It's literally just a webview app. You might as well just navigate to their site as there's no actual benefits to downloading this app. On the off chance someone from CDKeys actually reads this, why does the wishlist page only display 10 items at a time? Surely customers are more likely to purchase items off their wishlist when they don't have to go through multiple pages just to see prices. Maybe review this; as it would help us view more games on offer, and help your profits.
white screen on changing tab never was a thing when it first came out. it's necessary cos most people compare prices and check for dlcs and stuff please fix this. even when signing in you need to tab out to do 2 step or verifying and it just goes blank white/purple fix it ffs. it's been like this for months now
A great app apart from two things that I wish it wouldn't do and that could be added as a feature. 1. App Needs Work ASAP. CDKeys themselves are cool, but using the app is a chore. It has too many bugs and will blank out if you navigate away from it and you just to restart the app. Haven't tried to purchase anything yet, but I think I'd prefer the website until the app gets fixed.
The concept of this company is great. I used to love using them. But their customer service is complete trash... They screwed something up in their system and refunded me for a code I was still trying to use. Now the cost of the same code is $2 more and they expect me to just pay that new cost to get back the code they took from me. Are you kidding me? When a company makes a mistake, you don't make your customer pay for it's resolution. Way to lose me as a customer over $2. Unbelievable...
One of the worst game buying experiences ever. Paid a month in advance and I received the game 8hrs later than the rest of the world. Email support was just as slow when they eventually responded and the best they could do is tell me to be patient. The plus side, whoever responds to the ratings in here was fast. Didn't resolve any issues but fast atleast. Moral of the story: Just buy the game direct.
Love CDKeys but can't buy through the app anymore. I get to the checkout, select PayPal and that's where it ends. The site is as good as it gets. If I leave the app and come back, the screen goes blank and I have to force quit the app. I also get the issue where an order won't go through on one of my accounts, claiming I have have a VPN (I don't), so I created another account which works fine. I rarely buy anything so it's not that I'm buying loads of keys like the reply to another review suggests.

Was all legit, until it wasn't. Bought a Xbox Game pass code a while ago. Went to redeem it and Microsoft tells me I can't redeem it on this device. I know for a fact I bought the right one for my console. Not to mention that I have been buying these Game Pass codes previously. This one would not work. I reached out and their team told me there's no reason why it should not work. The End. I tried three times. Today I tried it again. Now it says it's been used. Never again. Frauds in my book.
First off, CDKeys gets 5 stars. It's truly a great service and you always come away with a deal. However, I gave 1 star because the mobile app is poorly optimized for Android. It's slow and buggy. It wouldn't even let me pay with my credit card on the app, only the PayPal and crypto options worked. Other than that this is a must have for gamers.
Been a customer for over a year. Everything was going great, but in the last couple of months I can't place any orders. It keeps saying something like "Sorry, there's been an error processing your order. Please try disabling any ad blockers or VPN connections, or use alternative payment method, and try again". I tried disabling everything and tried placing orders through PC and their Android app, tried paying with 2 different methods, but nothing has fixed it. Their support was useless.
CDKeys offers competitive prices on digital products and delivers codes quickly. It has a wide selection of games and software. However, there may be regional restrictions on some codes, and customer service reviews are mixed. Hoped for better but got worse. Original app had a few bugs that needed ironing out so when I saw it had been updated I was very excited. Imagine my horror when I realise they've overhauled the entire app for the worse and they didn't fix the bugs. Not only is it very difficult to use now, it's more of a buggy mess and it's ugly. Guess I'll just get my games from Steam from now on
Same as others, if you leave the app to go to another window, which is often necessary, the app goes to a blank purple screen. Has been like this for ages. It just happened to me whilst making a payment. Luckily still went through but it's a really poor app for this reason as it becomes useless just when switching tabs out of the app

I can't use paypal and I don't use crypto. items they sell I have no problem with they all work as expected however it's gotten to the point that I thought "give it a little time maybe they'll fix it" 3 months have gone by and it's the same issue over and over again. please fix this

You can't go to another tab, or the app freezes, making you force close. I never got a confirmation email when making my account or any emails after I paid $20 for a key. You can't view what you buy any other way besides email. It's been 2 days now, and support won't send me my emails or give me my refund. Just light your money on fire instead if you want to lose money without the hassle of emailing support for nothing to happen.

But they need to update and fix the PayPal (Pay Later), and other pay later options it won't let me use it to pay for purchases at checkout cart, and instant payment in my CDKeys account. Also they need to bring back to stock membership plans cards for Nintendo Switch, Steam, Amazon Luna, Xbox, PlayStationton, Netflix, etc... to be able purchase yearly and monthly plans. Because they keep not available.
Best prices for subscriptions! And if you end up getting a bad code their customer support is really good. I just had a bad code, after purchasing an ultimate game pass subscription it said it was already used. Opened a ticket with customer support, told them what happened and the next day I had a replacement code that worked! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if your trying to save some money.

I use this service ALOT as I'm an xbox player and EVERYTIME I use the mobile app and select card pay nothing happens, I can't input my info and nothing pops up. It keeps saying something like "Sorry, there's been an error processing your order. Please try disabling any ad blockers or VPN connections, or use alternative payment method, and try again". I tried disabling everything and tried placing orders through PC and their Android app, tried paying with 2 different methods, but nothing has fixed it. Their support was useless.

Imagine my horror when I realise they've overhauled the entire app for the worse and they didn't fix the bugs. Not only is it very difficult to use now, it's more of a buggy mess and it's ugly. Guess I'll just get my games from Steam from now on

You can't view what you buy any other way besides email. It's been 2 days now, and support won't send me my emails or give me my refund. Just light your money on fire instead if you want to lose money without the hassle of emailing support for nothing to happen.

Everytime I want to buy any DLC/games, I check CDKeys out first before going anywhere else because most of the time it's cheaper than anywhere else. Always a trust worthy site. I've had one instance where my code didn't work and sent an email to the CDKeys support team and resolved my issue in a timely manner and gave me a replacement key. Glad they finally made a mobile app! 10/10 Would recommend to a friend.
Best prices for subscriptions! And if you end up getting a bad code their customer support is really good. I just had a bad code, after purchasing an ultimate game pass subscription it said it was already used. Opened a ticket with customer support, told them what happened and the next day I had a replacement code that worked! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if your trying to save some money.

It's literally just a webview app. You might as well just navigate to their site as there's no actual benefits to downloading this app. On the off chance someone from CDKeys actually reads this, why does the wishlist page only display 10 items at a time? Surely customers are more likely to purchase items off their wishlist when they don't have to go through multiple pages just to see prices. Maybe review this; as it would help us view more games on offer, and help your profits.
I use this service ALOT as I'm an xbox player and EVERYTIME I use the mobile app and select card pay nothing happens, I can't input my info and nothing pops up. I can't use paypal and I don't use crypto. items they sell I have no problem with they all work as expected however it's gotten to the point that I thought "give it a little time maybe they'll fix it" 3 months have gone by and it's the same issue over and over again. please fix this
App Needs Work ASAP. CDKeys themselves are cool, but using the app is a chore. It has too many bugs and will blank out if you navigate away from it and you just to restart the app. Haven't tried to purchase anything yet, but I think I'd prefer the website until the app gets fixed.

white screen on changing tab never was a thing when it first came out. it's necessary cos most people compare prices and check for dlcs and stuff please fix this. even when signing in you need to tab out to do 2 step or verifying and it just goes blank white/purple fix it ffs. it's been like this for months now
The concept of this company is great. I used to love using them. But their customer service is complete trash... They screwed something up in their system and refunded me for a code I was still trying to use. Now the cost of the same code is $2 more and they expect me to just pay that new cost to get back the code they took from me. Are you kidding me? When a company makes a mistake, you don't make your customer pay for it's resolution. Way to lose me as a customer over $2. Unbelievable...
One of the worst game buying experiences ever. Paid a month in advance and I received the game 8hrs later than the rest of the world. Email support was just as slow when they eventually responded and the best they could do is tell me to be patient. The plus side, whoever responds to the ratings in here was fast. Didn't resolve any issues but fast atleast. Moral of the story: Just buy the game direct.
If I leave the app and come back, the screen goes blank and I have to force quit the app. I also get the issue where an order won't go through on one of my accounts, claiming I have have a VPN (I don't), so I created another account which works fine. I rarely buy anything so it's not that I'm buying loads of keys like the reply to another review suggests.
Was all legit, until it wasn't. Bought a Xbox Game pass code a while ago. Went to redeem it and Microsoft tells me I can't redeem it on this device. I know for a fact I bought the right one for my console. Not to mention that I have been buying these Game Pass codes previously. This one would not work. I reached out and their team told me there's no reason why it should not work. The End. I tried three times. Today I tried it again. Now it says it's been used. Never again. Frauds in my book.

It keeps saying something like "Sorry, there's been an error processing your order. Please try disabling any ad blockers or VPN connections, or use alternative payment method, and try again". I tried disabling everything and tried placing orders through PC and their Android app, tried paying with 2 different methods, but nothing has fixed it. Their support was useless.
Hoped for better but got worse. Original app had a few bugs that needed ironing out so when I saw it had been updated I was very excited. Imagine my horror when I realise they've overhauled the entire app for the worse and they didn't fix the bugs. Not only is it very difficult to use now, it's more of a buggy mess and it's ugly. Guess I'll just get my games from Steam from now on

It just happened to me whilst making a payment. Luckily still went through but it's a really poor app for this reason as it becomes useless just when switching tabs out of the app
You can't go to another tab, or the app freezes, making you force close. I never got a confirmation email when making my account or any emails after I paid $20 for a key. You can't view what you buy any other way besides email. It's been 2 days now, and support won't send me my emails or give me my refund. Just light your money on fire instead if you want to lose money without the hassle of emailing support for nothing to happen.
CDkeys app needs fixing and improvements with UI display and items. But they need to update and fix the PayPal (Pay Later), and other pay later options it won't let me use it to pay for purchases at checkout cart, and instant payment in my CDKeys account. Also they need to bring back to stock membership plans cards for Nintendo Switch, Steam, Amazon Luna, Xbox, PlayStationton, Netflix, etc... to be able purchase yearly and monthly plans. Because they keep not available.
First off, CDKeys gets 5 stars. It's truly a great service and you always come away with a deal. However, I gave 1 star because the mobile app is poorly optimized for Android. It's slow and buggy. It wouldn't even let me pay with my credit card on the app, only the PayPal and crypto options worked. Other than that this is a must have for gamers.

A great app apart from two things that I wish it wouldn't do and that could be added as a feature. 1. Once I've been in the app and then goto another app and then back again the CDKEYS app only displays a purple screen. So the only option is to close down the app and reopen it again. 2.
