Beware! This app advertises so much misleading expectations. It will teach you and about trading, yes. But super Cartoonist like, as if it were designed for children. The sign up promo at no point states it is a subscription. But once you get some annoyed with the "teaching methods" you stop using it, BAM they hit you with a full price subscription charge! 100% scam like situation. Best of luck.
I went through about the first week of the app and didn't learn anything. Might have learned something if I had diligently gone to it every day. Might be good for a very beginner investor. I canceled my subscription withing a few days and saw the cancelation screen. Even after the typical offers of "please don't go, here's what we were just charging $80 for $30" types of things. But, sure enough, I was just charged $80 after not opening the app for more than 40 days. Scam.
Unlike other subscription models, Finelo doesn't feel it's appropriate to notify a subscriber in advance that your card will be charged. Regardless of their fine print terms, reputation matters! Seeing an unexpected $79.99 charge for an app you never used or set up is irritating to say the least. After multiple refusals to reverse the charge, it was finally reversed after I quoted their customer service statement listed on PayPal which offers prompt refund. BUYER BEWARE.
the ads are lies. this app does not trade for you. you can't put in 20 bucks and forget it. if you go back two months later like I did, you've already invested another 80 bucks totaling 100 and you have no money in an account. that's what they charge you for your "subscription" know what you're buying, it's all false advertising.
A Pay-to-See-It Trap – Not AI Trading-- Do not waste your money. This is NOT an AI trading bot or platform; it’s just a basic learning app. They force you to subscribe before you can even see the interface, and once they have your money, they refuse to refund—even if you cancel within minutes. Their ads are very deceptive about what the product actually does. Total waste of time and money.
