something went wrong. The most recent error was a glitch during check out so I couldn't place and order. Absolutely maddening issues.

There's something wrong with the app and the website. The app won't let me sign in and on the website, the customer service chat is unavailable when it's available on the app. I've tried to contact customer service but the chat keeps getting disconnected. This had been happening for days! I love Sephora and I will change the review once it's fixed.

The app is connstantly glitching, it never just works properly for even five minutes. It always signs me out for no reason, and every time I try to click on something, a box pops up saying there was an error. It's been that way for ages. Klarna also sometimes doesn't work on the app and I have to go to the actual Sephora webpage to put an order through. I see others commenting about the same issues ans Sephora replying, telling people to contact their support team...ridiculous. Just fix it!!!

Forget ordering thru the app, it's a waste of time and utterly maddening. My first order said it was delivered when it was never delivered, so they sent a replacement with samples that were not comparable to what I picked, they said they ran out. My second order was supposed to come with my birthday sample gift + two samples - NOTHING! They are absolutely unprofessional and dishonest about their offerings, I'm uninstalling the app. Don't expect anything from this company's orders. TRASH!

I love Sephora so my review is only specifically about their app. It works fine in finding and buying products but its massively irritating that I need to put in my password nearly every day. Every other app I use needs my password entered occasionally, even with having the "remember me" box checked I still have to login in daily. Between the 9,000 personal passwords I have and the 9,000 work passwords I have I'm lucky if I remember to update my password vault let alone actually remember it.

Still Broken after 2 Years – Beyond Frustrating I don’t know what’s going on with the Sephora app, but for over two years (honestly, probably longer), it hasn’t worked properly. It refuses to recognize my reward status, so I can't access any of my perks—no free samples, no birthday gift, nothing. Every time I try to log in, it kicks me out and says “something went wrong.†The only way I can place an order is by calling in, which completely defeats the purpose of having an app.

edit- I have no idea what is going on but my loves list now contains products that I liked back in 2017 and obviously not available anymore... now I have to spend some minutes unliking everything and cry about all the products I've missed LOL.. I was literally correcting my address for the 4th shopping trip with the app, their error, and half my stuff was sold out in that time. 7 original items to 2. I missed yet again several sales. If I had not completed the purchase, they would have taken all my points also. This is a constant hassle with this company. It's getting to be a joke on the app. Maybe there is something to shopping directly from the manufacturers.

Used to love the app but have a very hard time using it now! For close to a year I've had issues with constantly being signed out even though I have "keep me signed in" marked every time I log in (again). Just browsing items, I get logged out. I have had to log in while trying to complete a purchase...and many times I've had to log in more than once to make a purchase. Each time I click a notification from the app, I have to log in and don't get to see what the notification was for. Any fix?????

This app is a frustrating to use, its lags lead to product page load failures, which then equal inability to make purchases. Have followed the routine app/phone resolution steps without any performance improvement. End up going to the website, which is almost as bad. Slow loading, etc. Reading reviews here which are supposed to be for the APP, NOT the store, products or personnel; the positive ones are suspiciously single words, vague or not about the app at all.

My rating of this app continues to decline. I'm assuming there was a recent update to the app; anytime there's an update, it never keeps me logged in, so have to keep doing so, even though I have the "stay signed in" toggle on. I STILL can't access my beauty preferences, which has been a thing for MANY MONTHS! And now, all of my lives have disappeared except for the 4 most recent! WTH! Figure it out, I beg you!

The app is connstantly glitching, it never just works properly for even five minutes. It always signs me out for no reason, and every time I try to click on something, a box pops up saying there was an error. It's been that way for ages. Klarna also sometimes doesn't work on the app and I have to go to the actual Sephora webpage to put an order through. I see others commenting about the same issues ans Sephora replying, telling people to contact their support team...ridiculous. Just fix it!!!

Forget ordering thru the app, it's a waste of time and utterly maddening. My first order said it was delivered when it was never delivered, so they sent a replacement with samples that were not comparable to what I picked, they said they ran out. My second order was supposed to come with my birthday sample gift + two samples - NOTHING! They are absolutely unprofessional and dishonest about their offerings, I'm uninstalling the app. Don't expect anything from this company's orders. TRASH!

I love Sephora so my review is only specifically about their app. It works fine in finding and buying products but its massively irritating that I need to put in my password nearly every day. Every other app I use needs my password entered occasionally, even with having the "remember me" box checked I still have to login in daily. Between the 9,000 personal passwords I have and the 9,000 work passwords I have I'm lucky if I remember to update my password vault let alone actually remember it.

Still Broken after 2 Years – Beyond Frustrating I don’t know what’s going on with the Sephora app, but for over two years (honestly, probably longer), it hasn’t worked properly. It refuses to recognize my reward status, so I can't access any of my perks—no free samples, no birthday gift, nothing. Every time I try to log in, it kicks me out and says “something went wrong.†The only way I can place an order is by calling in, which completely defeats the purpose of having an app.

edit- I have no idea what is going on but my loves list now contains products that I liked back in 2017 and obviously not available anymore... now I have to spend some minutes unliking everything and cry about all the products I've missed LOL.. Logs me out every single time I open or close the app. Even with the 'stay signed in, it always fails. KEEP ME SIGNED IN. Always an error!!!

I was literally correcting my address for the 4th shopping trip with the app, their error, and half my stuff was sold out in that time. 7 original items to 2. I missed yet again several sales. If I had not completed the purchase, they would have taken all my points also. This is a constant hassle with this company. It's getting to be a joke on the app. Maybe there is something to shopping directly from the manufacturers.

Used to love the app but have a very hard time using it now! For close to a year I've had issues with constantly being signed out even though I have "keep me signed in" marked every time I log in (again). Just browsing items, I get logged out. I have had to log in while trying to complete a purchase...and many times I've had to log in more than once to make a purchase. Each time I click a notification from the app, I have to log in and don't get to see what the notification was for. Any fix?????

This app is a frustrating to use, its lags lead to product page load failures, which then equal inability to make purchases. Have followed the routine app/phone resolution steps without any performance improvement. End up going to the website, which is almost as bad. Slow loading, etc. Reading reviews here which are supposed to be for the APP, NOT the store, products or personnel; the positive ones are suspiciously single words, vague or not about the app at all.

Really like browsing everything, and it's smooth to navigate. I'm thankfully not having the log out issues others have been having. my only gripe is that every time I open it, I am asked if I want a sephora credit card. Once a month would be fine, but every time you open, it is way too much.

Even though 'stay signed in' is selected, it signs me out after every use. Also, once a specific menu has been picked, such as Mini Size: Makeup, there's no filter for Product/Type so you can narrow down your selection to Mascara, Foundation, Eyeshadow, etc. It makes the app less user-friendly. In addition, order history only shows online purchases despite a linked phone number being provided for in-store purchases.

Really frustrating that I cannot leave reviews for any of the products I've purchased in the past. I've restarted the phone, restarted the app, refreshed, logged out then logged in. Doesn't make a difference. Also annoying that I cannot "love" products due to "error occurred." Happens pretty often. Please fix.

My rating of this app continues to decline. I'm assuming there was a recent update to the app; anytime there's an update, it never keeps me logged in, so have to keep doing so, even though I have the "stay signed in" toggle on. I STILL can't access my beauty preferences, which has been a thing for MANY MONTHS! And now, all of my lives have disappeared except for the 4 most recent! WTH! Figure it out, I beg you!

Never had many issues. However, now I can not use the app to place orders, update profile "error unable to complete, check internet access." The Internet is fine and connected, and this is for the app and website. please fix this so I can place an order, or I can just go to Nordy or Ulta, etc. Ongoing issue since earlier this year. Yes, I did all troubleshooting basics. Like others, nothing fixed the issue.

There's something wrong with the app and the website. The app won't let me sign in and on the website, the customer service chat is unavailable when it's available on the app. I've tried to contact customer service but the chat keeps getting disconnected. This had been happening for days! I love Sephora and I will change the review once it's fixed.

The app and the website are so insanely frustrating to use. I am constantly kicked out of my account randomly and then have issues getting back in even saying the password needs to meet a certain criteria or just straight up error message. Even if I want to change the password no email is sent so I can do so even after trying over 10 times. Honestly at this point I'll just buy directly from the manufacturer since Sephora can't get the basics down.

I keep giving this app a try and every time I end up uninstalling it due to the multiple glitches. I'm tired of the "There seems to be an error" pop-ups. Can't change account info, can't delete or move something from the basket. I get the error just randomly while trying to search for a product. It's the same with a VPN on/off. With 4G, 5G, or fast wifi. I have honestly stopped shopping at Sephora because of these issues. Why would I when there are other options with apps that work flawlessly?

Update: app still broken even after un/reinstalling. Please fix this app, keeps giving error messages between pages and even just scrolling. Makes you log in all the time. Recent errors with removing items from my basket or cart when the listing still says in stock. I had to call support twice on recent orders and have same day shipping on Sephora's dime because the site is erroneously removing things during or right after checkout.

Something is very wrong with your app and website. It won't keep me logged in. It usually says I'm not a BI even though I have been for years. I clicked join out of frustration and I think it zeroed out all the points I had. Can't make returns because orders don't show in my order history. Your company is completely inaccessible online. If I ever get this purchase returned, I'm deleting the app and my account.

This is the worst points system. Offers are instantly sold out. No notifications of when they are added. They seem to be added at the stupidest times, like 3am, cos I sure don't get a chance. Useless to use points for single items because doesn't even compare in value. Why bother even offering any rewards at this point. Mines uselessly piled all for 10 bucks off here and there.

I don't know what they changed on the back end but for months now I've been experiencing constant glitches and errors. I'm constantly getting logged out. If I try to view past purchases to reorder, it says every single item is unavailable at this time. If I try to leave a review, it just says sorry something went wrong. The most recent error was a glitch during check out so I couldn't place and order. Absolutely maddening issues.
