I purchased 7 items for over 95 dollars several months ago. After waiting for three weeks, they were here and 4 of them were poor material quality and wrong sizes(much bigger than small) . I contacted costumer service and decide to return 4 of the items and they promised they will refund my 41 dollars of the those 4 items to my original payment and the refund me the shipping fee for the return on my PayPal account. I had to return them and pay for it on my end and also had to make a PayPal account for refunding of the return shipping fee( absurd why they won’t refund all of them to my original payment, specially when PayPal charge me 3 percent for all the transaction ) . After I refunded the items they just refund me 10 dollar shipping fee and they didn’t refund me for the four items for 41 dollars . And since then I ask for the refund, costumer service keep referring me to the 10 dollar shipping fee on the PayPal. So not only I went above and beyond to ship them back and put them in Usps box and pay for it, but also I haven’t been refunded. Too much hassle to do nuisances with them . Very disappointed and unsatisfied and lost money and time . Dear Customer, we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience that the delivery brings. Could you please provide us with your order number via the EMAIL address [email protected]? Our dedicated support team will reply to your concern within 48 hours and help you resolve the issue. Beware of this app... if you choose to purchase something from here, MAKE SURE to IMMEDIATELY take a screenshot of your order when the page pops up with your order confirmation number. If not, the item(s) in your purchase history will actually NOT reflect that you bought them, and so if you’re trying to return an item they’ll claim that there is no proof of the item(s) you purchased - EVEN WHEN YOU PROVIDE A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR BANK STATEMENT SHOWING THAT IT WAS PURCHASED FROM THEM....!!! There are multiple vendors from varying countries attached to this app, so just something to keep in mind too. Because “it makes it that much more difficult for them to pin point” apparently unless you provide them with a screenshot of your order ID number... THENNN all of a sudden they’ll claim to “oh yes, it appears we have now located your purchase”...

The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is only because the long wait for my bag but another thin that I really think this is a cool app like there is so much stuff that I wanted to get but never had enough money for this app is not only a low shipping price app but a low budget app as well like I can get what I’ve been saving for and get more plus u can exchange dimensions for real cash rewards like who would not want that I def recommend this app unless you don’t have patience to wait for ur thing to come in the mail but I think it is worth the with that is only my opinion on it.

Got my free gift once i opened the app. A bit skeptical at first but it was free and shipping was free as well so why not. Just arrived today about a week and a half later. It's definitely cute. A bit different than image but still has good resemblance. Definitely happy with them and will continue using them. If you don't mind a bit of a wait time for unbeatable prices, I highly recommend.

There was lots of graphical issues, like words being cut off, or way to zoomed to fit on the screen, images as well. The free slots were fairly quick to do in the first 20 spins, after that it sometimes takes up up to 55 seconds for one spin to finish. I ordered something and it says it should arrive 7 - 16 days from today which is quite slow but if it arrives in time I'll update this

I'm addicted, yes the app has its flaws but also has its pros.. my orders come around the two week mark (can't complain) sometime i wish they had option for faster shipping but it's all good.. products are usually what they say they are, here and there; there's some that are not accurate (I do contact when that happens).. the descriptions on some items like shoes, clothes, and others should be better (like length, heel size, fabric type, quantity per item, etc) but overall not too bad.

Had some faith and ordered 3 pairs of pants which were advertised as 31 waist and 30 length. Checked the sizing chart and it said the inseam on these pants would be 30 inches. When they arrived, the pants legs were miles long (at least 36 length). The labels were obviously made in China and not made to the size that I ordered. The order did not appear in my order history so I could not contact them for a return. Attempted replying to the receipt I was emailed to resolve it but still only getting spam advertisements 2 months later. Maybe you get lucky and something you order is what was advertised or fits you. But do yourself a favor and don’t order clothes from here Sorry to hear this. We take customer feedback seriously. This online shopping platform has really helped me find great deals. I really like using Wholee because it is smooth and never disappoints me, delivers on time, has insurance, 100% reliable. It just become my favorite app for online purchases. If you have anything on your wish list, you can definitely find those items you want at Wholee with more than affordable prices!!!! Just as the portable vacuum cleaner I always want! I couldn't afford it until I find Wholee! Would highly recommend this app to others!!!

This was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. First... it took for eeeever to get my purchase, then they o ly sent some of the items, refunded only a portion of the of the price for the items they didn't send, they changed the tracking number so there wasn't a way to track it... 2 months later i got the items they did send and they were either way too small or looked nothing like the pictures. Deleting this app and recommending anyone else's not to waste ur money on this.

I never review any app in the Apple Store. But I am seeing a lot of bad reviews on here for Wholee. I am going to give an honest review. Paying customer! Not receiving anything free for my review. A lot of companies do this to entice new customers. But I feel this makes the review disingenuous. By offering incentives (promos, free products, etc…) I feel it’s highly unlikely to read/find an honest review. That being said I think Wholee is ok. In some instances you get what you pay for. But I’ve had the luck that my purchases have had accurate details in the descriptions and shipping is between 7-14 days. Some products are just as good as similar products with higher prices, online. Some aren’t such good quality. One thing I tend to stay away from is clothing. I have contact dermatitis (allergic to everything that isn’t cotton) The clothing on here isn’t cotton, may say cotton blend at best, but either the description is misleading, or there is missing information. Another reason I do not purchase clothing is the sizes aren’t true to size. I purchased a shirt, my size is 2xl, and it felt 2 sizes smaller, and wasn’t cotton. I would recommend Wholee for products that you may need where you’d like to save money and are in a bind. The shipping can be the drawback for some. Overall, Wholee products may be worth the wait, regarding shipping. But if you’re looking to make a purchase for a product of high quality, it’s a hard pass.

I ordered 24 small round mirrors back in Feb. It’s almost April and I still haven’t received my order. Shows my order has been in Orlando for almost 3 weeks. Every time I question “where’s my stuff”, all I get is the same answer with absolutely no updates. If you thought wish was bad, you ain’t seen nothing! They REFUSE to refund my money, they refuse to admit that I’ll NEVER GET MY STUFF. And there’s no way possible to get your credit card off their site, there’s no way possible to even cancel out the account. Update: another week has gone by and my stuff is still in “Orlando” with zero effort to deliver my stuff, still no refund, still won’t delete my credit card off their site. Such a shame I have to cancel my credit card to make sure these thieves don’t wipe my account out. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS, YOU CANT REMOVE ANYTHING!! Hi Angela. I'm addicted, yes the app has its flaws but also has its pros.. my orders come around the two week mark (can't complain) sometime i wish they had option for faster shipping but it's all good.. products are usually what they say they are, here and there; there's some that are not accurate (I do contact when that happens).. the descriptions on some items like shoes, clothes, and others should be better (like length, heel size, fabric type, quantity per item, etc) but overall not too bad.

Had some faith and ordered 3 pairs of pants which were advertised as 31 waist and 30 length. Checked the sizing chart and it said the inseam on these pants would be 30 inches. When they arrived, the pants legs were miles long (at least 36 length). The labels were obviously made in China and not made to the size that I ordered. The order did not appear in my order history so I could not contact them for a return. Attempted replying to the receipt I was emailed to resolve it but still only getting spam advertisements 2 months later. Maybe you get lucky and something you order is what was advertised or fits you. But do yourself a favor and don’t order clothes from here Sorry to hear this. We take customer feedback seriously. This online shopping platform has really helped me find great deals. I really like using Wholee because it is smooth and never disappoints me, delivers on time, has insurance, 100% reliable. It just become my favorite app for online purchases. If you have anything on your wish list, you can definitely find those items you want at Wholee with more than affordable prices!!!! Just as the portable vacuum cleaner I always want! I couldn't afford it until I find Wholee! Would highly recommend this app to others!!!

This was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. First... it took for eeeever to get my purchase, then they o ly sent some of the items, refunded only a portion of the of the price for the items they didn't send, they changed the tracking number so there wasn't a way to track it... 2 months later i got the items they did send and they were either way too small or looked nothing like the pictures. Deleting this app and recommending anyone else's not to waste ur money on this.

I never review any app in the Apple Store. But I am seeing a lot of bad reviews on here for Wholee. I am going to give an honest review. Paying customer! Not receiving anything free for my review. A lot of companies do this to entice new customers. But I feel this makes the review disingenuous. By offering incentives (promos, free products, etc…) I feel it’s highly unlikely to read/find an honest review. That being said I think Wholee is ok. In some instances you get what you pay for. But I’ve had the luck that my purchases have had accurate details in the descriptions and shipping is between 7-14 days. Some products are just as good as similar products with higher prices, online. Some aren’t such good quality. One thing I tend to stay away from is clothing. I have contact dermatitis (allergic to everything that isn’t cotton) The clothing on here isn’t cotton, may say cotton blend at best, but either the description is misleading, or there is missing information. Another reason I do not purchase clothing is the sizes aren’t true to size. I purchased a shirt, my size is 2xl, and it felt 2 sizes smaller, and wasn’t cotton. I would recommend Wholee for products that you may need where you’d like to save money and are in a bind. The shipping can be the drawback for some. Overall, Wholee products may be worth the wait, regarding shipping. But if you’re looking to make a purchase for a product of high quality, it’s a hard pass.

I ordered 24 small round mirrors back in Feb. It’s almost April and I still haven’t received my order. Shows my order has been in Orlando for almost 3 weeks. Every time I question “where’s my stuff”, all I get is the same answer with absolutely no updates. If you thought wish was bad, you ain’t seen nothing! They REFUSE to refund my money, they refuse to admit that I’ll NEVER GET MY STUFF. And there’s no way possible to get your credit card off their site, there’s no way possible to even cancel out the account. Update: another week has gone by and my stuff is still in “Orlando” with zero effort to deliver my stuff, still no refund, still won’t delete my credit card off their site. Such a shame I have to cancel my credit card to make sure these thieves don’t wipe my account out. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS, YOU CANT REMOVE ANYTHING!! Hi Angela. Got my free gift once i opened the app. A bit skeptical at first but it was free and shipping was free as well so why not. Just arrived today about a week and a half later. It's definitely cute. A bit different than image but still has good resemblance. Definitely happy with them and will continue using them. If you don't mind a bit of a wait time for unbeatable prices, I highly recommend.

The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is only because the long wait for my bag but another thin that I really think this is a cool app like there is so much stuff that I wanted to get but never had enough money for this app is not only a low shipping price app but a low budget app as well like I can get what I’ve been saving for and get more plus u can exchange dimensions for real cash rewards like who would not want that I def recommend this app unless you don’t have patience to wait for ur thing to come in the mail but I think it is worth the with that is only my opinion on it.

There was lots of graphical issues, like words being cut off, or way to zoomed to fit on the screen, images as well. The free slots were fairly quick to do in the first 20 spins, after that it sometimes takes up up to 55 seconds for one spin to finish. I ordered something and it says it should arrive 7 - 16 days from today which is quite slow but if it arrives in time I'll update this

I purchased 7 items for over 95 dollars several months ago. After waiting for three weeks, they were here and 4 of them were poor material quality and wrong sizes(much bigger than small) . I contacted costumer service and decide to return 4 of the items and they promised they will refund my 41 dollars of the those 4 items to my original payment and the refund me the shipping fee for the return on my PayPal account. I had to return them and pay for it on my end and also had to make a PayPal account for refunding of the return shipping fee( absurd why they won’t refund all of them to my original payment, specially when PayPal charge me 3 percent for all the transaction ) . After I refunded the items they just refund me 10 dollar shipping fee and they didn’t refund me for the four items for 41 dollars . And since then I ask for the refund, costumer service keep referring me to the 10 dollar shipping fee on the PayPal. So not only I went above and beyond to ship them back and put them in Usps box and pay for it, but also I haven’t been refunded. Too much hassle to do nuisances with them . Very disappointed and unsatisfied and lost money and time . Dear Customer, we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience that the delivery brings. Could you please provide us with your order number via the EMAIL address [email protected]? Our dedicated support team will reply to your concern within 48 hours and help you resolve the issue. Beware of this app... if you choose to purchase something from here, MAKE SURE to IMMEDIATELY take a screenshot of your order when the page pops up with your order confirmation number. If not, the item(s) in your purchase history will actually NOT reflect that you bought them, and so if you’re trying to return an item they’ll claim that there is no proof of the item(s) you purchased - EVEN WHEN YOU PROVIDE A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR BANK STATEMENT SHOWING THAT IT WAS PURCHASED FROM THEM....!!! There are multiple vendors from varying countries attached to this app, so just something to keep in mind too. Because “it makes it that much more difficult for them to pin point” apparently unless you provide them with a screenshot of your order ID number... THENNN all of a sudden they’ll claim to “oh yes, it appears we have now located your purchase”...
