I hate it when my app crashes after I put 2 videos/overlays, I have to do this so I can make edits. It's really annoying and it always happens doesn't matter if my Wi-Fi is great or bad! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR APP. It won't even let me make even a simple edit. it keeps crashing. It's nothing to do with my phone or Internet/WiFi it's the app!!
this app is amazing, I recently moved from capcut to alight motion and let me tell you, it's way easier to use once you get the hang of it. it might seem very hard to use at first look but looking for tutorials on how to use Alight motion makes it way easier. the animations are smooth, alot of things are surprisingly free to use, which is awsome in my opinion! I definitely recommend!!!
yikes. i've been wanting to learn how to tween animations for a while, so i installed this app. it wasn't too hard to figure out, but i had to go through 6 30+ second long ads just to create a 3 second gif, and that was without using any "premium" features, of which there are a lot. i cannot imagine using this for any large project, simply because of the egregious amount of ads and annoying subscription model. i might buy an app, but never buy a subscription.
oh my God. okay, so I've used this app before, and it worked great, only a tiny bit of lag, but now it's soo bad. I have to watch an ad when I open the app, another ad if I wanna use certain graphs, another ad when adding certain effects, and another ad when exporting. and that wouldn't be that much of a problem IF. the app wouldn't crash and have me re open the stupid app over and over, watching ads over and over. I can't do anything without it freezing! it used to be fine, I don't know.

I've done everything I can think of, including trying to start over, and it still doesn't download. 2, The quality of downloads(when they work) are amazing, but viewing it in the editing software is not. I can't watch more than 3 frames without my animation stopping.
every time I try to fix my animation on a group(idk what's called) that has my character on it, it crashed and when I go back that said character that was already animated , it was gone! it really pisses me off alot when all of my HARDWORK was just vanished out of thin air ... it doesn't even run smoothly! (probably my stupid phone, though it's still new). please fix this.. I have to go back and remake all of that Animation again.
Has decent features, but mostly all locked behind pay walls. wouldn't be that bad if it wasn't twice the price of my HBO Max subscription. The ego of the developers to price it like that is wild. On PC you can get way more powerful tools, and for free. Just because it's on Android doesn't make it revolutionary, it's actually kind of basic, which doesn't line up with the cost. The amount of ads for free also make it incredibly annoying for use of the most basic of basic features.
This app has a BIG potential and has many options to choose from and more. But I get many problems such as the keys not working properly, it's not doing anything, the clip keeps glitching no matter what I do, and it suddenly goes into a low quality and the video just randomly stops while I'm working at it. I can't do my project when it keeps getting this. Please do something.
This app is nice, but recently I've been working on an animation project that took me roughly 5 hours, and when I exported the project, it wouldn't let me save nor share the video, and it wouldn't let me see what I had done. It's just a blank space and you can't even play it because it's empty. I tried EVERYTHING to make it work, but it just shows the same outcome. This is such a time waster, and I'm devastated that my work can't be saved. Please fix this issue
I can't even use this the app. first of all, Iit always resets my progress for no actual reason. Secondly,there are loads of adds swarmed onto my face. finally, it just doesn't load and is super laggy. it's ashame because this app is really easy to use. I'll give it 3 stars, might change it to 2 or 1 if it just gives up on itself. [edit: changed to 1 star, my system ui was working weirdly when I un-installed then reinstalled.]

This is a much better option than CapCut which has a paywall in front of every single feature. While I do appreciate there being a watch ads option for premium features, the ads never load for me. it always says "There was a problem loading the ad. Please check your internet connection," even though I have an amazing internet connection, so I have to click "try it first." I use this app to tween and edit videos, so I hope I won't have to switch to a different one.
There are a ton of professional features and effects to use and even though there is a watermark and locked features, you can still try them to see if you like them before committing to getting the subscription, and if you do decide to get it, it's so darn affordable!! I was shocked how nice it was and I will definately get it again when I'm editing another animation. My only problem was how laggy it was, the exporting process failed a lot for larger projects. Maybe a 4GB memory phone is old now
the sheer amount of ads is actually baffling to me. inside the actual video editor, there are very few bugs and no ads, other than it becoming really pixelated. though during exporting the video, or even trying to get to the editor, ads are thrown at you every second. on top of that, it normally takes around 5 tries to get the exporting to even work, let alone even save the video. (because those are seperate processes, for some reason.)
I'm gonna be honest, first impressions were... not great... but, I've seen lots of other animators using this, so i had high hopes! Those hopes instantly faded as soon as I tried the freehand drawing. The menus were really complicated, and I couldn't find a stabilizer tool, or really any of my usual convince features. This doesn't seem like it's meant for youtube videos, given the default is meant for Instagram (I was trying to animate yt videos). Wouldn't recommend. plus omg there was much ads.

Since lagging isn't really fixable, helping develop alight motion for PC users as well can both improve the experience and expand the download and buys. I'm really looking forward to not just a PC version, but more of the exact app just allowed on PC.

This app is barely functional. Even exporting the most basic function you can't use. I don't know what happened but suddenly it started requiring me to wacth ads in order to export. Main issue is that all the adds it's giving me are still images with no xs to click on. Making it quite literally impossible to export. This app has become nothing more than a cash grab. It's the only app I've seen that requires you to wacth an ad in order to use its most basic function. Do not download.

There is no crop button, for example if there was a picture of you but there was some things in the background you could crop it so it could only be you. Alight motion doesnt have that feature, and if you do wanna crop something you have to get the square and do all sorts of things, personally i think it would be easier to js have a crop button. But this is a good app.

Good Until Update(d)｜The latest update seems to shoot anything I add into a corner 2,000 notches from the center for a couple seconds, then let's it fall back. The backdrop seems to shrink and shutter right before everything seems to glitch and all stuff is shot away. This happens not of media (videos, imported images, audio) but on anything from the app itself (shapes, overlays, osculate, coloring), and if I adjust the size I get froze and shut out. I love this app, this really sucks.
It works for the most part, I use this app to tween and edit every now and then, but when I work on something that's longer than 5 seconds and uses a handful of key frames, it crashes often. On a project I did a while ago that was 50 seconds long, I counted multiple crashes that were three to five minutes apart. I had only got the first fifteen seconds done, and there weren't many key frames. Also: the preview always plays very laggy and blurry.

This app is barely functional. Even exporting the most basic function you can't use. I don't know what happened but suddenly it started requiring me to wacth ads in order to export. Main issue is that all the adds it's giving me are still images with no xs to click on. Making it quite literally impossible to export. This app has become nothing more than a cash grab. It's the only app I've seen that requires you to wacth an ad in order to use its most basic function. Do not download.
I hate it when my app crashes after I put 2 videos/overlays, I have to do this so I can make edits. It's really annoying and it always happens doesn't matter if my Wi-Fi is great or bad! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR APP. It won't even let me make even a simple edit. it keeps crashing. It's nothing to do with my phone or Internet/WiFi it's the app!!
this app is amazing, I recently moved from capcut to alight motion and let me tell you, it's way easier to use once you get the hang of it. it might seem very hard to use at first look but looking for tutorials on how to use Alight motion makes it way easier. the animations are smooth, alot of things are surprisingly free to use, which is awsome in my opinion! I definitely recommend!!!
yikes. i've been wanting to learn how to tween animations for a while, so i installed this app. it wasn't too hard to figure out, but i had to go through 6 30+ second long ads just to create a 3 second gif, and that was without using any "premium" features, of which there are a lot. i cannot imagine using this for any large project, simply because of the egregious amount of ads and annoying subscription model. i might buy an app, but never buy a subscription.
oh my God. okay, so I've used this app before, and it worked great, only a tiny bit of lag, but now it's soo bad. I have to watch an ad when I open the app, another ad if I wanna use certain graphs, another ad when adding certain effects, and another ad when exporting. and that wouldn't be that much of a problem IF. the app wouldn't crash and have me re open the stupid app over and over, watching ads over and over. I can't do anything without it freezing! it used to be fine, I don't know.

I can't watch more than 3 frames without my animation stopping.
every time I try to fix my animation on a group(idk what's called) that has my character on it, it crashed and when I go back that said character that was already animated , it was gone! it really pisses me off alot when all of my HARDWORK was just vanished out of thin air ... it doesn't even run smoothly! (probably my stupid phone, though it's still new). please fix this.. I have to go back and remake all of that Animation again.
Has decent features, but mostly all locked behind pay walls. wouldn't be that bad if it wasn't twice the price of my HBO Max subscription. The ego of the developers to price it like that is wild. On PC you can get way more powerful tools, and for free. Just because it's on Android doesn't make it revolutionary, it's actually kind of basic, which doesn't line up with the cost. The amount of ads for free also make it incredibly annoying for use of the most basic of basic features.
This app has a BIG potential and has many options to choose from and more. But I get many problems such as the keys not working properly, it's not doing anything, the clip keeps glitching no matter what I do, and it suddenly goes into a low quality and the video just randomly stops while I'm working at it. I can't do my project when it keeps getting this. Please do something.
This app is nice, but recently I've been working on an animation project that took me roughly 5 hours, and when I exported the project, it wouldn't let me save nor share the video, and it wouldn't let me see what I had done. It's just a blank space and you can't even play it because it's empty. I tried EVERYTHING to make it work, but it just shows the same outcome. This is such a time waster, and I'm devastated that my work can't be saved. Please fix this issue

Secondly,there are loads of adds swarmed onto my face. finally, it just doesn't load and is super laggy. it's ashame because this app is really easy to use. Please check your internet connection," even though I have an amazing internet connection, so I have to click "try it first." I use this app to tween and edit videos, so I hope I won't have to switch to a different one.
There are a ton of professional features and effects to use and even though there is a watermark and locked features, you can still try them to see if you like them before committing to getting the subscription, and if you do decide to get it, it's so darn affordable!! I was shocked how nice it was and I will definately get it again when I'm editing another animation. My only problem was how laggy it was, the exporting process failed a lot for larger projects. Maybe a 4GB memory phone is old now
the sheer amount of ads is actually baffling to me. inside the actual video editor, there are very few bugs and no ads, other than it becoming really pixelated. though during exporting the video, or even trying to get to the editor, ads are thrown at you every second. on top of that, it normally takes around 5 tries to get the exporting to even work, let alone even save the video. (because those are seperate processes, for some reason.)
I'm gonna be honest, first impressions were... not great... but, I've seen lots of other animators using this, so i had high hopes! Those hopes instantly faded as soon as I tried the freehand drawing. The menus were really complicated, and I couldn't find a stabilizer tool, or really any of my usual convince features. This doesn't seem like it's meant for youtube videos, given the default is meant for Instagram (I was trying to animate yt videos). Wouldn't recommend. plus omg there was much ads.

Im new to alight motion and at first it was a little complicated but i got the hang of it, although i have one suggestion. There is no crop button, for example if there was a picture of you but there was some things in the background you could crop it so it could only be you. Alight motion doesnt have that feature, and if you do wanna crop something you have to get the square and do all sorts of things, personally i think it would be easier to js have a crop button. But this is a good app.

Good Until Update(d)｜The latest update seems to shoot anything I add into a corner 2,000 notches from the center for a couple seconds, then let's it fall back. The backdrop seems to shrink and shutter right before everything seems to glitch and all stuff is shot away. This happens not of media (videos, imported images, audio) but on anything from the app itself (shapes, overlays, osculate, coloring), and if I adjust the size I get froze and shut out. I love this app, this really sucks.

The app seems to be good... but I wouldn't really be able to tell. The app keeps getting laggy and crashing. Especially around parts that I'm adding a lot of stuff to (like spilting a video and a bunch of key frames). I will admit I don't have the best phone but still, it's super annoying.
This app is barely functional. Even exporting the most basic function you can't use. I don't know what happened but suddenly it started requiring me to wacth ads in order to export. Main issue is that all the adds it's giving me are still images with no xs to click on. Making it quite literally impossible to export. This app has become nothing more than a cash grab. It's the only app I've seen that requires you to wacth an ad in order to use its most basic function. Do not download.
