The customer service is only good before you buy. If you already bought, good luck getting someone to help you. A clerk at the airport literally said to me "it's not my problem", the flight attendants chatting non-stop between them, when I said excuse me to ask a question, they got irritated and answered rudely. The app is not good, can't create an account, can't sign in...tried o a different phone, same issue...it's worth paying extra to avoid Vueling's incompetence.
Registration doesn't work, autofill doesn't work (even though I see the prompt)
have to re-enter my name and passport details every time I check in. Thanks, stupid developers. Wish you to use such a quality software for all your life

No idea how you blow the boarding pass QR code up big enough for the scanner. Also insisted on asking me to rate the app just as I was trying to do it.
Persistent error message- " opps, can't log you in- try later" I have tried it on WiFi, cell and in UK and Spain so... have reinstalled it several times to but still nothing :(
For 5 years now, I have been unable to sign in to my Vueling account. I enter my username and password, and it says my credentials are wrong. I click forgot my password and enter my email, and it says an email will be sent to my account, but I receive nothing, not even in my spam box. So I try to sign up for a new account, and on the app it hangs on "saving details", on the PC it says system error try later, or there is already an account with this email. The same thing,FIVE years and counting..
This is not for the app necessarily but for the company. We've lost twice our flights because the company oversold flights. They refuse to give us the compensation and took one year through lawyers to get the money. The checkin is always a mess, if you have to check bags, expect delays and being received by overwhelmed employees trying to do their best (and failing due to the lack of personal). Overall, Ryanair would be a better option unless you have no choice.

Vueling club has NEVER worked in all years I've been using the app. I've been blocked at the last payment step several times and I've always had to purchase on my laptop as app it was impossible. Also, I've never been able to login or sign up. Seriously Vueling, you could put some love in this one.
Vueling is a truly great, flexible airline. But they don't invest into IT and scalability. After their web, never working, now this app starts to be a concentrated of bugs and breakages. In Android, if you have no GMS or use a VPN it will silently fail middle of a transaction like payment, seat selection. In a hurry, about to lose a flight or needing a boarding pass, the app fails or hangs. Ticketing API servers go timeout all the time. Disaster. Very bad IT engineers and IT management strategy?
abusive... you can't add bags or select seats or whatever for only one passenger of the booking. what you do for one you have to do for all. But it is allowed to manage it when I call to customer service. unpleasant way to trick customers and force them to spend more. be respectful please
Unreliable Service, Poor Support, and Lost Trust This airline has gone from reliable to disappointing. I missed my outbound flight due to incorrect times shown on their website. Calls to their 24-hour support line kept disconnecting, even when my partner tried from abroad. With no help, I had to buy a new ticket at full cost. A second website error I documented was dismissed, and the airline denied responsibility. After this unprofessional handling, I will no longer fly with them.

I booked - and paid for - adjoining seats for my wife and I for a Vueling flight to Barcelona. Unfortunately, Vueling kept moving my seats after booking, so we weren't sitting next to each other. I paid a second time for the seats I initially booked, but Vueling moved them again. This resulted in an extra hour in a queue for a check-in booth, for the attendant to change them back again. Worse of all, the experience was broadly mirrored for the journey home. I wouldn't fly with Vueling.

So easy to use. Flights are good value and the planes are clean, smart and the "Vueling in the clouds" cocktail is delicious!!!!
No idea how you blow the boarding pass QR code up big enough for the scanner. Also insisted on asking me to rate the app just as I was trying to do it.
Persistent error message- " opps, can't log you in- try later" I have tried it on WiFi, cell and in UK and Spain so... have reinstalled it several times to but still nothing :(
For 5 years now, I have been unable to sign in to my Vueling account. I enter my username and password, and it says my credentials are wrong. I click forgot my password and enter my email, and it says an email will be sent to my account, but I receive nothing, not even in my spam box. So I try to sign up for a new account, and on the app it hangs on "saving details", on the PC it says system error try later, or there is already an account with this email. The same thing,FIVE years and counting..
The customer service is only good before you buy. If you already bought, good luck getting someone to help you. A clerk at the airport literally said to me "it's not my problem", the flight attendants chatting non-stop between them, when I said excuse me to ask a question, they got irritated and answered rudely. The app is not good, can't create an account, can't sign in...tried o a different phone, same issue...it's worth paying extra to avoid Vueling's incompetence.
Worst airline app ever, not optimised for Android phones. Vueling club has NEVER worked in all years I've been using the app. I've been blocked at the last payment step several times and I've always had to purchase on my laptop as app it was impossible. Also, I've never been able to login or sign up. Seriously Vueling, you could put some love in this one.
Vueling is a truly great, flexible airline. But they don't invest into IT and scalability. After their web, never working, now this app starts to be a concentrated of bugs and breakages. In Android, if you have no GMS or use a VPN it will silently fail middle of a transaction like payment, seat selection. In a hurry, about to lose a flight or needing a boarding pass, the app fails or hangs. Ticketing API servers go timeout all the time. Disaster. Very bad IT engineers and IT management strategy?
abusive... you can't add bags or select seats or whatever for only one passenger of the booking. what you do for one you have to do for all. But it is allowed to manage it when I call to customer service. unpleasant way to trick customers and force them to spend more. be respectful please
Unreliable Service, Poor Support, and Lost Trust This airline has gone from reliable to disappointing. I missed my outbound flight due to incorrect times shown on their website. Calls to their 24-hour support line kept disconnecting, even when my partner tried from abroad. With no help, I had to buy a new ticket at full cost. A second website error I documented was dismissed, and the airline denied responsibility. After this unprofessional handling, I will no longer fly with them.
Vueling is the worst airline I've ever flown with. No customer support, no information, and zero accountability. They tried to charge me extra for half a kilo, made me unpack at the airport, then delayed the flight with no proper updates just lies over and over. Missed my connection, got no help, and they still managed to lose my baggage after promising it would be at my final destination. Disgraceful. no way to contact anyone.
ask for reviews constantly and get one ... the annoying thing is a constant pop up wanting confirmation everything is great, likely used to inflate ratings places like here. I didn't want to provide feedback but the only other option is "we could do better" then it took time for the pop up to go away, but it will comes back almost every time I use the app. It's a terrible pop up, really really terrible, so for the annoyance of it here's the 1 star.
There is an issue on the app preventing you from signing up for an account. When you go to create an account it just hangs indefinitely. The only way I could get it to work was by signing up on the website and then logging in to the app. The input fields also aren't compatible with autofill which is quite frustrating. Other than this first impressions of the app itself look quite good. However sign up is a key component of the experience that needs improving.
I booked - and paid for - adjoining seats for my wife and I for a Vueling flight to Barcelona. Unfortunately, Vueling kept moving my seats after booking, so we weren't sitting next to each other. I paid a second time for the seats I initially booked, but Vueling moved them again. This resulted in an extra hour in a queue for a check-in booth, for the attendant to change them back again. Worse of all, the experience was broadly mirrored for the journey home. I wouldn't fly with Vueling.
Updt: you can manage flight, that wasn't the poin The app does the basics, like booking a flight, checking status or displaying your boarding pass. But you have to reenter your basic data for every new booking, even though it is stored in your profile, or payment info, which can't be stored or copied. Help information isn't formatted correctly, so you can't read phone numbers. If you do reach customer service, it's terrible. They make Ryan Air look good. Wouldn't recommend the app or airline.
This is not for the app necessarily but for the company. We've lost twice our flights because the company oversold flights. They refuse to give us the compensation and took one year through lawyers to get the money. The checkin is always a mess, if you have to check bags, expect delays and being received by overwhelmed employees trying to do their best (and failing due to the lack of personal). Overall, Ryanair would be a better option unless you have no choice.
