Has an option to make payments to a doctor (I want to make monthly recurring orthodontic payment), but this feature has stopped working. Once you submit a request, it goes into a black hole and you can't see any status until your doctor calls to tell you that they haven't received a payment. They don't answer their phone. Once I waited almost 3 hours on hold and the person who finally answered did not know how to use the payment feature. This app is useless.
App crashes before I can even get it fully opened on my phone. It was great for tracking how much money I had on my HRA card through work when the app actually would open and work properly. Now it's just a useless icon that does nothing. Please fix this!
You should consider adding the ability for users to attach PDF receipts to claims, not just photos.
Simply doesn't work. Thought it was bad enough that the web service makes me reset my password thru my email every time I want to check my pay stub but I can't even get this app to log me in at all.
Says my 4 digit code is wrong and password/ username. I haven't changed any of these. This seems to be a recurring problem at my company and everyone is fed up with the lack of help from isolved administrators.
Every time I have my company send me the invitation to get into the app it works then one week later the app will not accept my username or my password and we have to redo everything all over again this app is junk.
The app needs to upgrade it's receipt organizer so we can upload PDF versions of our receipts and visit summaries. The app is good for having immediate access to your HRA or FSA balance and transaction history. But filing a claim through the app is tedious at best or impossible if you don't know how to take multiple screenshots of the visit summary and receipt. The receipt organizer only accesses your camera or photos.
