Jumped on for a sale of premium for a year at $19.99. An hour in and decided it isn't worth it. 1.) I'm paying premium and need to watch ads? There are other streamers that are ad free and there are free streamers with plenty of content if I don't care about ads. The regular price of $79.99 is not worth it. I refuse to pay to watch commercials. 2.) Progress isn't saved. So if I need to exit and come back to something later I have to start completely over. Bad interface. I won't be renewing.
Please fix your lagging subtitles. 😢 Its frustrating to pay for a subscription that doesn't work correctly. Sadly, I and others in my household depend on the subtitles. I need both subtitles and sound to focus on what I'm watching. The subtitles lag so badly that when it goes to commercial, I've missed a large chunk of what was said because it cuts off. A small lag is one thing but it's literally like 20-30 seconds behind what is happening on screen. Please fix this! ❤️
App is nearly unresponsive and takes forever to load. Tried to use the website, as it's much, much faster, but can't watch anything because they want you to use the app. Can't even get past the login page without my phone timing out after sitting there for 5 minutes as it tries to load... UPDATE: Nearly 2 months later, no change. Wonderful app...
This app performs terribly. It loads slowly, the episodes play out of order sometimes and very often when I exit a show it blackscreens and just freezes my whole phone. No other app does this, it isn't an issue with my phone. It's like a worse version of Netflix for about the same price. Poker Face is amazing, I wish there was a better place to watch it.
Was prompted to restart afet upgrades have improved - I'm still seeing horrible laggy performance. It's just not worth the cost they charge. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS!!! It's been a horrible, tedious experience and I will not be renewing my subscription. The constant trouble opening, loading and using the app is egregious. I can't believe I paid for something that I can't use!? What's the point!!! I'll find my shows on platforms where it actually works.
