This company is a total joke. Never try it, NEVER. I tried and see what's happened. First order was on 25th of November, they shipped it but it never came, cargo company returned the item back to them without trying to deliver me. When I request the items they said they lost. I did second order on 2nd of December, cargo company first said its out for delivery and than it said it is delayed without reason and next they package again returned back to Otrium again. Unbelievable!

Horrible experience! Their payment page doesn't work, their cart doesn't work, their returns do not work!! Avoid at all costs!!! Still trying to return my items and now I have to send them my IBAN to be refunded for return shipping costs!!

Sometimes all saved items in favorites disappear, but then another time they reappear again. This causes inconvenience and it's a pity for the time to look for one's previously chosen pieces anew, when it happens. Hope you can fix it. Otherwise, the application works well.

Mobile payments work whenever they want and for some reason I get spammed with push notifications for both Dutch and American market + the app seems completely unable to take into account that I've put male in my profile. Come on guys these are basic things.

For a website that doesn't have free returns, it should be a bare necessity to have some high quality pictures of the products. The photos are so low resolution that you can barely see the texture of the clothing you're buying.

When you travel abroad don"t shop since both the app and online will not work anymore. My account is stuck and have been trying to get it sorted but nothing works. Non of the discount I received is working. Please fix it and stop tracking where i am even when my location is turned of!

Need to improve!! This App/site is not adequate at present. registering and adding UK addresses is very difficult as it cannot add correctly. Also as Otrium is Dutch all emails received are non English. Once you order, you don't receive order confirmation or status of orders.

Around one month I can't delete and add items from and out my favorites' list. Tried to re-install several times - nor helpful. This is extremely annoying, especially considering that I'm regular customer.

I love the shop, but let's just say, the app requires lots of improvement. Favorites feature is full of bugs, the mobile app doesn't show all favourite items, the web version loads it with problems, sometimes it does, sometimes it does not. Improve it please, it's very frastrating.

I use this app once every few months, just to check what's new. And everytime new brands are added to the app. It's dangerous because you won't leave empty handed. But no worries, the best part: great discounts, it's insane! Just check it out, proof me wrong

Fantastic deals on really great clothes. I held off on reviewing until I got my first order, and I have zero complaints. The clothes were as advertised, and they arrived after about a week. Considering I saved nearly $250 on my order, only paying $50 including shipping, I'm sold on this. It seems like it's designed to help designer brands move last season's products, but that product is still in great shape. The app is super clean and well designed, too. I'll be buying from here again soon!

Buyer beware. The app now charges a 'platform fee' for doing exactly what every other discount store does (stores of which do not charge such an atrocious money-grabbing fee). Otrium does realize that other websites offer most of the listed clothes for the same price or better than Otrium's, right? Platform fee. Ha. I'll never shop here while that exists.

Good products, poor shopping experience. The clothes are wonderful, but if you request a password reset, it simply reroutes you to the login page and doesn't help you reset the password in any way. Then if you try and set up a new account, it won't let you, because you already used the email. Quite frustrating.

Since the update I cannot view my order history, check my profile or invite friends. Whenever choosing these options the app just hangs in a loading loop and nothing happens. Attempted multiple times to reload, shutting down and restarting the app completely, but to no avail. Same result every time.

Have been a long time customer via the website, have only just begun to give the app a try. While it is a good app overall, the only issue I have is that when giving shipping information I cannot change the country, it is stuck on the US option, which makes it hard to order the clothes i want. : /

It's weird when the website works so well, to see the app work so horribly. The company is great, the shipping is fast and the sales are amazing. So this 1 star isn't aimed at Otrium, just the app. Whenever I use the search function to select an item category, I get an error message. I can't access items in the app, except those on the front page. For me the app is completely useless because of this. A shame really.

So buggy it's impossible to use! Claims I already have an account, so I select 'forgot password' and it sends a broken link to my email. So I log in using google, go to my favourite lingerie brand, try to search on my bra size, but it only lists other sizing as search options, no bra sizes, while I can see if I scroll through the brand page there are multiple bras in my size. If you look at an item and then go back to the list page, the scrolling stops working. Not worth the bother. Deleted.

Less buggy than the web page but it doesn't recognize the discount codes unlike the web browser version. Also when I login and view my basket using just the web browser, any items I have added using the app doesn't show the size I selected. The fact the discount codes cannot be added is quite a deal breaker. It's also annoying that I cannot click on my ordered items and go directly to the webpage where it's described.

Yesterday wanted to make a big order with a nice promo code, I put the right postal code and I received a red message "Enter a valid postal credit code". I raised a ticket and no reply yet from customer service. Now I'm unable to choose another country then Netherlands during check out. I have lost a lot of the items that were in my shopping cart and the promo code is no longer valid. Not a nice customer experience.

So I log in using google, go to my favourite lingerie brand, try to search on my bra size, but it only lists other sizing as search options, no bra sizes, while I can see if I scroll through the brand page there are multiple bras in my size. If you look at an item and then go back to the list page, the scrolling stops working. Not worth the bother. Deleted.

Have been a long time customer via the website, have only just begun to give the app a try. While it is a good app overall, the only issue I have is that when giving shipping information I cannot change the country, it is stuck on the US option, which makes it hard to order the clothes i want. : /

Horrible experience! Their payment page doesn't work, their cart doesn't work, their returns do not work!! Avoid at all costs!!! Still trying to return my items and now I have to send them my IBAN to be refunded for return shipping costs!!

When you travel abroad don"t shop since both the app and online will not work anymore. My account is stuck and have been trying to get it sorted but nothing works. Non of the discount I received is working. Please fix it and stop tracking where i am even when my location is turned of!

Around one month I can't delete and add items from and out my favorites' list. Tried to re-install several times - nor helpful. This is extremely annoying, especially considering that I'm regular customer.

This company is a total joke. Never try it, NEVER. I tried and see what's happened. First order was on 25th of November, they shipped it but it never came, cargo company returned the item back to them without trying to deliver me. When I request the items they said they lost. I did second order on 2nd of December, cargo company first said its out for delivery and than it said it is delayed without reason and next they package again returned back to Otrium again. Unbelievable!

Buyer beware. The app now charges a 'platform fee' for doing exactly what every other discount store does (stores of which do not charge such an atrocious money-grabbing fee). Otrium does realize that other websites offer most of the listed clothes for the same price or better than Otrium's, right? Platform fee. Ha. I'll never shop here while that exists.

It's weird when the website works so well, to see the app work so horribly. The company is great, the shipping is fast and the sales are amazing. So this 1 star isn't aimed at Otrium, just the app. Whenever I use the search function to select an item category, I get an error message. I can't access items in the app, except those on the front page. For me the app is completely useless because of this. A shame really.

So buggy it's impossible to use! Claims I already have an account, so I select 'forgot password' and it sends a broken link to my email. So I log in using google, go to my favourite lingerie brand, try to search on my bra size, but it only lists other sizing as search options, no bra sizes, while I can see if I scroll through the brand page there are multiple bras in my size. If you look at an item and then go back to the list page, the scrolling stops working. Not worth the bother. Deleted.

Yesterday wanted to make a big order with a nice promo code, I put the right postal code and I received a red message "Enter a valid postal credit code". I raised a ticket and no reply yet from customer service. Now I'm unable to choose another country then Netherlands during check out. I have lost a lot of the items that were in my shopping cart and the promo code is no longer valid. Not a nice customer experience.

Sometimes all saved items in favorites disappear, but then another time they reappear again. This causes inconvenience and it's a pity for the time to look for one's previously chosen pieces anew, when it happens. Hope you can fix it. Otherwise, the application works well.

Mobile payments work whenever they want and for some reason I get spammed with push notifications for both Dutch and American market + the app seems completely unable to take into account that I've put male in my profile. Come on guys these are basic things.

For a website that doesn't have free returns, it should be a bare necessity to have some high quality pictures of the products. The photos are so low resolution that you can barely see the texture of the clothing you're buying.

Need to improve!! This App/site is not adequate at present. registering and adding UK addresses is very difficult as it cannot add correctly. Also as Otrium is Dutch all emails received are non English. Once you order, you don't receive order confirmation or status of orders.

I love the shop, but let's just say, the app requires lots of improvement. Favorites feature is full of bugs, the mobile app doesn't show all favourite items, the web version loads it with problems, sometimes it does, sometimes it does not. Improve it please, it's very frastrating.

I use this app once every few months, just to check what's new. And everytime new brands are added to the app. It's dangerous because you won't leave empty handed. But no worries, the best part: great discounts, it's insane! Just check it out, proof me wrong

Good products, poor shopping experience. The clothes are wonderful, but if you request a password reset, it simply reroutes you to the login page and doesn't help you reset the password in any way. Then if you try and set up a new account, it won't let you, because you already used the email. Quite frustrating.

Since the update I cannot view my order history, check my profile or invite friends. Whenever choosing these options the app just hangs in a loading loop and nothing happens. Attempted multiple times to reload, shutting down and restarting the app completely, but to no avail. Same result every time.

Less buggy than the web page but it doesn't recognize the discount codes unlike the web browser version. Also when I login and view my basket using just the web browser, any items I have added using the app doesn't show the size I selected. The fact the discount codes cannot be added is quite a deal breaker. It's also annoying that I cannot click on my ordered items and go directly to the webpage where it's described.

The return process is unnecessarily complicated. The package doesn’t include a return label or a QR code for easy drop-off at the post office. Instead, you're required to print the label yourself, which feels outdated and inconvenient.

Fantastic deals on really great clothes. I held off on reviewing until I got my first order, and I have zero complaints. The clothes were as advertised, and they arrived after about a week. Considering I saved nearly $250 on my order, only paying $50 including shipping, I'm sold on this. It seems like it's designed to help designer brands move last season's products, but that product is still in great shape. The app is super clean and well designed, too. I'll be buying from here again soon!
