Has absolutely no link to your actual order. Just gives a generic wait time. This has left me waiting on my order for more than 40 minutes at the store after showing up at the "ready" time. App needs work. Edit: After talking to the Wingstop app team, it seems the app is linked to the store and wait times are supposed to be updated by employees. However, my store was not using that feature. Your local store might, which would make the whole experience far better. I adjusted my rating 3 star.

Please give us back the old version of this app! It won't let me log in and will continue to be on a loop of chicken being tossed in a bowl. Then when I want to order as a guest, it won't let me input an email to finalize payment. The email box stays grey with a lock on the side. Please give us the option to go back. This is more of a hassle to order and is making me just want to eat elsewhere to be honest. Please fix asap!

Hands down the worst food ordering app I've ever used. I tried not only their app but also their website (because their app was glitching out that bad). Finally, after an hour of fighting with their platforms, I was finally charged but without a confirmation page. Then, to add to the fight to order the food, the order I received was wrong. I will never order from them again.

I was told by the app that I would receive free delivery and once I placed my order, it told me that my carryout would be ready soon. Why advertise free delivery if you're gonna force me to pick it up. Called the store and tried to reverse the transaction or cancel it. Only way to fix it was to order again. I tried contacting the site and I haven't received anything from them. Not a word or peep from the site. Its been 2 weeks and I haven't heard from them still! Update: Still no one helping me

App requires me to log in every time I access. 2 of the 3 times I tried logging in it would not give me access. The last time I used, I placed an order as a guest. When I went to pick up the order, they had no record of order at the restaurant. I waited 40 minutes, still no food, no record of order, and no help by the restaurant to cancel the order that did appear on my credit card as a charge.

Fix the location algorithm! I usually have a great experience through the app and used to only be able to actually complete my order through the app vs. website. On my most recent order, the app automatically selected a restaurant across state lines. When the delivery person got to the restaurant, they contacted me asking if I entered the wrong address. My order was then marked as delivered even though the delivery person was still at the restaurant. I didn't receive my food nor a refund.

did the app update. now I can't even log in to place an online order. opening the app just has the icon of a wing being tossed. uninstalled and reinstalled the app. still the same thing. the one time I managed to see the menu as a guest. I couldn't place and order unless I logged in. so all that frustration made me change my mind on what I wanted to eat. eh their loss. app is currently uninstalled. I learned my lesson. not gonna deal with frustration when I'm hungry.

Obviously the app designers have never heard the phrase, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" because whatever this new update is definitely broke everything, I can no longer log in, when I manage to enter my credentials it prompts me to log in again and get stuck in an error loop, then when you close the app it just loses its mind and loads constantly. Tried as a guest and I entered all of my info and it wouldn't let me place the order without an email, but the option to enter was locked.

I entered a wing stop at 10:20 PM. I walked to the front counter and waited to order. I was soon told that counter orders where closed. However... Mobile orders where still open. So I downloaded the app right in front of the counter and ordered, right in front of the counter. On the app. They missed my order of fries and gaslit me into thinking I didn't buy them. But they were still trying to charge me for them. Great fries btw

The app was working fine, until last month. It will not take my credit card on the app. I have tried several times to add my credit card and keeps saying my card is declining because my address/zip code doesn't match. I have used this card and address with no problems over a month ago with no issues. So now I have to go in to place my order, which is too long of a wait for me. So I just don't order from wingstop anymore. You can't get any help on the app, because there is no one to contact.

Location needs to be fixed. I work in downtown Houston and ordered lunch in the afternoon with the app auto-detecting my location. when I tried to order dinner, for some reason, the location never updated and when I hit "order again" the app placed the order to that same location, when I order from home about an hour away. it's logical that the app should take your location every single time before ordering. I dont trust the app anymore and don't plan on using it.

Great app. Everything works, it's easy to make selections and navigate, you can favorite and save your orders and locations, and I love that you have so many options to customize your order. If there's anything I would say, it's that they should add app support to resolve order issues after the fact. But I far and away prefer to order through the app than through other third party services and that's how it should be. 👍🏾

Stop letting orders go through if it's going to be canceled! I am honestly frustrated with how my card gets charged, I'm sent text messages saying my order will arrive at a certain time, only for it to cancel when it's close to closing! It says delivery is still open, I order an hour before close, but it still waits until 20 mins before closing to cancel. Stop letting orders go through. It's a mess thinking me and my family are getting an order and nearly half an hour later it gets canceled.

We ordered from this app and it glitches. Never placed our order. Places the order again. Picked up our order. Only received 1 order. A week later my husband noticed that he got charged twice. Reached out to Wingstop to get our money back. Couldn't find anyone to reach out to. Had to file fraud through our bank. Watch your accounts if the app glitches when placing orders. Make sure you don't get charged twice and only receive 1 meal. If you're going to charge twice, at least give me 2 orders.

Keeps saying "can't process order please check your payment information", but my payment information is correct and plenty of money in the account used. Same message appears when adding other payment options... Problem has been going on for almost 2 months. Please fix this issue. Ordering from Chicago store on North and Grand... Still not fixed as of 1-29-23, app uninstalled.

The order interface arbitrarily blocks access to the full menu. For example, it does not give the option to order lemon pepper fries, only their "signature seasoning" which is frankly disgusting, despite both being available in the store. I can live with that, but when I tried to order I repeatly received an "error occurred during transaction" message. Combined with their apparently new policy that stores can't take delivery orders over the phone, this means I'm eating somewhere else tonight.

Tried to check out, but it says email required. The app won't let me fill in my email during checkout. There is a lock in the box for some reason? It is also painfully slow, it took me 45 minutes to give up on my 3 item cart. Extra disappointing because yall have the FREEWINGS code today (which I had to try many times before it would apply to the cart btw) just an all around disappointment.

Hi. This is the second time I've received promo codes by email and I've tried to use them and the app says they aren't valid codes. I go to pick up my food and I let the cashier know and they always say that they have nothing to do with the app and can't apply the promo code. Kind of messed up. Would be cool to score 5 free wings or something like the emails say. Otherwise, I enjoy the food.

Thought I could try this and tried to redeem for the 2 free chicken tenders. Didn't know I had to purchase chicken tenders. Tried purchasing other items and no luck. The chicken tender meal options cost around $15 & up, which it too much for a first timer going to wingstop. There should be options for less money and smaller portions for those who just want to try it. Also the prices are wrong when you add to bag, the price increased over $2 from the stated price.

Great app. Everything works, it's easy to make selections and navigate, you can favorite and save your orders and locations, and I love that you have so many options to customize your order. If there's anything I would say, it's that they should add app support to resolve order issues after the fact. But I far and away prefer to order through the app than through other third party services and that's how it should be. 👍🏾

I go to pick up my food and I let the cashier know and they always say that they have nothing to do with the app and can't apply the promo code. Kind of messed up. Would be cool to score 5 free wings or something like the emails say. Otherwise, I enjoy the food.

Keeps saying "can't process order please check your payment information", but my payment information is correct and plenty of money in the account used. Stop letting orders go through if it's going to be canceled! I am honestly frustrated with how my card gets charged, I'm sent text messages saying my order will arrive at a certain time, only for it to cancel when it's close to closing! It says delivery is still open, I order an hour before close, but it still waits until 20 mins before closing to cancel. Stop letting orders go through. It's a mess thinking me and my family are getting an order and nearly half an hour later it gets canceled.

We ordered from this app and it glitches. Never placed our order. Places the order again. Picked up our order. Only received 1 order. A week later my husband noticed that he got charged twice. Reached out to Wingstop to get our money back. Couldn't find anyone to reach out to. Had to file fraud through our bank. Watch your accounts if the app glitches when placing orders. Make sure you don't get charged twice and only receive 1 meal. If you're going to charge twice, at least give me 2 orders.

Keeps saying "can't process order please check your payment information", but my payment information is correct and plenty of money in the account used. Same message appears when adding other payment options... Problem has been going on for almost 2 months. Please fix this issue. Ordering from Chicago store on North and Grand... Still not fixed as of 1-29-23, app uninstalled.

The order interface arbitrarily blocks access to the full menu. For example, it does not give the option to order lemon pepper fries, only their "signature seasoning" which is frankly disgusting, despite both being available in the store. I can live with that, but when I tried to order I repeatly received an "error occurred during transaction" message. Combined with their apparently new policy that stores can't take delivery orders over the phone, this means I'm eating somewhere else tonight.

Tried to check out, but it says email required. The app won't let me fill in my email during checkout. There is a lock in the box for some reason? It is also painfully slow, it took me 45 minutes to give up on my 3 item cart. Extra disappointing because yall have the FREEWINGS code today (which I had to try many times before it would apply to the cart btw) just an all around disappointment.

Hi. This is the second time I've received promo codes by email and I've tried to use them and the app says they aren't valid codes. I go to pick up my food and I let the cashier know and they always say that they have nothing to do with the app and can't apply the promo code. Kind of messed up. Would be cool to score 5 free wings or something like the emails say. Otherwise, I enjoy the food.

Thought I could try this and tried to redeem for the 2 free chicken tenders. Didn't know I had to purchase chicken tenders. Tried purchasing other items and no luck. The chicken tender meal options cost around $15 & up, which it too much for a first timer going to wingstop. There should be options for less money and smaller portions for those who just want to try it. Also the prices are wrong when you add to bag, the price increased over $2 from the stated price.

Great app. Everything works, it's easy to make selections and navigate, you can favorite and save your orders and locations, and I love that you have so many options to customize your order. If there's anything I would say, it's that they should add app support to resolve order issues after the fact. But I far and away prefer to order through the app than through other third party services and that's how it should be. 👍🏾

Has absolutely no link to your actual order. Just gives a generic wait time. This has left me waiting on my order for more than 40 minutes at the store after showing up at the "ready" time. App needs work. Edit: After talking to the Wingstop app team, it seems the app is linked to the store and wait times are supposed to be updated by employees. However, my store was not using that feature. Your local store might, which would make the whole experience far better. I adjusted my rating 3 star.

Fix the location algorithm! I usually have a great experience through the app and used to only be able to actually complete my order through the app vs. website. On my most recent order, the app automatically selected a restaurant across state lines. When the delivery person got to the restaurant, they contacted me asking if I entered the wrong address. My order was then marked as delivered even though the delivery person was still at the restaurant. I didn't receive my food nor a refund.

did the app update. now I can't even log in to place an online order. opening the app just has the icon of a wing being tossed. uninstalled and reinstalled the app. still the same thing. the one time I managed to see the menu as a guest. I couldn't place and order unless I logged in. so all that frustration made me change my mind on what I wanted to eat. eh their loss. app is currently uninstalled. I learned my lesson. not gonna deal with frustration when I'm hungry.

Obviously the app designers have never heard the phrase, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" because whatever this new update is definitely broke everything, I can no longer log in, when I manage to enter my credentials it prompts me to log in again and get stuck in an error loop, then when you close the app it just loses its mind and loads constantly. Tried as a guest and I entered all of my info and it wouldn't let me place the order without an email, but the option to enter was locked.

I entered a wing stop at 10:20 PM. I walked to the front counter and waited to order. I was soon told that counter orders where closed. However... Mobile orders where still open. So I downloaded the app right in front of the counter and ordered, right in front of the counter. On the app. They missed my order of fries and gaslit me into thinking I didn't buy them. But they were still trying to charge me for them. Great fries btw

Please give us back the old version of this app! It won't let me log in and will continue to be on a loop of chicken being tossed in a bowl. Then when I want to order as a guest, it won't let me input an email to finalize payment. The email box stays grey with a lock on the side. Please give us the option to go back. This is more of a hassle to order and is making me just want to eat elsewhere to be honest. Please fix asap!

Hands down the worst food ordering app I've ever used. I tried not only their app but also their website (because their app was glitching out that bad). Finally, after an hour of fighting with their platforms, I was finally charged but without a confirmation page. Then, to add to the fight to order the food, the order I received was wrong. I will never order from them again.

I was told by the app that I would receive free delivery and once I placed my order, it told me that my carryout would be ready soon. Why advertise free delivery if you're gonna force me to pick it up. Called the store and tried to reverse the transaction or cancel it. Only way to fix it was to order again. I tried contacting the site and I haven't received anything from them. Not a word or peep from the site. Its been 2 weeks and I haven't heard from them still! Update: Still no one helping me

App requires me to log in every time I access. 2 of the 3 times I tried logging in it would not give me access. The last time I used, I placed an order as a guest. When I went to pick up the order, they had no record of order at the restaurant. I waited 40 minutes, still no food, no record of order, and no help by the restaurant to cancel the order that did appear on my credit card as a charge.

The app was working fine, until last month. It will not take my credit card on the app. I have tried several times to add my credit card and keeps saying my card is declining because my address/zip code doesn't match. I have used this card and address with no problems over a month ago with no issues. So now I have to go in to place my order, which is too long of a wait for me. So I just don't order from wingstop anymore. You can't get any help on the app, because there is no one to contact.

Location needs to be fixed. I work in downtown Houston and ordered lunch in the afternoon with the app auto-detecting my location. when I tried to order dinner, for some reason, the location never updated and when I hit "order again" the app placed the order to that same location, when I order from home about an hour away. it's logical that the app should take your location every single time before ordering. I dont trust the app anymore and don't plan on using it.
