horrible, bearly loads, always crashes, and ot moves by itself. horrible who ever coded this needs to rethink their career.
This used to work fine, but whatever updates we're pushed through have caused this app to be fidgeting. As an Android user, app forecloses when things glitch up, syncing is a nightmare and probably why this app glitches up. Fix it!
Been using Jolt for many years and loved it. Recently I was instructed by a jolt customer service rep to download the newest version due to me not being able to see some new lists I created on jolt lite. I updated to the new version from jolt lite. Not a big fan, very glitchy, slow and the photos come out skewed and warped. My staff cant even take photos for certain list items on their daily checklist. Development team please sort this out it is quite frustrating for myself and staff.
Slow. Very, very slow. Sync time takes forever to the point that I have to do my lists on a PC. If we can get this thing operating as intended, 5 stars for sure. Pen and paper is faster as of now.
Have to restart everytime I log in. Unbelievably slow. Only this app, not the tablet or phone it is on. Corrective action lists open blank in any role other than the one that created it. It feels like I am paying finished app prices for a alpha app.
You shouldn't need Admin privileges to have audio alarms on the app. I'd like to be able to enable alarms so that my lists can be completed. Yet I shouldn't have to be an Admin to have that privilege. As a non-admin, you don't get alarms capability and I find that to be an issue as it should be an option to have so that all lists can be completed by all who hear the alarm. Thanks for listening.

Also been disappointed with Jolt, we had an amazing onboarding Jolt staff who then a rep who didn't respond then had mat leave without informing us. We found out we didn't have a rep when escalatibg a request for help
Can't go a single week without any problems. A few months ago however was the biggest issue. The text notifications switched from one single thread notification to individual separate notifications. Now I get upwards of 50-60 separate text messages in a single day. Imagine scrolling past hundreds of text messages just to find a non jolt related text. Spoke with their staff on the phone and through emails. They acted like I was an inconvenience to them and said it couldn't and wouldn't be fixed.
Jolt is a joke. It doesn't work no matter what. It literally took 1hr 30min to complete a list of only 30 items that needed to be checked off. DON'T USE THIS APP!! Companies seriously need to stop forcing people to use a broken app cause it's frustrating when you get written up for something you can't control.
I downloaded the app as requested by my job. So I did and created a new password (since I couldn't remember my old one) Unfortunately, the app will NOT let me in. Gives an error of "email & password don't match". However when I changed my password( 4 times) it directed me to Chrome where I was able to get into my account. After that I logged out and attempted to log in via the app, and again received the same error as previously stated. Please fix this so I may actually get into the app. P&Ty.

Tried their service for a year, and it didn't quite work for our small business. Instead of letting me cancel the subscription and move on, they charged me for the entire second year since we had already rolled over, even though they knew their service wasn't a fit for my company. So I'm basically paying them $1000 for something I'm not using, which tells me they're more in it for the money than helping out the little guy. Extremely disappointed.

It's just great to use to see your schedule, who you're working with, no bugs or incorrect information from my experience, helps me a lot.
the app has provided a terrible user experience. every single time I try to take pictures the app crashes and then deletes the picture I just took. it takes what should be a 5 minute process and makes it impossible or at best 30 minutes instead of 5. this is after all updates and resetting the app and even reinstalling it. nothing solved the issue. awful experience, please fix all these bugs
This app has been horrible for the past month. I use this app for food safety temps. The scores are not accurate at all and do not match up with work iPad. Even reinstalled it and still does not work properly
ok to read & understand. wish there was a log feature for personal use Employee to write hours worked in/out,calculate. how much tips that day. little notes for personal use. EXAMPLE they clicked on day worked, box will pop up to add personal note, tasks completed,tips, punch in/out ECT.so they can match with paystub. we don't use the clock in/out feature to clock in for work so this would be nice in the app please consider. thanks. time off/availability sucks to understand in this app though.
While there have been many routine updates to this app, it is barely usable. In particular, completing checklists is quite challenging. It syncs between every button press. The result is that, even on a strong internet connection, you wait 3-10 seconds between every touch. You think it didn't take so you touch again and then it momentarily checks then lags and saves again that you unchecked it. If using a single user tablet in multiple locations, expect that you will routinely get signed out.
For some reason, I am no longer able to view my personal work schedule. It just won't sync. I can only see the master, and even then it doesn't actually show everyone who's scheduled to work each day. Looking at all the other reviews, (to which jolt has not responded once) I can't believe nothing's been done about the app's issues despite regular updates. I've been told by my coworkers that Jolt Lite works far better, but I can't even find it on the app store. I think it's only available on IOS.

We have had nothing but trouble with the new app. Stickers don’t print and when they do it’s at 1-3 min after button was pushed. Many days the app does not recognize or connect to the internet but when we push the button to connect it says it is connected. We have tried to call support to get help with this issue but we’re on hold for nearly an hour before giving up. This is way too expensive of a product for what we are receiving which is currently nothing. We will continue to use the old app while we can but if something doesn’t change in the next two months we will be looking for a new product.

I bought this program to help with my small business and for the price I’m paying monthly (over $100) I would expect a more streamlined program. The online portal is incredibly glitchy. For a company charging it’s users that much money you would think it would work. The app is also just as glitchy, my employees have had to delete the app an then redowload it numerous of times which adds time to our shift changes and nightly cleanup. If I was only paying $20-40 a month I would rate it 4 or 5 star and deal with the glitches but for a premium price I expect a premium product and unfortunately this company falls very short of that. (Also don’t try to get a representative to help you because they will blame the issue on you not knowing what your doing and not their faulty, glitchy program)
Jolt Lite allowed managers to view pending requests for availability and time off. Not an option in this horribly improved app. Also unable to choose a list from a drop down menu. It is worthless for managers.
Before implementing Jolt, there was a lot of employee friction between the hard workers and the slackers. With Jolt, everyone knows exactly what they are responsible for and everyone is a lot happier.

The result is that, even on a strong internet connection, you wait 3-10 seconds between every touch. You think it didn't take so you touch again and then it momentarily checks then lags and saves again that you unchecked it. If using a single user tablet in multiple locations, expect that you will routinely get signed out.

Incredibly slow after update
I bought this program to help with my small business and for the price I’m paying monthly (over $100) I would expect a more streamlined program. The online portal is incredibly glitchy. For a company charging it’s users that much money you would think it would work. The app is also just as glitchy, my employees have had to delete the app an then redowload it numerous of times which adds time to our shift changes and nightly cleanup. If I was only paying $20-40 a month I would rate it 4 or 5 star and deal with the glitches but for a premium price I expect a premium product and unfortunately this company falls very short of that. (Also don’t try to get a representative to help you because they will blame the issue on you not knowing what your doing and not their faulty, glitchy program)
Jolt Lite allowed managers to view pending requests for availability and time off. Not an option in this horribly improved app. Also unable to choose a list from a drop down menu. It is worthless for managers.
Before implementing Jolt, there was a lot of employee friction between the hard workers and the slackers. With Jolt, everyone knows exactly what they are responsible for and everyone is a lot happier.
It's just great to use to see your schedule, who you're working with, no bugs or incorrect information from my experience, helps me a lot.

Generally works well, some issues with lagging while filling out checklists or users logging into new devices
ok to read & understand. wish there was a log feature for personal use Employee to write hours worked in/out,calculate. how much tips that day. little notes for personal use. EXAMPLE they clicked on day worked, box will pop up to add personal note, tasks completed,tips, punch in/out ECT.so they can match with paystub. we don't use the clock in/out feature to clock in for work so this would be nice in the app please consider. thanks. time off/availability sucks to understand in this app though.

Recently I was instructed by a jolt customer service rep to download the newest version due to me not being able to see some new lists I created on jolt lite. I updated to the new version from jolt lite. Not a big fan, very glitchy, slow and the photos come out skewed and warped. My staff cant even take photos for certain list items on their daily checklist. Development team please sort this out it is quite frustrating for myself and staff.

Have to restart everytime I log in. Unbelievably slow. Only this app, not the tablet or phone it is on. Corrective action lists open blank in any role other than the one that created it. It feels like I am paying finished app prices for a alpha app.
You shouldn't need Admin privileges to have audio alarms on the app. I'd like to be able to enable alarms so that my lists can be completed. Yet I shouldn't have to be an Admin to have that privilege. As a non-admin, you don't get alarms capability and I find that to be an issue as it should be an option to have so that all lists can be completed by all who hear the alarm. Thanks for listening.

This used to work fine, but whatever updates we're pushed through have caused this app to be fidgeting. As an Android user, app forecloses when things glitch up, syncing is a nightmare and probably why this app glitches up. Fix it!
Used for small business ease of life for over a year, including upgraded package for scheduling. Terrible app that isn't user-friendly at all. It crashes often, scheduling is unreliable. Also been disappointed with Jolt, we had an amazing onboarding Jolt staff who then a rep who didn't respond then had mat leave without informing us. We found out we didn't have a rep when escalatibg a request for help
Can't go a single week without any problems. A few months ago however was the biggest issue. The text notifications switched from one single thread notification to individual separate notifications. Now I get upwards of 50-60 separate text messages in a single day. Imagine scrolling past hundreds of text messages just to find a non jolt related text. Spoke with their staff on the phone and through emails. They acted like I was an inconvenience to them and said it couldn't and wouldn't be fixed.
Jolt is a joke. It doesn't work no matter what. It literally took 1hr 30min to complete a list of only 30 items that needed to be checked off. DON'T USE THIS APP!! Companies seriously need to stop forcing people to use a broken app cause it's frustrating when you get written up for something you can't control.
I downloaded the app as requested by my job. So I did and created a new password (since I couldn't remember my old one) Unfortunately, the app will NOT let me in. Gives an error of "email & password don't match". However when I changed my password( 4 times) it directed me to Chrome where I was able to get into my account. After that I logged out and attempted to log in via the app, and again received the same error as previously stated. Please fix this so I may actually get into the app. P&Ty.
Tried their service for a year, and it didn't quite work for our small business. Instead of letting me cancel the subscription and move on, they charged me for the entire second year since we had already rolled over, even though they knew their service wasn't a fit for my company. So I'm basically paying them $1000 for something I'm not using, which tells me they're more in it for the money than helping out the little guy. Extremely disappointed.

the app has provided a terrible user experience. every single time I try to take pictures the app crashes and then deletes the picture I just took. it takes what should be a 5 minute process and makes it impossible or at best 30 minutes instead of 5. this is after all updates and resetting the app and even reinstalling it. nothing solved the issue. awful experience, please fix all these bugs
This app has been horrible for the past month. I use this app for food safety temps. The scores are not accurate at all and do not match up with work iPad. Even reinstalled it and still does not work properly
While there have been many routine updates to this app, it is barely usable. In particular, completing checklists is quite challenging. It syncs between every button press. The result is that, even on a strong internet connection, you wait 3-10 seconds between every touch. You think it didn't take so you touch again and then it momentarily checks then lags and saves again that you unchecked it. If using a single user tablet in multiple locations, expect that you will routinely get signed out.
For some reason, I am no longer able to view my personal work schedule. It just won't sync. I can only see the master, and even then it doesn't actually show everyone who's scheduled to work each day. Looking at all the other reviews, (to which jolt has not responded once) I can't believe nothing's been done about the app's issues despite regular updates. I've been told by my coworkers that Jolt Lite works far better, but I can't even find it on the app store. I think it's only available on IOS.
STAY AWAY FROM JOLT!!!! We have been using Jolt for a few years. Checklists are difficult to navigate, the bluetooth / wifi cooler monitoring are always breaking, they have no support phone number. The only time you talk to a human is when they try to sell you more modules. Once you sign up they lock you in like a gym membership. They won't even allow you to delete your credit card from the account. RUN FROM THIS APP

We have had nothing but trouble with the new app. Stickers don’t print and when they do it’s at 1-3 min after button was pushed. Many days the app does not recognize or connect to the internet but when we push the button to connect it says it is connected. We have tried to call support to get help with this issue but we’re on hold for nearly an hour before giving up. This is way too expensive of a product for what we are receiving which is currently nothing.
