It's good, just be careful opening notifications that tell you your points are expiring soon. I tapped one and it immediately redeemed my points for a goodrx coupon without giving me any options until after it had done so. Obviously, it was too late at that point. Customer support said they can't help. There's a difference between can't and won't. Oh, well. Lesson learned. Good app otherwise.
The program used to be great, but they wiped all our history for an 'upgrade' and now don't provide the services or explanatory they used to. And the app itself is lackluster and takes you to the web browser where you have to sign in AGAIN (infuriating) when you get to get an appointment with a health care professional. I wasted $19 bucks on an 'appointment' ' where they basically told me they couldn't help me, with no explanation! BS. Definitely unsubbed from goodrx gold. Quite disappointed.
Drug and Insurance Companies are out of control! Prescription Costs (even with insurance) are ridiculous This is an incredible App/Service! Does what it says. Simple, intuitive, easy to use. If you're skeptical (and you should be), Try It! Compare prices to see what you can save out of pocket. They offer a subscription service, But the basic product is great! and it's Free
Has saved me a lot! Great for comparing prices. Sometimes, its even cheaper than the price with insurance. Essential for those with no insurance or pricey RXs. The 'Free' version will save u $$ & the 'Paid' ($10/m) will save u even more, but do your own calculations to see if its worth it. Customer Service is surprisingly good. Id give it 5 🌟 if the default on Pharmacy Search sorted by 'Lowest Price', not 'Popularity'...since that's literally the entire reason for the App

The first thing you are told when calling the help/sales line is that it is AI, so you know from the beginning that you won't get help. If you bother to stay on, you will never get your questions answered. You would think if they give you a phone number to call about upgrading, they would make sure it works well, not convince you giving them your credit card number would be a mistake
This is an invaluable free app that fairly displays the self-pay costs of my prescriptions. I was shocked, and so happy to be able to choose the lowest prices! When I did the price comparisons and realized I had been sending my scripts into the most expensive pharmacy, I switched immediately and had them filled at the cheapest one. Thank you so much!! 💓
Apparently since the last update the app won't open. I went to the site and they've changed the entire layout to make it more cluttered, which makes it more difficult to find prices, and the prices that are shown are for gold, so it's misleading. It doesn't show the original price of the Rx, it only shows you a coupon. I only hope when the app works again it's the regular old layout and not that. Then I'd give it 5 stars.
This app will save you money, esp if you have a lot of medications to take. Reason for the 4 stars - it's not terribly clear about the rewards you can earn and cash out. I've lost a bunch of points bcuz I didn't realize they expired, tho I also didn't realize I was actually getting points bcuz they don't show up on the point counter. So probly partly my fault, but I also think it could be clearer. But besides that, I definitely recommend!
Easy, free, done!! Why wouldn't you use it?! If only everything worked like this app -- it does exactly what it says it does. NO gimmick, no sales, no ads, no signing up. No verifying your email through your phone via 3rd passcode, making you change your password for more security, then calling you to verify that you verified, only then....the coupon or offer or WHATEVER it is doesn't work. It's about time an app just WORKS and is free and you can move on with the rest of your day. Thank You!!

This card gets me my scripts for much cheaper than what I'd be paying with insurance, too, and saves me so much money!
So easy to use this app! I just hope the prices are correct when I actually use the coupons at Costco....update: they are correct, accepted and saving me a lot of money! Update #2!! I can't imagine why everyone doesn't use this app!!
Really great app, saved alot on prescriptions. Used to pay over 80 dollars till I heard about this app and was able to save 60 dollars. Wasn't too sure how it worked so when I went to the pharmacy, just showed my phone with the numbers up through their glass and they just input the information, and only downside was I had to come back in 30 minutes for it to take into effect, but after got the discount. 10/10 would recommend, I have the free version and it works great.

I deleted the app within the 1st week, without ever using it. I am not sure how I even wound up with a subscription because I looked through prices of my meds, and some of the prices were HIGHER on Gold that the regular GoodRx. I want a refund IMMEDIATELY!

Has saved me a lot! Great for comparing prices. Sometimes, its even cheaper than the price with insurance. Essential for those with no insurance or pricey RXs. The 'Free' version will save u $$ & the 'Paid' ($10/m) will save u even more, but do your own calculations to see if its worth it. Customer Service is surprisingly good. Id give it 5 🌟 if the default on Pharmacy Search sorted by 'Lowest Price', not 'Popularity'...since that's literally the entire reason for the App
It's a pretty decent app, I enrolled in the gold membership free trial. I went into the app and put my scripts in, and I was projected to save $47 by using the prices that the app was showing. Well, it wasn't the case when I got to the pharmacy. Some of my scripts would have been more expensive if I had used the coupon, and another one, the coupon price was completely wrong. I'll give it another try for my husbands scripts, but if it doesn't give us any savings, I'll be canceling and deleting.
Apparently since the last update the app won't open. I went to the site and they've changed the entire layout to make it more cluttered, which makes it more difficult to find prices, and the prices that are shown are for gold, so it's misleading. It doesn't show the original price of the Rx, it only shows you a coupon. I only hope when the app works again it's the regular old layout and not that. Then I'd give it 5 stars.
the discounts are great, the customer service is totally non-existent! The first thing you are told when calling the help/sales line is that it is AI, so you know from the beginning that you won't get help. If you bother to stay on, you will never get your questions answered. You would think if they give you a phone number to call about upgrading, they would make sure it works well, not convince you giving them your credit card number would be a mistake
The program used to be great, but they wiped all our history for an 'upgrade' and now don't provide the services or explanatory they used to. And the app itself is lackluster and takes you to the web browser where you have to sign in AGAIN (infuriating) when you get to get an appointment with a health care professional. I wasted $19 bucks on an 'appointment' ' where they basically told me they couldn't help me, with no explanation! BS. Definitely unsubbed from goodrx gold. Quite disappointed.
It's good, just be careful opening notifications that tell you your points are expiring soon. I tapped one and it immediately redeemed my points for a goodrx coupon without giving me any options until after it had done so. Obviously, it was too late at that point. Customer support said they can't help. There's a difference between can't and won't. Oh, well. Lesson learned. Good app otherwise.

The search lists different coupon prices that would be awesome, but when I try to use the coupon, it always says error loading, and has for over 27 days of trying, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

My regular pharmacy was closed and the only one open with the script I needed didn't accept my insurance! Their in-house discount card brought the price down to $25 and change. I pulled up my GoodRx app, found the drug and bought it for $11.97. At less than half price, I'm happy! The app itself has always worked great for me. Very easy to navigate. It has lots of drug info worth reading.

Really great app, saved alot on prescriptions. Used to pay over 80 dollars till I heard about this app and was able to save 60 dollars. Wasn't too sure how it worked so when I went to the pharmacy, just showed my phone with the numbers up through their glass and they just input the information, and only downside was I had to come back in 30 minutes for it to take into effect, but after got the discount. 10/10 would recommend, I have the free version and it works great.
So easy to use this app! I just hope the prices are correct when I actually use the coupons at Costco....update: they are correct, accepted and saving me a lot of money! Update #2!! The prices for most prescriptions go down by HALF, often!! Publix is telling me $47.00, but after I show them the coupon, it will drop to less than $20.00. (Same thing happens every month.) I can't imagine why everyone doesn't use this app!!
Love the app and program! The app makes it easy to compare prices at various pharmacies without wasting a ton of time calling around to get "ballpark" pricing. The app also has coupons, which helps get the prescription for even cheaper than just the card alone. The nice part is that the prices are usually pretty spot on, so I know what to expect and how much I'll need. This card gets me my scripts for much cheaper than what I'd be paying with insurance, too, and saves me so much money!
Easy, free, done!! Why wouldn't you use it?! If only everything worked like this app -- it does exactly what it says it does. NO gimmick, no sales, no ads, no signing up. No verifying your email through your phone via 3rd passcode, making you change your password for more security, then calling you to verify that you verified, only then....the coupon or offer or WHATEVER it is doesn't work. It's about time an app just WORKS and is free and you can move on with the rest of your day. Thank You!!
This app will save you money, esp if you have a lot of medications to take. Reason for the 4 stars - it's not terribly clear about the rewards you can earn and cash out. I've lost a bunch of points bcuz I didn't realize they expired, tho I also didn't realize I was actually getting points bcuz they don't show up on the point counter. So probly partly my fault, but I also think it could be clearer. But besides that, I definitely recommend!

This is an invaluable free app that fairly displays the self-pay costs of my prescriptions. I was shocked, and so happy to be able to choose the lowest prices! When I did the price comparisons and realized I had been sending my scripts into the most expensive pharmacy, I switched immediately and had them filled at the cheapest one. Thank you so much!! 💓

Drug and Insurance Companies are out of control! Prescription Costs (even with insurance) are ridiculous This is an incredible App/Service! Does what it says. Simple, intuitive, easy to use. If you're skeptical (and you should be), Try It! Compare prices to see what you can save out of pocket. They offer a subscription service, But the basic product is great! and it's Free
