This app used to be great but now it's gone down hill big time. Many features don't work such as the fade in and the colour picker tool. The animations would jitter and jump around when I tried to capture them. The app is horrible and I'd often end up using the web version. £13 is way too expensive for this many flaws. Also I wasn't impressed with the support and customer service and they have sent me so many emails since signing up!!
I was really excited about this app and tried scanning the bts mots: 7 signature card, it didn't work. Adjusted the frame, nothing. Checked lighting, nothing. Reinstalled the app, also nothing. I tried the yoongi proof photocard just in case, also nothing. Please fix this or tell me what i am doing wrong, but it seems like others have this problem as well. It's a really great app when it works, but as long as it doesn't, i can't rate it better
told me that it couldn't capture my pcs and then when it managed to scan a unit pc it just said view limit reached fir the account. uhm no? I haven't even gotten to use it yet! very disappointing
The idea is futuristic, with a platform that has huge potential for artists and art enthusiasts. However, the pricing is extremely high, especially for individual artists who want to explore the platform on a smaller scale. As an artist, I can’t convince myself, investing in an app with such a high monthly fee, and still with view limitations, especially when it requires people to download their app to view the AR. It seems unlikely to happen—people would much rather scan an effortless QR code.
