scam don't subscribe all the live channels not working. very bad ui design.
The app is horrible. It lost casting functionality and no one replies to emails. I called by phone and they asked to uninstall updates on smart tv which worked couple of times then suddenly stopped working. They can't get it to work properly. It only casts news Channel. On the phone the streaming keeps crashing in every match at least twice and if there is a big match it may not even work as they have horrible servers and I end up watching the French channel or English one instead. Waste of $$$.
So many issues with this app. The casting issues.. The app crashes when there is a big game or there are technical issues. The worst part is the lack of support. It's really incredible how a company that has the rights to most football leagues in Europe as well as the IPL can't provide a human for customer support. No email address. Nothing. Honestly if there was another legal way to watch the game I would have gotten rid of this app.
When you pay for subscription, you think you will get a good experience and customer support. I have tried to use chromcast from my mobile to TV or laptop to TV and it is not working. Before it was working fine and all other apps like YouTube and Facebook are working fine with Chromecast. I'm having this issue for a month now and no way to get support from bein team. They expect us to pay for a bad service. Really considering finding another way to watch football.
This service is very messy. A lot of technical difficulties whenever you try to stream and in addition to this they have issues with licensing for most of the games which they never inform you about when you pay for the subscription. Worst if all is that they don't provide any kind of support where you can reach out to anyone for technical difficulties. Absolutely not recommended.
The app has a lot of issues wrong with it. 1. When I try to watch something I keep getting an error message and it asks me to code the app and come back in and still get the same error l. 2. When I try watching it in another device, it says I'm logged into too many devices and when I try to remove one of the devices, it won't let me and so I have to access. 3. It just leads forever when I open the app and doesn't go into the app
Very bad experience!!!! The app keeps crashing and the games do not load all the time, even when it works after some time it just stops loading. And the cherry on top of he cake now is that they stopped allowing people to cast the games on their Google Chrome or tvs. It's not your business where I want to watch!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!
I expected quality from bein sport.. but this is a joke!! It doesn't connect during the big games.. and after 2 months the smart view option is blocked by an error and the tv cast option not working !! When you call the technical support they dont give u an help and act clueless ... you tell them something and they go around your problem and say its my network problem ! What a low class service! Disappointment.
Incredibly unfriendly app. Lack of choice in the region gives Bein the right to give zero importance to customer feedbacks. 1. So many times you can't cast from your devices to your TV coz you keep getting technical errors. Very random. 2. When casting you can't choose language and have to listen to Arabic Commentary. 3. Limited availability on different platforms, which again limits how to use the app!! Wish had more space I could go on what's wrong with the app, frustrated!!
It was alright for a few weeks but now I can't chromecast any content to my TV. That used to work really well. The app keeps telling me that channels I'm watching aren't part of my package even though they are (I'm watching one right now). I'll be ending my subscription as soon as the football season is over. It's a great idea but it's so poorly put together.
Pathetic customer service. First they stopped support on smart TVs. Their PC/iOS apps is full of bugs. Error code right in the middle of streaming. And absolutely no way to reach their customer service or technical team. Update: 07/08/21 Application is still horrible, automatic throttling of video quality despite the fastest of Internet speeds,app keeps crashing on iOs and android, PC. It's not surprising that people stick to free streaming. This is not worth paying for.
Useless. Save your money. They will charge you money then they sign you out, and if you manage to login again a message with "Technical errors and try again in a few minutes" will hit you in the face so many times until you realise that the match has almost ended. And pathetically, this happens during Champions league final. Give me my money back.
Worst steaming service, paid for a one month subscription and most of the times i get an error when loading any channel it rarely works when i does it stops after a couple of minutes and shows an error again. I have talked to their customer service through email and phone but they always say the problem is from my side. Save your money and don't subscribe to something useless
As with many other reviews here, it worked perfectly fine until a month ago and then I could no longer Chromecast to my TV. Now the app won't even load a channel!! Absolutely rubbish!! Stop paying Keys and Gray, they are useless (there is a reason why Sky Sports got rid of them all those years ago!), and start investing in a proper functioning app!!
Terrible, Terrible app, it's so bad that it makes other streaming services seem premium and smooth. You're lucky if you get to watch 2 or 3 games fully. There are always glitches, always unexpected errors, always problems with casting to TV. and no, it's not from my devices or WiFi. On top of that, you have the worst call center by far! They know about my issue for at least 4 years now, and all they do is create tickets and not follow up. Don't bother, they won't fix anything.
Simply application keeps crashing, I was never able to watch for 10 minutes straight. It works briefly once every 20 attempts, so if there is a quarter star then I would have used it to rate it!! The worst part that it is a subscription based app, not free. I don't understand how it is okay to not provide paying customers with purchased service!
Delay time is making this app the worst especially when casting on smart tv. TOD is way way better. too many bugs and force closing.. kindly fix it
Probably one of the worst applications on the play store for watching, I'm a long time bein user and I have a bein connect account but I can't use it. When im not home I'm using other resources online unfortunately
