Mirror Lab

As an app for editing, very good appeal, mixed with other applications. The basic functionality is pretty amazing on the basic level, and with a bit of thought I've created a few album covers using this. Some points the application will freeze, but I suspect at least 75% is basic human error for me on a phone screen. Would consider trying on a larger tablet size, probably will at some point. As of now, I believe it works for a creative tool, plus a few extras to explore.

This app convinced some of my friends to switch from Apple to Android after I showed them it. Seriously. That's how good it is. It's the only app I bought the full version of and have over 1000 unique images saved on my phone, many of which have ended up as professional music art covers. It's no surprise #mirror_lab on instagram has nearly 150K tags. This app is game changing. Get it, and get Chromalab and Glitchlab (both by Ilixa) and use them together for the best experience.

I can't begin to calculate the amount of time I've spent using this app. 9000 images saved over the past several years. As many have said, paid version is worth it. Here to say PLEASE add a target tool to just the main kaleidoscope feature! You're killing me smalls. Either that or the ability to pan a multi layer kaleidoscope in glitchlab, once you've used the inner/outer target tool. This is the one drawback I'm continuing to need to move images over to photoshop to finish.

This is an absolutely fantastic app. Even if the photo edits weren't high quality, I would still recommend this for anyone who just likes taking pictures and wants to highlight a specific point that isn't necessarily right smack-dab in the center middle of the whole thing lol. It's very fun to use, and I've found it compliments a separate photo-editing app (Snapseed). If you use the camera on your smartphone, at least give this app a shot.

I just can't wait to see what the pro version has to offer. The standard version is awesome. once you learn the how-to's(which takes no time at all). it's simply amazing at the options you have in the manipulation of your photo's. Or you can use preset designs, or generate a new one. Get it and let it speak for itself. Truly a great APP, easy ui, great clarity, and fun to boot.👍👍👍👍👍

I'm loving this app and all the fantastical things I can do. I can adjust color, go to black and white, monochrome, mirror, kaleidescope it, make it into a fractal. Them once you've done that you can go still mirror it or make it a repeat. You've just got to explore. My only disappointment is I can't overlay two different images or if I can I don't know how.i

I can't put into words how much I love this as well as the sister application Glitch Lab. I've been using the pro versions of both for about 4 years now and I couldn't be happier with a mobile editing software. While there are obvious setbacks in using a mobile app vs PC software, you won't find many of them with this amazing tool. It can be a little glitchy when you use to many inputs and don't allow the image to render. Be patient. Save your work. All will be well.

I almost never give reviews.. but I had to on this one. This is the best phone app I've ever come across for insanely creative photo-manipulation. I bought the pro version because the extras are more than worth it. To the developer, I desperately need you to create a high-quality-output PC-stable version of this app with more options PLEASE! I'd happily pay another $100 or maybe more if that happens.

Been using this app (and its sister app Glitch Lab) for a couple years now. I bought the pro version pretty early on because it's a cheap one-time payment kinda thing. It's really fun to mess around in. I definitely prefer Glitch Lab but I'll usually edit pictures a little in Mirror first before I transfer over, or vice versa. It's super functional, no ads, and really easy to use. Definitely recommend.

i love this app. the only improvements i would make (and they might exist, there are so many settings i havent' explored yet) are that i'd set specific filters in a list of frequently accessed ones so i don't have to scroll through the ones i don't use, and for higher quality final files. i like to use these files in certain applications afterwards and sometimes the file won't work for it because when it's larger scale it loses quality. i wish they'd make a desktop or web version of this bc i'm thinking about getting rid of my phone and this app is super meditative for me and i use it in my art. i can always learn other software but i really like this one.

For a free app, this is pretty amazing. The range of effects is awesome, and the results can transform any ordinary snaps into stunning works of art. Manipulation of the effects can be a bit tricky, but perseverance pays off. Best of all, saved work doesn't have a watermark added. Highly recommended! PS. Tried to install it on Chromebook but no go. Just kept freezing at startup screen. Will stick with the phone app!

This app is beyond amazing. It allows for so many incredible effects, all using only the colour pallet of the photo you choose to work with. It's difficult to understand how these algorithms? are able to create 'wall worthy' art from an average picture of a daffodil. I live this app. The pro version was so cheap even I paid for it! And I'm so poor, I can't even pay attention! Lol. Thank you developers. This is digital art at it's best and most creative tool out there. Tried about 7. 10/10
