It is easy to record. Ready to record when you open the app. Push record, delete with an "x" or save by clicking the check mark. I have found; is not obvious what each symboled option will do until you click on it; so if you are like me, you might need to explore the app to find out where the options are. Easy Voice Recorder saves recordings well, they are easy to access and play , with renaming the recording as an option. Good for meetings, music, and dictation.
The app is pretty solid for the most part but recently has cutoff recording after an extended period of time (the app should and did previously) allow the recording to continue until "I" stopped recording. That needs to be corrected. There have been many times when I was trying to record for between 4-8 hours and after going to play it back discovered the recorder stopped after an hour. This is disappointing.
Ive had this app for several years. I play guitar and use it to capture riffs and music ideas. I had a lot of stuff recorded. I just open the app to record something and everything that was on it for years is suddenly gone. I did nothing to delete any of the recordings. Just one day everything is gone. Thanks garbage trash app. Un(F'n)believable!
Got the premium version for Bluetooth, unreliable garbage. Constantly switches between on board mic and Bluetooth mic. Impossible to get consistent behavior. Have to tap the phone mic each time to check if it's switched over incorrectly. I've read all the docs and settings. Completely unsable for anything significant. Has gotten worse as time has gone on.
The recorder works well as far as I know. I switched from another recording app which I had trouble navigating. I didn't want fancy. I wanted easy. I know this app can do more than I am using it for but as long as it records and plays easily, I am happy. Also, it lets you easily rename the recordings. And, the company quickly responded to a question I had about the upgrade price. (It's a one time fee. Not monthly.) Yea! =)
