9/4/24- Works Great! Took a bit to setup, but once connected, no tech issues at all. The Alerts Are The Problem. There are no real notifications. The alerts are silently stored in the app and you have no idea what happened or who came by in real time. You also cannot share the alerts, or it seems, do anything with them?! And what's the "Album" for? 11/5/24- UPDATE. Still do not know what the Album is for. AND FYI- You Cannot Share Videos from the App. AND You Cannot Delete Videos from the App.
It worked great for a couple of months but for some reason the app appears to have deleted my cameras. I've uninstalled the app numerous times but I continue to get the same error message. Time to move on. As of 8-1-21, my cameras are working as they did before. Well, they are on the blink again. This has gotten old. I've ordered different cameras and hopefully they'll have a better operating system. Very disappointed. I've had to completely remove my account. Neither camera would record 👎
I like everything about it except that it kills my battery its always running in the background. BUT I found that if you go to your phone settings and then in to the apps and *"force stop"* the app from running it doesn't not run in the background. I do this every time after I'm done using it. (I USE IT AS A BABY MONITOR) so this method works for me. Also the HD view worked great at first but not anymore. A bit blurry
The camera is great but the app is very bad. Every time I open the app i will need to login twice. I didn't purchase the cloud and have used the SD card to store the videos. However, I keep getting an error message regarding the SD card and not able to get a response from the technical support. Update: Finally able to reach the technical support. Problem solved. Give back 3 ⭐ because the camera is really great.

I tried with 2 different cameras to set up in my baby's room and it did not work. I spent over an hour to set it up. All settings are correct, including wifi. Now I don't have a monitor for my baby.
I'm really, really disappointed in this app and its developers. I reached out through email a while ago because of a lot of problems and they haven't gotten back to me. The app doesn't even playback videos from alerts so this makes my security cameras useless. Also, when I adjust the alert time to 'Evening', the camera still alerts me 24/7, even when a car passes by so I get literally over 100 alerts in one hour. Oh and you cannot add multiple users to view and receive alerts. This app is a joke
Ridiculous. New update no longer allows landscape viewing. When you turn the phone, a tiny portrait view appears in the middle of the screen surrounded by all black. I have 8 of these cams and was paying for cloud storage. Not anymore. We're switching. We put up with the constant having to reenter/re-log in every 5 minutes while using the cams to monitor our homes and business for 'continuous feed' and always having to enter 'continue,' which was inconvenient enough for 6 yrs. No more! Fix it!
I really like the longevity of this camera. Prior to this, I went through three baby monitors. There is little delay on the speaking function, but overall a good product. I especially liked the landscape view. But all of a sudden when I try to view landscape, I get the entire screen from the portrait mode, including the menu buttons on the bottom. It looks like a screenshot of portrait mode in the middle of a landscape mode - very small. There's a button but it makes the app crash. Not happy.
