I hate having to reenter my information over and over again during one trip. Signing in more than one time is more than enough to frustrate someone without children. This inconvenience has troubled me a handful of times. At times, the items are not labeled properly or in the wrong space. This app has been difficult from the start.... and NOW I'm not even able to log in. I received two text messages back to back with the same authentication code, and the app won't accept the code
This was a fantastic app to use until recently. Today, when I tried to log in, it gave this error message: "Sorry but the state program assigned to the card number ent...." It won't show me the full error message so I can't tell what the issue is. I've tried several times. Even changed my password and reinstalled the app. Nothing worked. I can't log in at all. It would be nice to know what the issue is so I can try to find a solution.
What a terrible update. they added the two steps authentication and you have to enter that code half a dozen times in each shopping trip in addition to that we wanted to change the phone number and couldn't. I called the number in the back and no one answered and no option to change the phone number over the phone, through the app or online... A nightmare!
The most recent update for extra authentication that everyone is complaining about? Yeah me too. My wife and I share shopping responsibilities, but the account is linked to her number. The fact that she has to forward me the code multiple times in one shopping trip makes this borderline unusable. This isn't a user-friendly solution at all. Update: now it won't even let me into the app at all with the texted code. Please fix this.
Liked it until they started having a two step sign in. Why the extra step? The app in and of itself is worthless to anyone except someone looking to see their benefit balance. It seems a lot of the users agree with this. I can't even log in anymore on the app. "Unknown error" keeps popping up. So frustrating.
I love the convenience of this app. I can log in & see what I bought & what I have left to buy for the month. BUT recently I have to get a verification code texted to my phone for EVERYTIME I log in & EVERYTIME my phone goes to sleep! That's pretty annoying! Having to get a verification code several times during my shopping trips is aggravating & can slow me down. That REALLY needs to be fixed!! That's my only issue with this app.
Since the last updates I have been unable to log in at all. I've reset my password and nothing. I try to register/sign up thinking maybe a glitch and it said card already registered. So I try forgot username because maybe its that, when I type in my card number it says card is not registered. So is it or is it not?!??! Very disappointed because I was not aware of how much formula I had left on WIC today so I tried checking and could not so I had to pay out of pocket for it.
Wonderful app if I could sign in. And zero customer service. You can't call anyone to help you fix the problem. This has been a continuing issue, even with troubleshooting to uninstall and re-download the app. And this issue has been going on for months now, maybe even a year. The card itself, no problems. I just hope they can fix this issue soon, as I'm not the only one who has also voiced this concern.
The app times out way too quickly and then I have wait for the text message with the verification code. It used to work great but for the last few months it has just been guess what u have and guess if your benefits have been added because it won't let you log in. We get a unknown error msg alot. I highly do not recommend this app. Talk to your wic office and all you get told is it's a app issue we can't do anything about it. If you can't get a working app then don't have it.

most of the stores I shop at don't have a little tag on them to tell me if the product is accepted. but I can't scan the barcode if can't log into the app. been this way for about a month now. can't reset my password in the website either. also, this sending a passcode to verify every time I open the app is ridiculous! heaven forbid someone try to see how little benefits I have left on a card.

I had to get my number changed, and now this app is useless to me. After the recent update, it's become more difficult to handle grocery trips with my two kids, as I'm constantly having to log back in to the app and wait for the code, I've had products that were covered for the past couple years suddenly showing up as no longer covered, and now I literally can't even log in. I've tried for a few days now, deleted the cache, restarted my phone, reset my password and NOTHING is working, so I can't even check what I have available
It was a great app, but now it won't even me log in it keeps saying error. I even changed my password, thinking maybe that was the problem, but it wasn't. Then I went ahead and deleted the app, re-downloaded, and tried to log in again. It's still the same thing. I gave it some time it's been at least 1 month and it still won't work. This is ridiculous having to call just to know me benefits.
This was a fantastic app to use until recently. Today, when I tried to log in, it gave this error message: "Sorry but the state program assigned to the card number ent...." It won't show me the full error message so I can't tell what the issue is. I've tried several times. Even changed my password and reinstalled the app. Nothing worked. I can't log in at all. It would be nice to know what the issue is so I can try to find a solution.
I love the convenience of this app. I can log in & see what I bought & what I have left to buy for the month. BUT recently I have to get a verification code texted to my phone for EVERYTIME I log in & EVERYTIME my phone goes to sleep! That's pretty annoying! Having to get a verification code several times during my shopping trips is aggravating & can slow me down. That REALLY needs to be fixed!! That's my only issue with this app.
While the app is great for checking benefits and scanning for items to see if their available with your benefits, the problem is that the app won't show any store locations, as well a log out issues. This has been a continuing issue, even with troubleshooting to uninstall and re-download the app. And this issue has been going on for months now, maybe even a year. The card itself, no problems. I just hope they can fix this issue soon, as I'm not the only one who has also voiced this concern.
It worked great, until you had to get a text or call for a code every time you log in. That's not the biggest problem... You can NOT change your phone number EVER after it's been set. I had to get my number changed, and now this app is useless to me. I can't access any of my information because I can't change my phone number, so I can't get the code to get into the app. Getting the code is annoying, but so long as you never change your number, the app works great.
What a terrible update. they added the two steps authentication and you have to enter that code half a dozen times in each shopping trip in addition to that we wanted to change the phone number and couldn't. I called the number in the back and no one answered and no option to change the phone number over the phone, through the app or online... A nightmare!
The most recent update for extra authentication that everyone is complaining about? Yeah me too. My wife and I share shopping responsibilities, but the account is linked to her number. The fact that she has to forward me the code multiple times in one shopping trip makes this borderline unusable. This isn't a user-friendly solution at all. Update: now it won't even let me into the app at all with the texted code. Please fix this.
Liked it until they started having a two step sign in. Why the extra step? The app in and of itself is worthless to anyone except someone looking to see their benefit balance. It seems a lot of the users agree with this. I can't even log in anymore on the app. "Unknown error" keeps popping up. So frustrating.
Since the last updates I have been unable to log in at all. I've reset my password and nothing. I try to register/sign up thinking maybe a glitch and it said card already registered. So I try forgot username because maybe its that, when I type in my card number it says card is not registered. So is it or is it not?!??! Very disappointed because I was not aware of how much formula I had left on WIC today so I tried checking and could not so I had to pay out of pocket for it.
Wonderful app if I could sign in. And zero customer service. You can't call anyone to help you fix the problem. Card number isn't registered but my email is and doesn't matter how many times I try to fix it and uninstall it. I don't want to create a new Gmail just to sign into this app. If we could just have the WIC scanner I would be happy. I can call the number with benefit details. I just want the scanner that's it.

I hate having to reenter my information over and over again during one trip. Signing in more than one time is more than enough to frustrate someone without children. This inconvenience has troubled me a handful of times. At times, the items are not labeled properly or in the wrong space. This app has been difficult from the start.... and NOW I'm not even able to log in. I received two text messages back to back with the same authentication code, and the app won't accept the code
This app was awesome until the recent update when they also updated foods/drinks/etc that will continue to be covered. Every time I log in now, it has to text me a code to confirm it's me. I've had to do this so many times in just 1 store. To top it off, it doesn't show me a list of example products that are covered anymore when selecting a specific item on your benefits. Stuff that I was scanning before, that was covered, is not scanning as covered but I have nothing to go off of for what is.
I have loved using it. It has made wic shopping 100 times easier. However, lately after I put in my password, it requires a conformation number sent via text. It made it far less friendly. What is the point in having passwords if I need a confirmation number each login? Edit; I haven't been able to log in for a month now. I keep getting unknown error messages every time I try. I used to love this app but lately it just hasn't worked at all. Very disappointing.
most of the stores I shop at don't have a little tag on them to tell me if the product is accepted. but I can't scan the barcode if can't log into the app. been this way for about a month now. can't reset my password in the website either. also, this sending a passcode to verify every time I open the app is ridiculous! heaven forbid someone try to see how little benefits I have left on a card.

I have to update my review. This app is frustrating. After entering my number a response comes up that an unknown error has occurred. That prevents me from logging in. Then when I choose to get notifications I cannot do that. Whoever updated this app should have left well enough alone. When I go shopping I would love to see and scan what I can and cannot get. Forget calling customer service I do not get a real person to help me.

This app is horrible! The app never works. I try to log in and can't past the email and password page. It used to work great but for the last few months it has just been guess what u have and guess if your benefits have been added because it won't let you log in. We get a unknown error msg alot. I highly do not recommend this app. Talk to your wic office and all you get told is it's a app issue we can't do anything about it. If you can't get a working app then don't have it.
