Perhaps the best music studio app for Android.. The app graphic interface is super slick and smooth. The app is setup to bring out quality in your tracks. There are limits just like any other studio app such as plugins. But this so far is the most accurate emulation of a DAW. One issue I am facing is when vocal recording. I would like to switch to my phone lyrics I've saved on my phone.. so I probably gonna have to use a separate for my lyrics. Also a mic options for phone mic or headphone mic.
Ever think of a dope melody while you're away from your PC and have had no way to listen back to it later? FL Mobile has you covered. A must have for any serious producers For first timers, I CANNOT RECOMMEND A BETTER STARTER DAW! Upon only a few hours of use, you can really tell that a LOT of effort went into the UI to optimize workflow. Lots of possibilities to explore, lots of accomodations made on mobile. I'm not a shill! I swear!!
This is awesome. It can get a little expensive if you buy enough audio packs in the store, but they're all optional – only the DAW is required to be purchased. Read if you use FL Studio on PC, you can share the project files between the 2, but if you use something else, you'd have to export the instruments as separate files & import the files into your other DAW instead. Plenty of tutorials on YouTube, so should be no problem. Overall, best DAW I tried on my phone... 👍🏻😍
Brilliant. I've been hooked on FL Mobile for a couple of years now. I have made full tracks in app, right down to the mastering stage. It's absolutely remarkable that I can make music anywhere, anytime. Everything you need is here, though having extensive experience using the desktop version does aid in extracting all it's features. If I had but one request, it would be to have the Fruity Peak Controller ported over. ^.^ I know I can use a compressor to side chain, but it's not the same. 🤘🎶
Hello there! I love this app, as it is a great music making app, and the new slide note addition is amazing. I was wondering if you could make the slide note addition work for slicer, as when i import my chromatics and try the slide notes in slicer, it simply does not work. If you could please fix this, that would be awesome! (sorry this is a short review)
So, a few months ago, I downloaded this app. I wasn’t familiarized with it in the first place, and I thought it was a waste of my money. Later and ongoing, I was familiarized and began to like using it, but still a waste of my storage, which I have to reinstall it over and over again. This app is great, maybe make it like the PC version! Good luck!
Fl studio M is great! But there’s a BIG problem If I use slicer twice(sometimes even once), it starts lagging bad, then for around 1-5 minutes, it freezes my iPad, entirely! Then it shuts off, and restarts my iPad, telling me to put my passcode in, please help Also, please give a real answer, thanks
There’s no U key and I was wondering if you could add it
Hey, I just wanna say I love using this app, and I feel it’s worth the money i spent on it, but I have a few things that I would want to make the app a lot better and more fun to use! Here’s a few “suggestions” (don’t wanna sound rude so it’s in quotes XD): • In-App SoundFont Player - for the purpose of having more playable sounds. I’ve wanted this for a very long time and I’ve just been waiting to see if you do it! :p •More Virtual Instruments/ VST capabilities - These would allow for an easier way to get more playable instruments, since I feel like it lacks the amount of instruments. •OGG Formatting for File Export - This would make it easier to export music for use in games and interactive content, and I feel it’s great to have, seeing as it is available in the PC variant of FL Studio as an exporting format. •More waveform editing tools/sound editing tools - As someone who’s fascinated with finding the right sounds, I feel as if this could be helpful for discovering better sounds and instruments. If this is possible to do, I would LOVE it! :D That’s it for now as far as what I’d wanna see in updates, lol! I hope you read this and take it to heart, because I love this app and only wanna have more fun using it! Have a great day, Image-Line! ❤️✨
I been using this app to make bangers for about 6 months+, and I absolutely love it, but the only real issue I have with it is the limiter. What I mean is that a song can sound really good, but when the limiter is added, it honestly sounds bad. Like one of the instruments has a compressor and some other instruments don’t mix right, so you have to basically readjust everything again even though it sounded PERFECT before the limiter was added. I suggest just removing the limiter and let the audio play out like it would when someone is developing it. Also, a song sounds quite different when in the FLM, and Rendered. If you have a solution to this, I’d really appreciate it if you please let me know. Thank you.
The app was working fine but then updated, and none of my files can be imported into the app. Even .flm files from the old version aren't working and say import failed. folders also can't be accessed, and just don't do anything when clicked on. I am extremely disappointed that everything I had is now gone. (Edit: I found out I can change the storage location of where files are stored, and this mainly fixed the issue. But I can't delete the other files, so there are duplicates on my phone.)
I should not have updated this app to the latest version... I can't even access the toggle slide option anymore, so I'd have to find another slide note I placed down and modify it so there could actually be a slide note there. Also, every time I place a note down, it's only slightly off beat to where I have to move the note back and forth to put it exactly in place. I still love this app though, it's just a little frustrating that I have to go through a little process to insert the desired notes
it was great until it happened. I was *trying* to make music, but I notice that all of the patterns were ever so slightly to the left (which annoyed me), then I noticed, if I zoom in too much and try to move an audio clip, it just darts my view to like 7 lines ahead for no reason. so bunch of stuff later, I'm uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but I open it and do the thing, and I ONLY HAD 15 SONGS THERE, (I had like over 100) and the worst thing is the problem wasn't even fixed.
I had actually purchased this app because my computer was down and I needed something to keep my skills sharp. Little did I know that it would quickly become my go to DAW for music creation. If I had any one major complaint it would be that when I try to drag the loop lines (as I have decided to call them) at the top of the screen, it forces my phone to display the menu that appears if you swipe down from the top of the screen which forces me to wait for a few seconds. Very annoying!
I really appreciate all of the updates but can we please make browsing files easier, faster and overall more efficient. Like allow me to hit a letter on the keyboard and it takes me to files starting with that letter. A mono button in the mixer would be a great addition as well, next to the solo and mute button or something.
When I create an effect track, add a limiter, and try to change the master or effect track volume on the drums or any other instrument track, then I click off of it. I would then go back to the track only to see that the volume changed to what it was originally. Could you fix this glitch, i un-installed the apl and lost my progress and projects. I fortunately still had my purchases, or else I would have been pissed off. Please fix this glitch. I cannot make music like this.
I've been using this app since 2019(remembered the release date wrong), and it's generally been fine up until recently. For some reason, half of my saved projects reset to either their first save ever or to a recent save that was around a week or so ago. Thankfully most were finished, but I'm not sure if it's a bug with the cloud saving or the app itself, and its frustrating to see so much of my work just wiped away overnight suddenly. Other minor glitches occur + it uses too much RAM
Please fix the audio tempo change thingy, or whatever you call it. I'm not exactly an expert in music, but I am learning. Anyway, you know the tempo change thingy? The thing where there's a dot that appears on the bottom right of an audio after tapping on it that you could drag to change the speed? Well, that needs to be fixed because every time I stretch it out, it speeds it up instead and starts at the very end. FL Studio, if you're reading this, please fix it. Thank you.
I've been using FL studio mobile for around 3-4 years now and it's amazing. However, the new update messes everything up. Whenever I add notes to a piano roll, it doesn't automatically quantize to the markings on the roll. Not only that, but the sample stretch feature is now broken. I can't even stretch samples to a BPM anymore without it glitching out. Lastly, now when I render any song, atleast one pattern will not play correctly for an unknown reason. Please fix this.
More focus needs to be put on importing custom sounds (downloaded from the web or imported from a SD / laptop). It needs to be made quicker & easier, instead of having to press so many buttons to import or use them. Also on newer phones i can't even get to or paste any files inside of the root folder (in the android system in any file manager) for the program ("My samples" & the like) folders. Defeats the purpose of being able to manually add sounds to the program. My only dissapointment!
Hi, I've been using the app for quite a while and usually it's excellent — but after installing the most recent update (August 21) I've noticed a bug when using the Voices group of sounds — namely, when I set a note duration to be a certain length, the sound when played is cut short. So E.g if I want a note played over an entire bar, it may only play for 3/4 bar. It's actually quite frustrating.
The mobile version should be something you guys really look at and treat as the gem it is. The fact that I can make a song at a moment's notice is worth having the app. All we need from the developers is more attention and care for the user's. Make the mobile version rival the PC. Make it fun and easier to pick up and play. We need more options in the preset's,more sound's,plug-in's. I want to feel like I'm able to make Taylor swift a hit song while shopping for groceries.
Still issues with Android 11 and 12 users, even with the latest update. My biggest gripe with this app is the lack of options when it comes to using my own samples. It's extremely tedious trying picking samples one by one and loading them into the My Samples folder. Why is this an issue? I used to be able to load in whatever I needed to, and access it via My Samples, sub folders and all. Please explain why this isn't fixable? It makes for a messy experience when trying to create with samples.
The app has a ton of cool bells and whistles (literally, for some samples) and the interface works well enough. However, the audio doesn't sound quite right; I think the audio processor isn't optimized correctly for some phones (I have an LG G6) and the sound is distorted with higher bit-rate samples. Having come from Garageband, I was expecting something of that caliber in terms of sound quality, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Good app otherwise.
The biggest issue (which is the only reason I decided to use it in the first place) is the extreme amount of clipping when recording audio in the track. I have FL on my laptop but it's Broken at the moment so I thought using mobile would be a good replacement, especially to record for now. When I tried on my phone, the clipping made my voice sounds like I was speaking in a digital fan. Granted I have an old phone so I got a new tablet but the problem remained there too. HOPEFULLY they fix it.
This has everything I need as a musician to make music on the go. Unfortunately, there's like 70ms of latency when I use an instrument, so this app is almost completely useless. Off the top I realized the UI was quite cumbersome but I can deal with that.. What I did not know until recently is that I can't reliably record live sounds. I would have asked for a refund months ago. If you aren't a musician who plays an actual instrument, this app might* be for you.
Edit: This was a great app, and I have never posted a negative review. But this new update has taken all my tracks. I can't load samples they used a new system for importing and exporting that makes no sense. It was simple and easy before my only suggestion was more plug ins which I would have paid for. Now that Image line decided to fix something that isn't broken I am not sure this will work for me. Bring back the old file importing and exporting.
I've used this on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus 5G variant as well as my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus. However, after this update, I'm unable to see my custom drum kits or audio files. This is a MAJOR issue as I can't continue making music with a program that after any update can lose my files and audio files that I have gigs of. It's literally a piece of my life's work. To spend so much time being inspired, creating, and meticulous, just to have it all ripped away from you sucks beyond words.
I literally can't even open project files anymore, and I don't even know what happened at all. This app just somehow keeps getting unusable. All I want to do is make music, not lose my patience with how many times the app crashes, just trying to access my project files. Hell, nothing syncs. I literally lost all of my files because nothing synced at all, and when I tried to find a sync, all I got was just an older sync. I am genuinely begging you. Fix this.
stop ruining the app. one month, itll work great, then you try to add a feature that NOBODY AT ALL ASKED FOR, and somehow, it makes the entire app stop working properly. bitrate skips, modules not working properly, if you add a note to any instrument while the song is playing, it makes the entire song glitch and go out of sync, all because you wanted to add a little feature that nobody asked for. ive been using your app for 8 years, and the last year and a half have literally made me hate it
I had previously given a 5 star review, but now the interface is clunky and buggy. Sometimes when I put notes, they get placed slightly out of the grid for no reason even though I have the snap magnet on; and it overall just feels weird to navigate the playlist UI for some reason, it feels like my touch is messed up and faulty. Please fix this, none of this was happening before that update. Also I insist on my previous suggestion of letting the user change time signatures and tempo midsong.
