the app doesn't work. nothing happens when I take photo

I have a very simple art inspiration in gif that I want to pop out in AR, I have to show it to my professor in art school but deadline is already approaching and Im still stuck struggling with Unity and Vuforia! This beautiful app just did exact thing i wanted with ease. Cheers to the developers!

I scanned one of my photocard then it shows a video with audio but it's glitching and saying i don't have a stable connection, second time around it didn't show anything on my photocard, keep saying that i must aline the artwork on the frame when it's already aligned, I'll change my review once it shows something when i scan my pc.

Hi Guys, thank you so much for the app. You can call me Ena, I like the app because I can scan my boys' photo, album and so on. And there is question, why we can scan and see the activitie? Is it because of you app or because of there is something in the photo, album..so on. Sorry because I am not good about tenology or IT so I just wanna make my mind clear :) thank you very much

Very unimpressed with this app, I saw this app on Instagram and it looked amazing but after downloading I was proved wrong. This app is hard to use and is very buggy. I didn't have a single good result while using this app and I've work in graphic design for 17 years so I'm not a novice. The few emails I sent to ask for help were either ignored or replied very bluntly and honestly it was rude. I'm shocked that they expect people to pay £13 a month for a shoddy service and bad customer support

Great and fun app. It is user friendly but still buggy not gonna lie. Sometimes the audio plays but video won't appear, Sometimes you still have to restart the app to function, Sometimes it takes way too long to load. Hopefully there will be progress on this. Thanks for the hardwork dev team!

I love this app. it's incredible and ha inspired me to create some art.

Misleading app, It says you don't need experience, You literally need to be able to animate and need other programs such as After Effects and Photoshop to make a stop motion of your artwork, Good idea in theory but difficult to put into practice, You really need to explain how it all works better, The description mentions none of the above nor does it tell you to create an account on the website to be able to use the app if your creating art.

Artivive is the best app I have found for creating and editing AR (Augmented Reality) art pieces, and importantly, it is reliable so your AR exhibits go off without a hitch. Very easy to use interface, ability to include 3D scenes and animation, plus audio. Lots of nice features like dupe layers, resize, rotate and move, and it's easy to align AR elements with the triggering artwork.

A new experience. It's interesting and I thank the Innovator. it's wonderful to see the art transform and tell a story

Since I reinstalled the application, I notice that it no longer works well, as the previous version worked. When it scans an image for the first time, the video takes too long to play. Playing a video with sound is difficult. The video starts abruptly. I can say that the video is played jerkily. Please make the app work and play uninterrupted videos.

It's impossible to use this app, there are only two buttons, a flash light and an "Art Feed" one which just shows some other artist's work. There's no make your own design option (not visible at least) and I can't even scan pre-existing QR codes because there's no capture button or access to gallery. It feels like it was developed yesterday but judging by others' reviews there are supposed to be a lot more features

I open the app. And try to take a pic of my painting with the app and it won't ever capture the image. Idk what I'm doing wrong but it's been about 10 mins of trying and still no dice. Maybe someone with experience could possibly show me the ropes. And maybe a tutorial might be effective if the developers do an update.(that's with a smile , not being a dick at all just so you guys know.)🤓👾✂️

It's a wonderful idea, but it's so slow! Not even a bit of slowness, just nearly frozen, advance a couple of seconds in a minute slow. It is completely useless. I have an augmented reality t shirt that I love that I don't use because it doesn't work, and I had an AR project that I shelved because it was too slow

The idea is futuristic, with a platform that has huge potential for artists and art enthusiasts. However, the pricing is extremely high, especially for individual artists who want to explore the platform on a smaller scale. As an artist, I can’t convince myself, investing in an app with such a high monthly fee, and still with view limitations, especially when it requires people to download their app to view the AR. It seems unlikely to happen—people would much rather scan an effortless QR code.

I just purchased the Combatron Galactic Ending and I can't view the AR pages because of the "Views Limit Reached" error while phone camera is focused on pages.

The AR experience happens only on the screen where the qr code was reed. You can't "move" or see it on other planes or areas outside of the initial screen.

I was really excited about this app and tried scanning the bts mots: 7 signature card, it didn't work. Adjusted the frame, nothing. Checked lighting, nothing. Reinstalled the app, also nothing. I tried the yoongi proof photocard just in case, also nothing. Please fix this or tell me what i am doing wrong, but it seems like others have this problem as well. It's a really great app when it works, but as long as it doesn't, i can't rate it better

This app used to be great but now it's gone down hill big time. Many features don't work such as the fade in and the colour picker tool. The animations would jitter and jump around when I tried to capture them. The app is horrible and I'd often end up using the web version. £13 is way too expensive for this many flaws. Also I wasn't impressed with the support and customer service and they have sent me so many emails since signing up!!
