This game would have received five stars, but the constant glitches and the game pauses and stutters. You can't enjoy the game when it's constantly fo that. Furthermore, no one ever responded back when I reported the game to the developer. Great graphics, but the game play is horrible
Any update on when new levels will launch? Love the game but getting bored with endless mode since there are no more levels. Update: as of 4/25, still no new levels and now "Facebook login" isn't available and I can't even play endless mode anymore. The developer apparently stopped responding to reviews and questions in Sept '23.
Game was fun at the beginning, but now with the last update when from 300 free coins every 2 hrs to every 4 hrs and then yesterday it went to once every 24 hrs to get them... also where you watch videos for prizes, I used to get 500-1000 coins regularly for a prize, now I usually only get maybe 180 if I'm lucky. With out spending real money (which I won't do) it has made the game very slow and boring. I loved it at first, but unless something is fixed I won't be playing anymore.
Good Game and addictive. The only issue I have is it is impossible to beat the clock unless your using a booster which cost diamonds or you have to pass the levels in order to win them. You can't beat the timer most of the time with only one person and so many patients to help. I'm stuck on level 35 now which is so frustrating as trying to earn 2,000 points in only 3 mins. Would enjoy more if given more time.
to be i honest i don't like the updates that the developers did, now you have to individually upgrade each doctors department which i see unpractical and inconvenient, since earning gold is a bit hard as you go on a higher level of the game, i think its best if the developers just make the upgrades for the doctors as a whole, not individual dept. its more convenient that way, since not all the players tends to buy rubies so that they could have more coins. I like the older version better.
I don't mind the challenge of this game and I don't even mind watching ads to get more coins. However, it does start to get to thw point where even ads can't get you wnough coins for all the upgrades. It's a little disappointing especially when I like the game quite a bit. Also lately the ads don't load up and I have to restart the game without getting the bonus coin.
I used to like this game because I thought it was the least unfair one of all the other ones that had the same platform, but on this new update you have to upgrade each individual doctor's specialty, which makes the game imposible to advance again, which makes it very hard and not fun anymore. I'll be uninstalling soon and start looking again for a more fair game with these kind platform. You're becoming too greedy and ruined a good game.
I'm all for a challenge and most games ease you into it for awhile til you can upgrade and then gets harder. This starts to get difficult fairly quickly and it's not easy to earn enough to get upgrades you need to pass levels. I understand they want you to pay money to get stuff but this quickly? No thanks. I played for 10-12 levels and it's hard to serve everyone without pissing them off lol. I don't mind buying stuff sometimes but I have to play for awhile to justify it's worth it.
Having to upgrade each doctor one by one is soooo expensive. Especially because if they are not upgraded they are beyond slow. Also the difficulty of each doctor level increases throughout so you are spending alot of money. The money that you earn from losing the level should be the money that you make in the level, not 10%. If I need 2000 for an upgrade and I'm only getting 70 dollars per loss game it becomes a drag and tedious
Generally this is your typical dash game, and to an extent, it is fun. The advert for it is misleading, however as you don't get to do the procedures - you are just the nurse running around fetching things for the doctors....that is kind of it. The later levels are all but impossible too, just not enough time to get through the number of patients needed to hit your target. Frustrating!
Terrible. Can't make any progress past the first stage unless you pay for gems and boosters, which you will need mutiple times in every level. A cute looking game made by greedy developers. They could have made it easier, enjoyable and playable but chose not to. Don't get sucked in! and to Casual Joy Games....don't lie to me. You know what you are doing
The amount you earn surely isn't enough to be able to do all these upgrades. On top of that, you can't earn coins from previous hospitals which makes the game progression extremely difficult. It's a shame because I liked this game but it seems like I'll be uninstalling. Unless you all care to fix it and make us earn more coins at the end of a level. But do you really care about us or the money you make?
I used to love this game, it was so well balanced.. I watched ads and bought upgrades and slowly made progress. After the latest update, now you have to buy upgrades for the speed of each doctor and I just had to quit playing, it simply became either impossible or definitely too annoying to play. Very, very, very bad update. You lost this user!
Games is ok. Good graffics. But you are pretty much forced to watch all the adds you can to be able to pass some levels and afford the upgrades. I have made it to the end of all the hospitals waiting for more. Can go back and do more but the levels in endless mode are next to impossible to win no matter how many upgrades and how many other things you use. A little ridiculous.
Really like the concept of the game, at first it was very challenging but after a long time it was very annoying, too many tasks for one nurse, the upgrade cost was expensive while the money given was little, especially the endless mode, and had to repeat it again for another hospital, couldn't even finish the endless mode without boost, I don't want to keep watching ads for boost, not fun
Same as most of them. Gets too hard too fast. Too much going on. These developers need to make it a little more realistic. If it gets too hard too fast, I lose interest, especially when you are not given enough money/tokens in the game to keep up with the game enhancements. Another disappointing game 🎮 😑 Shame too, I love these games but not when poorly made. Sorry honest opinion, I would not recommend.
The images do not show the real game play, however I like this type of games, and I love when the levels are challenging, but this it's impossible, or you spend money (and no thanks) or even if you spend a lot of time watching adv is not enough. When you start a new hospital the price are the same of the high level of the hospital before, but in the new levels (lower levels of the new hospital) you earn a few coins, impossible to grow up.
I see in the reviews that the developer is using wanting the game to be "challenging" as an excuse for the rapid increase in difficulty even from early levels. However, pretty much every other game featuring this sort of progression through levels allows us to replay them, so not allowing it for this game is a failure, not an intentional design choice. Levels also do not give coin rewards that are sufficient for the type and number of different types of uprades we're expected to make.
To upgrade things, it cost quiet a lot like it start with soo high, like 1k, end even if i watch ads it still doesn't enough. Need to spend real money in order to buy diamonds and money. The patients also got angry quickly like erghh . Not fun to play anymore it becomes frustrating as we need to wait for 3-5 days to collect money, like if you don't want to spend your money, don't play this game, not recommend it.
Gets too hard too quickly, you can't replay levels. Only reason I kept playing as long as I did was because you USED to be able to watch videos for rewards that would help you advance in the game. For the past two weeks, those videos say they are there but no longer play. Not the only player I know having the problem. We have different phones and different phone services. When the videos go down that's usually the kiss of death and a sign the developers have abandoned the app. I'm out.
